05/04/2025: This morning, remembering with sympathy the previous owners, I returned to the pastry shop, the owner reprimanded the employee in an embarrassing and rude way, creating discomfort for me and for those who witnessed these things, and I say this as a former bar and restaurant owner, it is unacceptable for them to happen, I would recommend, instead of raising your voice behind a counter, to wash the cups better and it doesn't matter that they didn't charge me, because nothing justifies his arrogance...

11/06/2025: It is in the center of town not far from the ferries. I ate outside and since it was a weekday there were not many people. The mixed fried fish was good.

11/05/2025: Very nice environment. Warm and welcoming atmosphere. As for the food, very bad experience. Chicken served not fully cooked. Side dishes arrived second to completion and in any case prepared hastily. Menu dishes already finished on Saturday evening. The waiter's attempt to minimize it was good but it wasn't enough. I don't recommend it.

16/01/2025: Very nice, well-kept place with refined furnishings! It's a bar, not a tavern as the name suggests Ate well, quick lunch, excellent service, very nice and courteous girl, good toast and sandwiches, top coffee! I recommend it for quick lunches and aperitifs!

30/05/2025: Mit unseren Enkelin auf eine Pizza vorbeigekommen. Muss ehrlich sagen, es hat mir das letzt Mal besser geschmeckt. Auch der Tomatensalat war keine Erleuchtung, mehr Zwiebel als Tomaten😥

28/05/2025: So, this place was highly recommended, Well, by the locals @ least, but we had [no experience] No Luck, we arrived @ around 11.30 in the morning, & we were told, reservations only, So one of the servers, "let me check with my Boss." well, didn't have a Rolex watch on and he looked @ me, and said "NO", So sad, the place was empty, so, my Wife & I went to another Restaurant, & came back 45 minutes, later, & the outside was almost full, but the inside was half full, and the back portion of the facility, was completely empty, I was not happy, I'm sure Chef Ruggero Bovo, [the founder, of this establishment] would not be happy, So, Sad. 03/06/2025: We absolutely love everything about this place! The food and drinks are incredible, the staff are super friendly and welcoming, we’ve been twice during our short trip to Venice. We also came just for drinks, the wine is lovely, very strong (we got through 2 bottles between 2 people to be fair) but very good! Highly recommend the ravioli and tiramisu. It’s our favourite place for food and drinks that we’ve visited <3

26/05/2025: It was a really good dish. A four little spicy, but all worth it with the ambience and location. I will definitely be back again.

12/05/2025: Overpriced ripoff!! 4 bottles of water and 2 iced teas $50. Not worth anything. Very rude and inattentive. Wait to leave the square in order to relax for a moment. I’ve been to Venice many times but this was clearly aimed at ripping off tourists on a weekend. I have no one to blame but myself. Shame on you!!!
