10/07/2025: Let's keep it simple: the food is all good, the prices are fair, and the service is more than adequate. The restaurant grounds have it all: amphitheaters, airplanes, vintage tractors, ponds. The only things missing are Transformers and dinosaurs.

08/07/2025: As mentioned in other reviews, the restaurant is inside a museum, and if you go on a Saturday like we did, book ahead. It's the only restaurant in the area if you don't want to travel miles, and on Saturdays it's really packed. Also, if you don't want to die from the heat, book early and make sure to get a table outside, because it gets really hot inside. A restaurant and pizzeria with various meat dishes, truffles, and some specialties. See, for example, a first course with excellent pistachio cream, perfectly cooked and truly flavorful. The appetizers should be a little more careful in terms of quantity and quality. Leave the "house" rosé alone: ​​it's undrinkable... we broke every rule and washed it down with water. The price is average, the service is a bit disorganized and chaotic because you wait a bit too long... But since it's the only one in the area... better than nothing.

31/05/2025: 13 euros for two cappuccinos and two croissants seems too much to me. They made me go around three times to go to the bathroom (without success) and I even had to take the cappuccino cold.

01/06/2025: Ci siamo fermati per un aperitivo veloce che è diventato un pranzo!!! Le migliori polpette mai mangiate! Cacio e pepe,ragù e piselli ben equilibrate e fritte alla perfezione con panatura fragrante e non unta . Polpette di carne con salsa tonnata, morbide e perfettamente abbinate ai capperi fritti !!! Complimenti!!!

16/07/2025: Delicious food, enchanting and certainly evocative location. Value for money is average. The only criticism I'd make is regarding the communication between the dining room and the kitchen; if you shout, they'll hear you even from outside.

12/07/2025: Yes, it was a typo in the rating, partly due to my lack of personal review experience. However, I would like to point out a truly pleasant location and, specifically, the young and readily available waiters. On the negative side, yesterday there was an issue related to coffee orders, which occurred at a decidedly acceptable time (before midnight), but was subsequently resolved (thankfully). I understand the response previously given in the rating (and I take this opportunity to reiterate my involuntary error). However, I don't understand the reasoning behind liking posts (shared in the past, and not even recent ones) on my social media profile, shortly after my initial review. I conclude that, regardless of this, I will have the opportunity to return to your establishment in the future.

30/07/2025: I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Minerva in Assisi. The hotel is charming, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The food was excellent, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel truly cared for. Its location is ideal—just steps away from the cathedral and within walking distance of most of Assisi’s historical sites. While the hilly terrain can be a bit challenging, the stunning views and timeless beauty of the city more than make up for it. A memorable experience in a magical place.

22/06/2025: Stayed last week on a 2 day trip to Assisi. While the location is prime, and the room was very comfortable- there was a woman at the front desk who was just beyond rude. We had an experience with her in the restaurant where she was also our waitress. She brought us out extremely dry and hard bread. We politely asked her if perhaps we could have a little bit of olive oil (or perhaps even our drinks brought out so we didn’t choke.) and her response was “no. Olive oil is for salad only.” Meanwhile, the table behind us with a local family of clearly Italian folks, had oil for their bread (that’s how we had the idea to ask!!) The next day, we went to a restaurant in Gubbio, and our waiter brought oil to the table without us asking, we asked him and our guide for the day if that was just for the salad. They both looked at us very confused. When we told them that this woman from the hotel and hotel restaurant denied us such a silly request- they had the same response “so sorry. That’s not true and we’ve never heard of that. She probably didn’t want to serve you.” Perhaps this seems ridiculous to some to complain about this, but the fact is that no one else wants to feel as though someone is being discriminatory and not fulfilling a request because of that kind of attitude. Not only this, she was at the front desk (glasses, brown hair, late 40s maybe 50s) and just couldn’t be bothered. God forbid we had a question. Like I said, great location, comfortable room but we won’t be back. Every hotel in Assisi is technically a great location and all very competitive for pricing.

22/06/2025: Almost everything is fine. Except for the cover charge (without bread). It is not possible to pay 2 €uro per person. On a total of 20 €uro, that is 20%! I pointed this out when I paid the bill, and they replied: "and what can I do about it". 🥺

28/05/2025: Excelente opción de menú. Excelente comida. Servicio muy amable. Nos sentamos en una mesa a la sombra con una buena vista del campo circundante.

24/05/2025: Maybe I got the night wrong, but unfortunately I can't give a good review, I was assigned a seat in front of the entrance not even a meter from the door, with a constant coming and going, the table was wedged between two other tables, we sat down and we couldn't move, we booked convinced we were going to a farmhouse, we found ourselves practically in a pizzeria, I mean that from a farmhouse I expect a menu with appetizers, first courses, second courses etc. etc. no pizza and sandwiches, among other things a very annoying noise, to speak I practically had to shout. Maybe I'm getting old?? Anyway if someone has the same culinary tastes as me and is looking for a bit of tranquility I don't recommend it. The pizza. ni. I forgot about the staff, which I found young, kind and fast.

27/07/2025: An absolutely top-class hotel. We stayed there for a week and felt completely at home. From the room to the service, the food, and the entire outdoor facilities, everything was top-notch. Perfect value for money. We'll be back, thank you so much for everything!

02/02/2025: Excellent dining experience in a welcoming family-run environment. The pizza offered with fresh and refined products is delicious. Many choices with combinations ranging from north to south. Excellent value for money especially for the quality of all the products offered. Definitely a place to try, see you soon.
