15/06/2025: È la seconda volta che mangio in questo posto, hanno un ottimo menu della tradizione umbra. La coratella era buonissima veramente,la straconsiglio. La pizza è la classica bassa e scrocchiarella come usa da noi ma forse poteva essere più cotta. Comunque una buona pizza a prezzi molto accessibili e così tutto il resto del menù. Locale con molti coperti ma il servizio è abituato a fare i numeri avendo uno staff molto numeroso. Bravi. Prezzi molto onesti

29/06/2025: Unfortunately my review from a few years ago no longer reflects reality, the cus club including the bambagioni and its swimming pool are managed superficially without care, interest and respect for its public of users...semi-impracticable tennis courts, winter absence or almost absence of heating and the swimming pool often under maintenance. Not to mention the s-courtesy of some employees....I'm very sorry, once it was a small oasis...

03/07/2025: Ormai la confusione regna sovrana nella ristorazione l aggettivo al nome dovrebbe spiegare che tipo di locale uno trova...comunque un bel locale... in pietra viva e legno... mto bello... Le pappardelle al piccione ottime.. solo che io mi pongo sempre una domanda:quale è la giusta grammatura di un piatto di pasta... credo che 50grammi sia un po' troppo poco...e una mezza porzione Abbiamo chiesto un insalata di pomodori e chi hanno portato un pomodoro spaccato in due ... credo che sia in gesto offensivo nei confronti dei clienti... Come è vergognoso far pagare 3 euro 0.75 di acqua... questa violenza dei ristoratori di imporre dell acqua minerale e poi speculafci sopra è vergognoso... non si può pagare 4 euro al litro l acqua... Ne si può pagare 3 euro di coperto.... Addio...

20/05/2025: Il ristorante è immerso nelle verdi colline umbre, location molto bella soprattutto se si mangia fuori. Abbiamo mangiato bene, i ravioli all’oca un po’ deludenti e il servizio un po’ lento ma nel complesso una buona esperienza, carta dei vini davvero bella

30/07/2025: A symphony to be tuned. It's always difficult to write a review when the experience doesn't quite resonate. At Trombone, the overture is promising: the courteous and helpful staff plays their score with good rhythm, and the dishes arrive on time. The terrace is a pleasant setting for a summer dinner, but the interior, unfortunately, lacks light and atmosphere, appearing a bit too "minor-key." The restaurant's soundtrack is provided by a small speaker that fails to evenly distribute the music, leaving the room in a dissonant silence broken only by unpleasant notes—a jarring detail, especially for a restaurant named after a wind instrument. Culinary-wise, the dishes are executed with reasonable technique but without any melodic flourishes. The cooked vegetable appetizer and baked potatoes are neutral, while the truffle pasta, though elegantly presented, lacks the expected crescendo of flavors: the truffle doesn't stand out from the crowd, and the lack of salt makes it necessary for the diner to directly intervene with salt, pepper, and oil to re-tune the flavors. A decidedly off-key note? The appearance, between one movement and another, of a cat, strolling slowly between the tables. A curious detail for some, but for others, it could disrupt the harmony of the experience. The menu, as other reviewers have noted, offers a rather limited selection: a choice that, if well-orchestrated, could become a strong point, but for now it feels more like a timid solo that doesn't dare. This review isn't meant to be a scathing judgment, but rather an invitation to re-tune. The basics are there: the score can work, it just needs a few more rehearsals, a more inspired conductor, and, above all, the will to transform a rough draft into a memorable concert. P.S. For the record, I've never ordered gluten-free pasta, but I've ordered something vegan.

10/07/2025: We absolutely loved our lunch at this restaurant! The terrace is truly stunning and the view enchanting. The very kind and helpful waitress always served us with courtesy and kindness. We absolutely loved the arrosticini with roasted potatoes and the flavorful cuisine at this restaurant! Finally, I personally loved the baked peaches! A simple and authentic dessert with truly incredible flavor!

04/07/2025: Nice place, large spaces, minigolf, fresher air compared to other solutions in the area. The quality of the food could definitely be improved. Reservation for 7, but they had marked for 2. Tables arrived after us and were served first. Having to chase the staff to be served and wait for unreasonable times for a filled torta al testo is not pleasant. It's a shame because by improving the service it would be a much more appealing destination.

