08/12/2025: Excellent value for money. The owner was very kind and efficient. Even though it was crowded, we didn't have to wait for our food, and everything was excellent. The reviews in our case don't reflect the quality of the restaurant.
08/12/2025: We stumbled upon it by chance, strolling through the narrow streets of Spello. It was an excellent choice for lunch! The owner, despite being incredibly busy given the packed restaurant, was incredibly kind. The food was excellent! And the place was very, very cute and welcoming!

25/04/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questa Trattoria in una serata particolarmente affollata, ovvero durante la processione del Venerdì Santo. Le ragazze che ci hanno accolto sembravano un pò smarrite nella gestione dei tavoli e delle prenotazioni, ma la prima impressione è stata poi smentita dalla loro simpatia e cordialità. I tempi di attesa sono stati meno lunghi di come me li prospettavo, data l'affluenza. Ma soprattutto il cibo è davvero ottimo, persino il pesce (inaspettatamente per una tipica trattoria umbra). 29/09/2025: The place is beautiful, which is why I gave it two stars. It's located in Montefalco's town square. The food is subpar. The platter features commercially available cured meats and cheeses, and the prosciutto is extremely salty. The grilled potatoes have never been grilled, and the vegetable crescia is tasteless. In the end, sitting in the square and a bottle of Sagrantino cost us around eighty euros. Bottom line: this is a subpar delicatessen. Avoid.

27/07/2025: Cucina ricercata con prodotti del territorio, particolarmente buoni gli gnocchetti al ragù di Tinca con fagiolina (legume del Trasimeno). Delizioso lo speck di anatra e il dolce di pesche con coulis di mango e gelato alla vaniglia. Servizio impeccabile.

29/06/2025: Unfortunately my review from a few years ago no longer reflects reality, the cus club including the bambagioni and its swimming pool are managed superficially without care, interest and respect for its public of users...semi-impracticable tennis courts, winter absence or almost absence of heating and the swimming pool often under maintenance. Not to mention the s-courtesy of some employees....I'm very sorry, once it was a small oasis...

02/09/2025: The problem isn't the place, it's not the food, it's the staff!
I know it's difficult to handle the public, but the waiters who themselves tell you to arrive at 9:30/9:45 PM find seats for three people, and you arrive at that time with a smile, kind and very polite, mentioning that they spoke on the phone and tried to make a reservation, but they told me there was no need for a reservation and to just show up, there was room.
In the end, they show up with arrogance and superficiality.
The behavior of the managers/waiters themselves makes the place.
