05/05/2025: Questo locale potrebbe trarre in inganno: dall'esterno sembra poco più di un bar, con pochi posti disponibili. In realtà offre la possibilità di gustare buoni piatti della tradizione umbra, accompagnati da ottimi vini. Il servizio è molto cortese, il menu non particolarmente ricco ma gustoso. Abbiamo condiviso un abbondante ed appetitoso tagliere "Saltatempo", poi, per secondo, una gustosa "porcaccia con patate" e una tagliata, il tutto accompagnato da un buon Montefalco rosso. Per finire un tiramisù Consigliato per un pranzo non molto impegnativo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

11/03/2025: Con un collega prima di un convegno ci siamo fermati a fare un pranzo veloce da Saltatempo. Io ho preso l antipasto vegetariano e lui la pizza umbra ripiena di verdure e formaggio, e poi ci siamo divisi un carciofo con pecorino e miele. Due calici di vino con 2 tozzetti al sagrantino a testa e 2 caffè: 60€! L'ho trovato leggermente caro.

06/10/2025: I had lunch with my daughter. They made it a real experience: top-quality ingredients expertly prepared, and the staff was courteous, helpful, and very professional. The prices were absolutely fair, in line with what they offer. I highly recommend it.

26/09/2025: Friendly staff, except for one gentleman who took the questions and never smiles, cold as winter temperatures, a bottle of coca cola costs 8 euros, perhaps they don't know that they are near a sanctuary and not the Milan cathedral... the rest, quiet atmosphere, good tourist menu

30/11/2025: It's been a while since I've been here, and I'm wondering what happened to this place. They seat us and bring us the menu: 3 black and white photocopies, stapled and crumpled. The beginning didn't look good at all. After almost half an hour of sitting (and it wasn't even packed), we ordered two piadinas and a hamburger. The piadinas arrived cold; the ham looked like it had been cut with a cleaver, so thick it was, and it hadn't even been cleaned, with pieces of rind and rancid fat. The 250g hamburger arrived on a bun from an 80g hamburger. Practically half the meat was hanging out of the bun. Unwatchable!!! The potato chips, let alone the one they had, were cold and hard. We gloss over the slice of orange in the Pepsi Cola and close with the waiters who, while we were finishing dinner, were lifting the chairs at the tables around us... well, maybe they were in a hurry to go to the disco!!!

18/07/2025: Our tour bus stopped in Passignano sul Trasimeno on our way to Rome. We had an hour to wander and grab a bite, and we chise to stop in at Marleybone ar & Coffee. My family ordered a Perugia pizza to share, and it was fantastic! I normally eat just a bit of the crust to avoid the extra calories, but this was so good I couldn't help but eat every bite. The young woman who served us seemed to be the only one there, but she was great! Also, her English is fantastic, so there were no communication issues with our very little Italian. We sat outside and enjoyed the views of this terrific little town. It was so idyllic that we've added Passignano to our list of places to visit again and spend more time.

08/12/2025: Service was pretty good but the food was average, there was absolutely no gluten-free options and the vegetarian burger was pretty bad but other than that solid.

14/07/2025: A. Good farmhouse. I only went to eat. I didn't stay overnight. I have to say, the atmosphere is nice and friendly, full of kittens that keep us company. We ate outside. The atmosphere is nice. I think the prices are a bit high for the location. The starter was 18 euros and wasn't very rich. The menu on the blackboard was a few nice dishes to choose from, cooked quite well. I'll post some photos so you can get an idea of the dishes.

13/09/2025: Family-run hotel, spotlessly clean, you feel right at home as soon as you enter, with adjacent parking and just steps from the Sanctuary of Santa Rita. Excellent meals with typical home-style cuisine, high-quality ingredients and well-prepared. The Scoglio Rosa hotel restaurant is our go-to place every time we come to Cascia for a visit to the Sanctuary of Santa Rita. Close to the Sanctuary, adjacent parking (free for guests), friendly and pleasant atmosphere, meticulously clean, home-style cuisine, always excellent, using traditional Umbrian products, unique flavors from carefully prepared cuisine, a welcoming bar, comfortable rooms, spotlessly clean throughout, all the staff are extremely kind and grateful, and it's a family-run business that makes you feel like you're staying with relatives or friends. It's the ideal place for a stay in Cascia.

31/10/2025: A truly beautiful place with professional service. Located near the Basilica of St. Francis of Assisi, it's lovely to be able to sit on the terrace. They also have some delicious little souvenirs available. 10/10
