Recently discovered thanks to my friend DR. M. Truffarelli, it was truly a pleasant surprise!!! Excellent food!! Friendly and cheerful staff!! The place is a bit small and therefore perhaps not suitable for a type of evening for couples who want to talk in silence, But it is certainly suitable for those who love the classic liveliness of the trattoria!! Personally I love that place and if it continues to work like this, it will continue to remain my favorite in that area!! Good guys!!

Siamo stati all'angolo di Valter a cena. Il personale è molto gentile, l'ambiente accogliente, il mangiare molto buono. Porzioni abbondanti, ingredienti locali saporiti.

Pranzo di famiglia: tagliere di affettati di buon livello ma il tortino di broccoli e fonduta di parmigiano rimane il miglior antipasto. Come primo la carbonara è stata di altissimo livello, ho assaggiato anche gli gnocchi con zucca e gorgonzola e gli spaghettoni cacio e pepe: primi piatti promossi! Come secondo piatto ho preso la tagliata, buon sapore e cottura perfetta, con patate al forno anch’esse ben condite e cotte. Infine, non poteva mancare il tiramisù; voto 8,5. Servizio attento e cortese. Complimenti! (Unica pecca la playlist di sottofondo che poteva stonare con la location e la giornata)
