05/05/2025: Questo locale potrebbe trarre in inganno: dall'esterno sembra poco più di un bar, con pochi posti disponibili. In realtà offre la possibilità di gustare buoni piatti della tradizione umbra, accompagnati da ottimi vini. Il servizio è molto cortese, il menu non particolarmente ricco ma gustoso. Abbiamo condiviso un abbondante ed appetitoso tagliere "Saltatempo", poi, per secondo, una gustosa "porcaccia con patate" e una tagliata, il tutto accompagnato da un buon Montefalco rosso. Per finire un tiramisù Consigliato per un pranzo non molto impegnativo. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo

11/03/2025: Con un collega prima di un convegno ci siamo fermati a fare un pranzo veloce da Saltatempo. Io ho preso l antipasto vegetariano e lui la pizza umbra ripiena di verdure e formaggio, e poi ci siamo divisi un carciofo con pecorino e miele. Due calici di vino con 2 tozzetti al sagrantino a testa e 2 caffè: 60€! L'ho trovato leggermente caro.

03/05/2025: Il nome del locale dice tutto. Cacciatore di malcapitati di passaggio, oltretutto anche in un bruttissimo posto, non nel paese. Titoloni per le varie portate nel menù con prezzi elevatissimi se rapportati alle esigue o quasi nulle quantità che ti porta realmente nei piatti. Qualità mediocre dei prodotti. Un giullare che decanta vini che nei peggiori supermercati trovi a prezzi inferiori e dolci dalle consistenze pari alle pietre. In 4 persone, due primi e due secondi, con tre dolci e una bottiglia di vino che il giullare diceva provenire da chissà quale cantina ovviamebtr del supermercato affianco, alla modica cifra di 160 euro. E poi abbiamo dovuto pensare a dove andare a mangiare.

02/01/2025: For the second consecutive year we took advantage of the "New Year" package: what can I say, a very pleasant confirmation! The hotel is managed by the Longari family with care and attention for guests; the standard room is almost a mini apartment, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The service in the room is professional and the menu, while winking at Umbrian specialities, satisfies all needs. Located just outside Todi, its position allows you to easily reach the most important and characteristic sites in the region. A detail of no small importance, from the hotel there is direct access to the garage, where guests' cars are protected from the coldest nights.

17/05/2025: Very central restaurant at a very good price in a building from 1200, very pleasant and inspiring environment. Good portions and excellent food of the Umbrian tradition, products from local producers.

26/05/2025: I had lunch with my partner yesterday. Honestly a little disappointed by the tagliatelle with truffle, a low-quality "oil and truffle" condiment. Price (€18.00 each first course) not adequate for the portion. Total €43.50 two portions of pasta and a liter of still water. Good service and location. I will not return

25/04/2025: I'm on Erasmus, working and studying and it doesn't hurt to go out to relax a little from time to time, I would say that it is one of the best places in Foligno, the atmosphere is great, the music too, but the cake goes to Nicolás, the mixologist is a real genius with drinks, I asked him to make me a surprise cocktail but to bring whiskey! 13/02/2025: Premetto che ero stato qui qualche anno fa', e mi era piaciuto molto, si poteva mangiare alla carta, a differenza di quanto è successo adesso! Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio...siamo stati costretti a scegliere un menù "percorso " tra tre tipi di menù e ci è stato imposto di scegliere lo stesso menù per entrambi......non va bene!!! a mio parere chiaramente!!! Comunque ho gradito antipasto e dessert, primo e secondo da dimenticare.....la mia compagna non è riuscita proprio a mangiarli..... Ho speso troppo per quello che ho bevuto e non ho mangiato!!! Servizio così così

02/02/2025: Siamo arrivati e ci siamo seduti alle 20:00 in punto e ci siamo alzati da tavola a mezzanotte, praticamente un ricevimento ad un matrimonio dura meno! Ho cenato diverse altre volte in ristoranti gourmet anche stellati ma mai una cena è durata così tanto, tempi inspiegabilmente biblici, mezzora di orologio tra il pre-dessert e il dessert. Si può scegliere tra tre diversi menù degustazione, i piatti sono curati, di ottima fattura e buonissime materie prime, alcuni abbinamenti azzardati ad esempio ostrica con porcini fermentati, il sapore di questi ultimi non pervenuto. Stessa cosa dicasi per i tagliolini la cui crema di carciofi copriva tutto il resto. Detto questo se dopo cena avevate programmato altro vi toccherà disdire, non si esce prima di 4 ore!

Scelta per puro caso mentre ritornavamo da un viaggio,e tutti siamo rimasti deliziati dalla qualità veramente super degli affettati e formaggi,anche i primi hanno fatto la loro figura ma la carne cotta sulla brace al momento è stata superlativa,veramente succulenta! E non sto esagerando credetemi! Accoglienza e cordialità top! Non c'è una carta di vini,d'altronde ci dobbiamo ricordare che stiamo in un'osteria e maggior parte dei prodotti provengono dalla stessa azienda agricola ma se ti fidi e assaggi quello della casa..ahhh che te lo dico a fa 🤤 !!! ( lo dice una sommelier Ais) Una piccola pecca però c'è...mannaggia mannaggia i dolci poca scelta. Ma il proprietario ci ha proposto un liquore ai fiori di sambuco....eeee tanta roba. Quindi nel complesso direi Ottimo qualità prezzo.

16/05/2025: Restaurant also provided with typical dishes and very good and quality. The staff is very welcoming and nice. The place is very messy and noisy. I ate the sandwich with porchetta and it was delicious! I recommend it!

25/05/2025: We returned to Rome today from a magnificent experience in Assisi, we were welcomed very well in the structure, the owner very available, to our every request, we had a fantastic dinner of local specialties agreed with him but above all abundant. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends
