02/06/2025: Tempi infiniti per l' ordinazione e comunque servizio disorganizzato al massimo. Primo arrivato con un capello poi comunque rimandato indietro. Nel complesso cibo discreto. Non lo consiglio in maniera decisa.

05/05/2025: Horrible servicio. No nos sentaron porque no teníamos reservas. Así que salí, hice una reserva en línea y volví y les dije que tenía reservas. Nos sentaron, pero estaban claramente molestos. Esto es a pesar de que el restaurante nunca estuvo más de 2 / 3 lleno. El servicio era extremadamente lento, sacaban las cosas a diferentes horas, etc. Además, la comida era promedio, en el mejor de los casos. No muy sabroso. Gran decepción.

21/05/2025: Per me a mani basse, la pizza più buona mai mangiata. Qualità e prezzo assolutamente perfetti. Abbiamo mangiato benissimo, buono tutto e con prezzo onesto. È stata una scoperta fantastica e ci tornerei domani. Pecca un pochino la disposizione dei tavoli essendo molto vicini tra loro. Ma una volta mangiato ci si alza e si lascia il posto alle persone che, eventualmente, vogliono sedersi. Non abbiamo prenotato (non serve farlo) e ci siamo seduti subito. La preparazione delle pizze è stata veloce non abbiamo aspettato molto. Servizio normale. Dolce (la cheescake) non aspettatevi il classico “impasto” dentro. Sotto biscotto Lotus, e come “crema” non è mascarpone ecc, ma semplicemente panna montata e sopra condito con le varie creme spalmabili e cioccolato bianco. Ci sta, non era per nulla male. Ripeto, ci tornerei domani :)

26/04/2025: Impasto a Perugia, di fronte al cinema multisala UCI, è il tipico esempio di pizzeria nate sul modello americano, però qui la pizza è molto meglio. Direi Ottima. Avrei qualche riserva sul colore del locale, quasi interamente di colore nero, e dei servizi igienici, veramente scomodi e mal posizionati. Quello che però ci ha dato veramente fastidio è il servizio asfissiante. Dopo pochissimi minuti che ti sei seduto iniziano a chiederti di ordinare, e poi non appena lo hai fatti passano in continuazione a chiederti se va tutto bene, mentre mangi passano ogni minuto per sapere se va bene , se vuoi altro, se possono portare via i piatti. Insomma, non ti lasciano cenare in pace. Se aggiungiamo poi che i tavoli sono piccoli e vicinissimo l'uno all'altro, diventa veramente un insieme caotico. Ripeto, la pizza è molto buona, ma locale e servizio lasciano a desiderare .

12/08/2025: The ice cream was melted as soon as it was on the cone and the scoops were tiny. When my daughter got given the wrong flavour of gelato - coconut - (which was a honest mistake and not an issue), instead of correcting his mistake and making new ice cream, the person behind the counter added the correct flavour on top of the wrong one. Coconut ice cream has a very specific texture that she really dislikes and since the ice cream was already half melted - they all mixed on the cone making it hard for her to enjoy it.

21/10/2025: A small self-service restaurant inside a bar with very little space. At the counter, a fast, friendly, and professional young man—something that can't be said for the manager, who apparently made inappropriate jokes with her colleagues while sitting behind the counter eating a sandwich. The prices are a bit exaggerated, given that it's not a restaurant and therefore doesn't offer table service. €10 for a meager portion of spelt is a bit steep.

07/10/2025: As a bar in Italy, you should be ashamed to sell slices of pizza that you heat up in the microwave. And charge €5 for it. Not recommended.

08/08/2025: The pizza is truly a masterpiece!! Fresh ingredients, light and crispy dough!! Even for takeout, it always arrives at the right temperature, punctual and friendly!! A sure thing!!

22/10/2025: Disappointing experience at Pozzo Romano We visited Pozzo Romano restaurant with a group of 15 colleagues, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. The staff was unwelcoming and rushed, with no attention to the customer. The meal was of poor quality, with poorly prepared and flavorless dishes. In a city as renowned for its hospitality and good cuisine as Assisi, we expected much better. We do not recommend this restaurant.

09/09/2025: A small group of 10 scouts were treated rudely and condescendingly by the owner, who, instead of helping us, rudely sent us away. What a shame.

10/11/2025: A very basic place. Don't expect much. When I went, there wasn't a certain thing available that day, so I ordered something else and it wasn't available either... In the end, go for the pizza. It's good, but you have to like the very thin and light version. Not suitable for big eaters. In fact, the customers are mostly older. The wait was a bit long, but acceptable. In the end, I can say I ate well.

19/10/2025: I had booked for 8:15pm and asked if it was too late, and they said no, and that on Saturday nights they also closed at 9:30pm. I arrived on time and they told me it was too late, they had run out of dough and would be closing, rude.

05/10/2025: We've known this place for perhaps over 15 years, and despite there being a pizzeria every 500 meters in Perugia, we've always had a positive impression of it. So the other night we returned after perhaps a year or two of absence, confident of finding organization and quality. In the hidden corner where we were invited to sit, with the place only half full, we saw only one very kind waitress, who, however, was mainly busy preparing and clearing the tables. We finally managed to order, and the granfritto (fried chicken still frozen inside, peppers with feta cheese, and the rest were potatoes) arrived. We asked for sauces and were told the guy with the drinks would bring them. The drinks arrived, and by then the appetizer had run out. We asked the same guy for a dish twice so we could feed our little daughter dinner and share the pizza with her. It never arrived. At the cashier, I expected to be asked, like every other time, if everything was okay. Instead, here I am, writing. Too bad. Never again.