02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

03/03/2025: Locale molto grande, con diverse sale. Il cibo è molto buono (pizza e taglieri provati) ma il personale dovrebbe essere più attento. La temperatura in sala era troppo bassa.

21/05/2025: Per me a mani basse, la pizza più buona mai mangiata. Qualità e prezzo assolutamente perfetti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, buono tutto e con prezzo onesto. È stata una scoperta fantastica e ci tornerei domani. Pecca un pochino la disposizione dei tavoli essendo molto vicini tra loro. Ma una volta mangiato ci si alza e si lascia il posto alle persone che, eventualmente, vogliono sedersi. Non abbiamo prenotato (non serve farlo) e ci siamo seduti subito. La preparazione delle pizze è stata veloce non abbiamo aspettato molto. Servizio normale. Dolce (la cheescake) non aspettatevi il classico “impasto” dentro. Sotto biscotto Lotus, e come “crema” non è mascarpone ecc, ma semplicemente panna montata e sopra condito con le varie creme spalmabili e cioccolato bianco. Ci sta, non era per nulla male. Ripeto, ci tornerei domani :)

26/04/2025: Impasto a Perugia, di fronte al cinema multisala UCI, è il tipico esempio di pizzeria nate sul modello americano, però qui la pizza è molto meglio. Direi Ottima. Avrei qualche riserva sul colore del locale, quasi interamente di colore nero, e dei servizi igienici, veramente scomodi e mal posizionati. Quello che però ci ha dato veramente fastidio è il servizio asfissiante. Dopo pochissimi minuti che ti sei seduto iniziano a chiederti di ordinare, e poi non appena lo hai fatti passano in continuazione a chiederti se va tutto bene, mentre mangi passano ogni minuto per sapere se va bene , se vuoi altro, se possono portare via i piatti. Insomma, non ti lasciano cenare in pace. Se aggiungiamo poi che i tavoli sono piccoli e vicinissimo l'uno all'altro, diventa veramente un insieme caotico. Ripeto, la pizza è molto buona, ma locale e servizio lasciano a desiderare .

03/07/2025: Pizza ordered for home delivery in a place where almost no one comes, pizza arrived even a few minutes early, fair price, good and light dough and easily digestible, well seasoned, nice girl on the phone, I will definitely call back, abundant chips but a bit bland

02/06/2025: I often come to the pizza shop when I work in the area and I have to say that the pizzas are fantastic, but something I recently discovered and left me incredulous is that they make arancini that are the best I have ever eaten. Now when I pass by I bring them back for the family at home because they are truly unique.

06/08/2025: I had lunch here as soon as I arrived in Assisi. I found the atmosphere to be friendly and welcoming. The service was quick. The food was average for those who want good, simple food.

05/07/2025: Form Canada, hoping for a good experience in Assisi. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good, the food… not so much Truffle pasta was pretty basic(truffle and olive oil), not worth the price. Ordered the siciliana pizza which contained mozzarella, tomato’s, and capers, chile peppers. Only to find a pizza missing mozzarella on it and tasting like the saltiest version of seafood. As well as the spicy salami, which was underwhelmingly basic, compared to what the menu described. and though I have a low spice tolerance, the salami was no where near spicy. They also gave us deep fried olives which we did not pay for, and tasted horrendous.

28/07/2025: Alle 10:00, con il bar ancora chiuso, ci siamo seduti all’esterno, assetati e pronti a consumare appena aperto. Alle 10:20 il proprietario è arrivato e, invece di accoglierci o spiegare, ci ha aggrediti verbalmente con modi arroganti e poco rispettosi. Un comportamento inaccettabile per chi lavora a contatto con i clienti. Risultato: ce ne siamo andati, facendo perdere al locale circa 20 consumazioni. Sconsigliato.

18/07/2025: Rude owner: in an arrogant tone, he refuses to serve coffee to customers outside the establishment, claiming it was still closed. He also refuses to use the restroom when urgent requests are made.
