18/08/2024: Truly a corner of the sea in Perugia and this thanks to the skill of the chef and the selection of the raw materials. Top quality fish, very fresh. I had a complete tasting, starting with a truly rich and refined appetizer. Prawn cocktail, fried courgette flowers with anchovies, octopus salad and much more. The aromatic salted prawns were exceptional. The frying was impeccable, dry, crunchy and tasty. Excellent selection of wines. Truly a place to return!

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

14/12/2024: Grazie per questo viaggio che ci ha fatto sognare, tutti gli studi dello chef li abbiamo ritrovati nei piatti e nella loro presentazione, eravamo dubbiosi sulla scelta del menù degustazione , invece si è rivelato una scoperta dietro l’altra….in questi anni sei cresciuto molto! More unique than rare now!...Furthermore, we certainly found the cordial helpfulness of the staff, all of which in Mrs. Monia at the Reception was accompanied by the competence, delicacy and cordial welcome! The Hotel is located in a strategic and convenient position in the center of Todi! The hospitality offered leaves us with the desire to return!, perhaps, without too many "unforeseen" events!

23/12/2024: Volevamo andare in questo ristorante dopo averlo visto su 4 ristoranti e devo dire che abbiamo mangiato benissimo ... mangiare davanti al.camino e vederti fare la grigliata espressa dalla figlia della proprietaria è stato veramente bello... un fricco' buonissimo, salumi eccellenti e frittata al tartufo buonissima accompagnato dal calore di Silvia che si è dimostrata una bravissima padrona di casa. ci torneremo sicuramente magari d estate per apprezzare meglio l.esterno .

01/12/2024: Persone molto cordiali!! La camera molto bella e accogliente in oltre eravamo in due e la stanza ( meglio appartamento) aveva 2 bagni finestrati. Cibo ottimo da 10 e lode!!! Ritorneremo sicuramente !!! Persone veramente competenti … oneste!!!

Ordering a carbonara and finding a plate of spaghetti with cream and ham is not acceptable. Just like calling a chopped onion blended with wine a reduction of Sagrantino. Negative experience

19/12/2024: It was supposed to be a dinner, but instead it was less than an aperitif. That little paid a good €20 each. I leave disappointed and hungry. Let's explain better, because the menu as described by you in the answer is misleading. In reality PER HEAD, for the sum of 20 euros it was: - 1 square of pizza; - two slices of salami - two ham biscuits - 3 mozzarella sticks - 3 Ascoli olives - several pieces of cheese - wine - beer - 1 and a half slice of panettone. - bubbly wine We were all convinced that this was the appetizer. I once again confirm what is described above. A more miserable proposal than an aperitif, paid 20 euros. Overpriced definitely. If our schedule was inconvenient, you could simply refuse. In the end we were a table of 30 people, if not more. Despite the time which could have been inconvenient, the proceeds were important for a single evening. The place was also born as a restaurant. I think the person in the kitchen is always there. If the person in the kitchen you are talking about also coincides with the cook, in our case he made the pieces of pizza and the fries. Not 30 first courses, 30 second courses and 30 side dishes. The slices, the cheeses, the panettone did not require preparation, but only plating. In this regard, when we arrived everything was already on our plates. So, I'm sure that whoever cooked had already anticipated everything, generally following the usual times that a kitchen uses. Finally, I don't think you would have closed earlier, considering that from the voices it was clear there were other people besides our table in the other room/garden. 12/11/2024: I decided to prioritize food because I went there to eat. The location is very beautiful, difficult to reach but when you arrive you can enjoy the place. The service is impeccable but loses a star for the prices (too high in my opinion). The food is too gourmet for my taste. To the fateful question, WOULD YOU GO BACK? I ALSO have to answer NO. Maybe for an aperitif.

04/02/2025: Very nice, family and welcoming place. To celebrate a family birthday we chose this place and we had a really good time. A beautiful crackling fireplace kept us company during lunch, enlivened by simple but tasty dishes. The chocolate crumble with orange cream is excellent. Well done Lorenzo & Co. We will come back for sure.