15/11/2025: I ate there last Monday during my lunch break. The service was particularly rushed, especially by an older man (who was kind, but, poor thing, agitated and hurried. I appreciated his great effort, and it pained me to see how he was treated by the, I believe, much younger but rather upset cook). A second waiter, in my opinion, was incapable of doing this job because he was clearly lacking in empathy, unable to explain dishes or anything else, and inaccurate in his accounting and ordering. To make a long story short, I ordered a soft drink and an Umbrian ribollita, having little time and wanting a quick lunch. Seeing so much truffle advertised, I asked if a single truffle crostini could go with the ribollita, but only if it were possible, because I couldn't have managed any more. The older gentleman said yes, and the less empathetic waiter simply confirmed that if I only wanted one: "Yes, but only if possible." The older waiter also insistently told me that even if I didn't want it, he should bring me water because it's included in the service charge. He brings it to me, but I still only drink the drink I ordered, also because, as I repeat, I'd been sitting for a maximum of 30 minutes and couldn't drink Coke and water. Moral of the story: a crostini divided between four (the portion should have included three crostini) on untoasted bread and a spreadable truffle sauce, a rather small ribollita (low-quality legume soup; I'm Umbrian and know the products), a can of Coke, and the bill (at least verbally by the young man, since he didn't give me a receipt with the details) also included water: 30 euros. I ask why the water, I ask how a single piece of bread can cost 12 euros as a full portion when I had asked if that was possible otherwise I wouldn't have ordered it. I don't elaborate on the poor quality, but he, unconcerned and, I repeat, in a state of mind unfit for public use, continues to hand me a receipt. The only thing he tells me is that you have to pay for the water and that you asked for your own crostini. I pay, but obviously I politely point out that, given the presence of foreign tourists, they weren't really advertising our products and that, above all, they hadn't been fair to a fellow countrywoman, both in presenting low-quality dishes and in declaring one thing and then doing something else at the cash register. I'm saddened by the treatment the older waiter received from someone I believe was a chef (if we can call her that given the low quality of the food), which made me feel uncomfortable. However, I recommend helping the younger man because I don't see him as being centered and, above all, ruining the restaurant, which, in my opinion, unless there are unsuspecting foreigners, risks closing. I also recommend lowering the prices to at least match the low quality, or focusing on easier-to-prepare platters while increasing the quality of the ingredients, because that truffle was an insult to Umbrian cuisine.

30/10/2025: We're locals and were attracted by a special offer. We went for lunch. The place is cute, located in the market square in the historic center. We ordered the strengozzi with truffles... worthy of a tourist menu. The truffle sauce mixed with a little truffle was noticeable both in the nose and in the mouth. I understand the restaurant's business policy, which focuses primarily on foreign tourists, but...

07/06/2025: sono stato in questo posto con altri due amici dove abbiamo cenato. tagliere di saluni veramente buoni, carne (tagliata) ottima con cottura richiesta media precisa,la ragazza che ci a serviti credo sia la responsabile di sala molto gentile e professionale precisa a darci spiegazioni. l'unico inconveniente a mio avviso poco igienico e che la sera a detta della ragazza non usano ne tovaglie ne le tovagliette da posizionare sopra i tavoli in pratica si mangia sul tavolo. Proverei ad usarle anche la sera non solo a pranzo.

11/05/2025: Un tonnarello al tartufo, una parmigiana, acqua naturale, 2 caffè, un tiramisù...€48. La mia geniale natura sta cercando ancora di decifrare il tiramisù proposto: 4 savoiardi non inzuppati e secchi, panna quasi acida e cacao amaro in polvere: dal pranzo, finito di digerire esattamente alle 23.17 dello stesso giorno, dopo lacrime nascoste. 17/11/2025: 4 stars only because there's always room for improvement. Excellent piadinas, especially the gourmet ones, excellent service, and a beautiful, modern restaurant in a great location with ample parking.

20/10/2025: I went to lunch yesterday with my boyfriend, and everything went well. The piadinas were average; if they had menus, it would be better. The girls were kind and very attentive. Unfortunately, I witnessed a scene that made me feel sorry for the girls, as a rude woman started yelling at them, probably because of the high prices and the extra charge. I felt really sorry for the girls, as I've worked in the restaurant industry myself; unfortunately, there are too many people like her around.

10/05/2025: I went to this place 2 weeks ago with some friends, unfortunately the staff made us wait a long time before taking our orders and it also took a long time to bring us the food (perhaps it was also due to the fact that there were a lot of people). My pizza overall wasn't bad but I didn't like the dough, in my opinion it should have been a little less thick and more cooked. Instead, I tasted some pieces of sliced ​​meat with rosemary and I really liked it, tender meat and perfect cooking!

19/04/2025: Unfortunately we ordered a pizza, but they served us piadinas. Do you know those large piadinas that you buy at the supermarket to fill? These were raw. Unfortunately we had to leave them. When we pointed this out the response was that this is their pizza. It may be their pizza, but they shouldn't call it pizza. Pizza, dear managers, is something else. A real shame because we didn't remember it that way.
