12/05/2025: We knew that the place is expensive, we just had to look at the menu and prices, so it's a free choice, either you go there or you leave. However, the service and the menu must be respected. On May 10th it was just us at lunch, my wife and I. We arrived at 12.55pm and left at 2.40pm, always us and only us. This made us a little suspicious. There was a very limited choice of the menu published on the web and of the one available, the wild boar could not be ordered because it was still cooking. Grilled livers and sausages at the time of ordering the fireplace was turned off but they still accepted the order despite having asked if it was available due to the fireplace being turned off. Before the embers were ready it took about 40 minutes and that's quite a bit and add another 10 m. for cooking. Bottom line, my wife and I ate the second courses separately. A second course based on duck €25 is really excessive but it was my choice. The problem in general was the lack of choice, a complete disorganization of the service, very long waiting times also due to the fireplace not being lit at the right time. It is time to review the organizational aspect. Two first Gnocchetti with artichokes, livers and sausage, duck, 1/2 house red, water, cover charge and two coffees €93 in line with what is stated but the choice is not as free, I would say very limited.

26/04/2025: Unimaginable rudeness. Reservation made, at the sight of 6 children the owner turns around and kicks us out. Shameful.

24/04/2025: So the restaurant is nice, but the shocking food didn't go well…. RAW artichoke. Cod fillet that smelled like a dead dog probably because it was cooked on the meat grill. Tagliolini with “truffle” was anything but truffle. Decent desserts.

24/04/2025: I have to congratulate you, something like this takes effort. Empty place with 4 people at the counter (empty in the sense that only me was there). Almost 20 minutes for 2 simple piadinas. I'm still looking for the filling. The piadina looks like Buitoni's savory pie, I don't know what concept you have of piadina (and I know piadinas for €9). 08/03/2025: Io non sono la classica italiana che tra le mille pietanze andrebbe sempre sul sicuro con una bella pizza. Non la amo se non é come la voglio io, e raramente la finisco tutta. La mia cena é iniziata benissimo con un ottimo antipasto, offerto dalla casa, perfetto da accompagnare alle chips scrocchiarelle e deliziose (arrivate ben calde e contrastavano perfettamente il fresco sapore della mousse di ceci). Il personale é molto cordiale e gentile. Ho ordinato una “margherita sbagliata” ed é stata la scelta più giusta che potessi fare. Non ho mai mangiato una pizza così buona, un impasto perfetto e ottimo per chi come me spesso non digerisce bene alcuni impasti di pizza troppo pesanti. Un’originalità che sposava perfettamente il gusto, mi ha fatto divorare la pizza prima di tutti e averne voglia di un’altra. Consiglio vivamente.

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria in una serata particolarmente affollata, ovvero durante la processione del Venerdì Santo. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sembravano un pò smarrite nella gestione dei tavoli e delle prenotazioni, ma la prima impressione è stata poi smentita dalla loro simpatia e cordialità. I tempi di attesa sono stati meno lunghi di come me li prospettavo, data l'affluenza. Ma soprattutto il cibo è davvero ottimo, persino il pesce (inaspettatamente per una tipica trattoria umbra). 23/05/2025: An all-around fantastic stay! The view from the hotel is breathtaking and immediately invites you to relax. The dinner deserves special mention: culinary excellence of the highest order, aromatically prepared and skillfully presented. The service was excellent – ​​attentive, customer-focused, and pleasantly relaxed, without sacrificing professionalism. The pools, garden, saunas, and roof terrace were barely used by most guests during our stay, so we were always able to find a spot we liked. We felt very comfortable at all times. A clear recommendation for anyone who appreciates quality!

27/05/2025: We ate a pizza on the spot, for dinner! Nice atmosphere, helpful and kind staff, nice background music and we ate well! Fresh ingredients and a lot of variety to choose from! The pizza is not Neapolitan, but not too thin either. Let's say somewhere in between.

03/05/2025: Tragedy. Pizza Buffalina did not contain buffalo at all. The dough was burnt and hard, 1 mm thick. I will never come back. And I advise against it. Very nice service
