It's clear that the entire team works with the same passion and the same goal: to make every guest feel special. Sincere congratulations to everyone. 27/03/2026: Food was excellent, but unfortunately the service was extremely disappointing. We ordered white wine, yet the waiter did not change the red wine glasses, which is a basic detail you would expect at this level. Overall, the service was very poor — there was little to no attention from the staff. No one followed up to check if everything was alright, and we were not even offered dessert. It felt like the waiters were disengaged and not attentive to customers at all. To make matters worse, we had to wait a good 5–10 minutes just to pay the bill, which added to the frustration. A real shame, because the food deserves much better service to match.

01/06/2026: This experience left me very disappointed and completely changed the positive opinion I had of this restaurant. My husband and I came for lunch with our two children, ages 4 and 2. We'd been here several times before, and I'd even left a 5-star review with photos because I was so satisfied with the experience. When ordering, I clearly explained that two adults would be eating and that I would be taking care of the children. I only asked for an extra fork and knife to help them eat. We ordered two Complete Menus. The children didn't order anything and simply ate from our food. We didn't ask for extra bread, extra water, or any other dishes. When it came to the bill, however, I was told that the two children would also have to be counted and pay for two Reduced Menus. The amount initially requested was about 52 euros. I was very surprised because no one had informed me of this rule when ordering. The problem for me wasn't money. I would have had no problem paying any cover charge or any fees related to the children's seating. What I couldn't understand was why two children who hadn't ordered anything should be considered two additional menu items. If this rule had been explained to me beforehand, I would have been free to decide whether to order something extra for them. Throughout the conversation, I tried to understand and calmly ask for clarification. Unfortunately, I felt like my questions were being interpreted as an attempt to take advantage of the restaurant, which was completely unrealistic. I never hid the children's presence and had clearly explained the situation from the beginning. The most unpleasant part was the way the situation was handled. My Italian isn't perfect, and while I was trying to explain and translate what I wanted to say, I saw the staff commenting on the situation to other people passing by. I don't know exactly what was said, but I felt uncomfortable and disrespected. In that moment, I felt like I was being judged without anyone truly trying to listen to my point of view. In the end, the bill was corrected, and I only paid for the two Complete Menus plus the service charge, for a total of €32.50. However, I was also told not to return. The saddest thing is that all of this could have been avoided with clear communication from the beginning. I respect the rules of every restaurant, but I believe every customer deserves clear explanations and respect, especially when they're simply trying to understand a situation. No one should feel humiliated or treated as if they're trying to take advantage of others just for asking a question.

08/07/2026: We stopped here to try the famous realistic fruit. We chose two desserts, almond and coffee bean. Aesthetically, they're really well-crafted, but unfortunately, the taste didn't convince me. In both cases, the flavors were very bland and lacking in expressiveness: I expected more intense and recognizable aromas, but instead they were rather delicate and lackluster. The textures also didn't convince me. I expected more contrast, but, aside from the crunchy exterior, the interior of both desserts was completely soft and creamy. For two pieces and a bottle of water, we spent €18.50. Based on my experience, I personally wouldn't recommend them.

29/06/2026: We stopped for lunch on our way. I had a seafood pasta dish, which was truly delicious, and my companions a simple slice of grilled chicken and a cutlet. Our only rendezvous was... we found the only restaurant without air conditioning, with temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius outside and a few cooler inside. The lunch was good, but it was a real pain.

13/05/2026: I was in San Donà and ate at this delicatessen. The place is very clean and welcoming, with super fresh and varied seafood. In addition to all the dishes you can assemble from the fish and fresh vegetable display, they also prepare fresh pasta dishes. Highly recommended. The owner is very knowledgeable and friendly. 5 stars, well done.
