10/06/2026: Good, easy-to-digest pizza, synonymous with quality ingredients and a good dough. The atmosphere is welcoming, especially on the veranda in the summer. The only downside was the wait time; the waiter had warned us of a 30-minute wait, but the pizzas arrived after an hour. Overall, good value.

10/06/2026: Everything is nice and good but it's a rip-off with the drinks, you pay for water for 4 people and it's only 1 glass

25/02/2026: I'm sorry to say that this time I probably didn't get the dish I was expecting. In this case, I didn't like the burger; the meat was too pressed together, leaving no room for enjoyment. It was also very heavy because it lacked sauce and some vegetables. I don't think it's their signature dish, but it's a shame nonetheless.

The dishes are undoubtedly excellent, but expensive and not particularly large. Very limited variety. The service is merely acceptable. You walk in and feel like you're being a nuisance. Personally, I won't be returning.

15/03/2026: Villa Valentina is a magical place to regenerate, enjoying the stunning view, the beneficial properties of the thermal water, the extraordinary farm produce, the excellent cuisine, the renowned wine cellar, and the warmth of the entire staff. 08/03/2026: The rooms are in a farmhouse style, basic but with beautiful views. The spa, although not open in high season, could be better maintained, especially the outdoor areas. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is good.

27/12/2025: Surrounded by nature, located quite high up, just a short walk from Gubbio, it's the perfect place to stay and explore! The castle is easy to reach, truly large and well-maintained! The rooms are large and spacious! You can book a kitchen if you want to be independent! The breakfast was rich and tasty, with every choice from sweet to savory, even for those with food intolerances! The only downsides were the practically non-existent hot water in the bathroom; there was no pressure, so it came out in a trickle. Showering was almost impossible. Furthermore, there was a large door inside the room in addition to the main entrance, which was impossible to lock from the inside without a padlock. At least, I couldn't lock it at all. Finally, I recommend (and I give this advice everywhere you go, even if you rent a kitchen) checking the pans before using them, as those who stay overnight first either rinse them without soap or aren't experienced enough to clean them, which can be quite a hassle! Everything else was great! I'll be back in the summer to relax in the cool air!

16/03/2026: Horrific restaurant. Not at ALL advertised truthfully. Came in thinking it was a decent sit down restaurant, instead came in to find a stack of very nasty looking paninis/obviously frozen pizzas, some clearly very old lasagna, and some other random dishes. Ordered fish and chips, a personal favorite, and the first thing I saw was the server MICROWAVE it. Then, I tried the food and I’m not lying when I say they probably serve better food in prisons. There was not an ounce of seasoning or sauce on my fish and chips. The fish was horribly slimy and the chips probably tasted worse than eating a raw potato. Not to mention, they just played music videos with highly inappropriate images the entire time, a nasty action, especially considering there were children all around the store. Worst restaurant I have eaten at in Italy thus far.

13/03/2026: A restaurant at the foot of the Basilica of Saint Francis with a youthful and welcoming atmosphere. A varied menu, including delicious pizzas and burgers. The Ventaglio is a must-try. The truffle strangozzi is also worth a try.