27/03/2025: La mia compagna con il suo fiuto da chef ha scelto questa osteria per un pranzo domenicale. Che fantastica sorpresa! In un borgo fiabesco dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato c’era questa perla. Carne sceltissima e locale cucinata sui carboni ad un metro dal nostro tavolo. Atmosfera familiare. La proprietaria, a sua detta essere la “Cucinelli dei poveri”, ha riportato in vita un borgo destinato allo spopolamento. Cibo buonissimo ma oltre all’osteria c’è da vivere la magia della spa e delle suite che presto conosceremo.

03/03/2025: Una delle migliori esperienze culinarie della mia vita!! Io e mia moglie abbiamo scelto il menù degustazione dello chef Giuliano e siamo rimasti piacevolmente stupiti dalle sue proposte e accostamenti. Il servizio di Serena è stato molto attento ed accogliente! Torneremo sicuramente.

01/12/2024: Ci eravamo appena accomodati nei posti esterni, quando due inservienti del ristorante, hanno iniziato a prelevare con una rete dal laghetto delle trote, e ad ucciderle a colpi di bastone davanti ai nostri occhi. Un passante urla "daje" a cui i due callosi individui esultano in unione. Un barbaro spettacolo, di cui le mie dimostranze, vengono accolte dal personale, con lo stupore di chi lo reputa normale. NON È NORMALE sedersi ad un ristorante ed assistere a tale violenza. Sia mai agli animali domestici! Ma gli altri, ed il pesce muto, può morire senza pietà. Due pesi due misure, e nemmeno un ombra di sensibilità nel cogliere la profonda discriminazione con cui trattiamo gli uni, e con cui trattiamo gli altri. Almeno al macello hanno l' intelligenza di riconoscerne la brutalità, questi al Clitunno, proprio non ci arrivano!

03/01/2025: di passaggio mi sono fermato qui per cenare ...diciamo che sono stato ingannato dalle recensioni positive ...ma la ns cena è stata pessima...forse il risultato di avanzi del cenone di capodanno o del primo dell'anno...ma sia gli antipasti che la carne erano immangiabili...conosco bene lìarte culinaria umbra e sono rimasto doppiamente male..

10/11/2024: Siamo stati una sera di fine ottobre in questo agriturismo dove avevamo prenotato per cena. Bella location, molto accogliente. Servizio simpatico e attento. Grande varietà di antipasti veramente buoni e abbondanti. Abbiamo poi optato per un paio di primi e non siamo riusciti ad arrivare ai secondi, perchè veramente sazi e per lasciar spazio al dolce (buonissimo anch'esso).

11/01/2025: Ho mangiato male, era meglio trovare un fast food, avrei mangiato meglio e spese molto meno. Il servizio lascia desiderare, la pasta scotta di bassa qualità, l'antipasto misto con dei prodotti di scarsa qualità come la pasta per non parlare del dolce!

06/01/2025: Purtroppo devo confermare l’idea che già avevo di questo posto. L’ultima volta che ci ero stata risale al 2021, non mi era piaciuto, torno (su invito) due settimane fa speranzosa e invece…peggio che mai. Servizio indecente, piatti che arrivano in 10 riprese, c’è sempre qualcuno che mangia e qualcuno che aspetta troppo. Il riso Venere alla zucca…un film horror. Riso Venere STRACOTTO (spiegatemi come avete fatto che a me esce sempre crudo 😂) e “crema di zucca” che chiamerei più “pappone senza gusto”. Una cosa immangiabile. Slegato e sgradevole. Una settimana dopo ricevo un secondo invito presso il suddetto ristorante che ho gentilmente declinato, portando tutti a mangiare da un’altra parte!!! Mai più. Due pallini solo per l’ambiente che è carino e per il bagno, che ho trovato pulito e non è da tutti.
