The quality of the dishes is truly excellent; the tagliolini with toma and mocetta are exquisite and delicate. Excellent wine list and very kind staff. Well done.

The best restaurant in La Thuile. We came to celebrate our anniversary and it was a perfect choice. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive, and the venue is truly beautiful with great attention to detail. Quality food, generous portions, and spectacular desserts. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful discovery.

08/06/2026: You have to have met Edi, the owner; he's a character, a legend! He puts on a show... The food is simple but absolutely delicious. The service is friendly and the atmosphere is guaranteed, and it's true that the view of the Alps from the terrace is superb.
06/06/2026: The food will definitely be good. The problem remains booking. The phone is always off or busy.

18/03/2026: I returned to this restaurant with nostalgia, having frequented it many years ago. The management has changed. Unfortunately, the menu seems a bit tired, as if tired with age, although I found some Aosta Valley flavors and traditions. Overall, the evening was pleasant and the staff were friendly, although they could do better. Prices were normal for a high (very high) season in the Aosta Valley, but perhaps not quite commensurate with the quality, which could have been improved. Overall, a positive review.
