Welcoming. Good food, kind and friendly staff.

Decent coffee bar in ski and hike village Champoluc. Typical Italian atmosphere where locals stop by for a quick coffee and chat. Coffee is ok but not amazing. Pastry is very good.

The food was average; in my case, a burger with raw caramelized onions and potatoes that were half raw and half cooked, and overall very greasy. The only sore point is the service, which the management should reconsider. I think I counted six people serving in the dining room (all wearing attire ranging from the classic waiter uniform with a black vest to a t-shirt without the establishment's logo). They were all unsympathetic and, above all, inattentive. For example, with no more than 30 guests to serve, we had to ask for a new bread roll, and at the end of the meal, I had to give the third waiter the used cutlery left behind by the others who had cleared away. It seemed to me that everyone was wandering around aimlessly, with no clear purpose or task, and, above all, without a manager to coordinate the service.

Great food and service. Go there if you want to have a twist of the Aosta alp cuisine.

Sunday evening dinner, excellent selection of cheeses, with special thanks to Monica, who introduced us to Gran Gessato d'Ayas, from a local company. Attentive and friendly service. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back.
