I really compliment them: ... clean place, smiling staff, everything I tried was delicious and plentiful! The prices were also fair! I stumbled upon it by chance because I'm in the area for work... I'll definitely be back! ✌️🎉 willy

06/01/2026: A day in Spoleto with the family. We booked at 12:00 PM for 1:30 PM. We arrived at the restaurant at 1:30 PM, and as soon as we entered, the lady was annoyed and irritated, rude to us, and told us they couldn't seat us because she was finished. The restaurant had empty tables and chairs. Speechless. No more compliments, only compliments. Thank you.

09/01/2026: We friends stayed at an air stopover but connected to the hotel... we had a truly wonderful time, wonderful people always attentive to our needs, amazing organization... we couldn't have hoped for more. 01/01/2026: Mr. Sandro Santi is truly very friendly. I paid little, having 24-hour electricity in the hotel parking lot. However, in the rest area, 220V is only available from 6:00 PM to midnight. Pizzeria, the food is good and cheap. Robot waiter. Innovative.

02/02/2026: Chronologically, starting with the food. It must be said quite clearly that the most capable man in this establishment is the chef. The service would love to recapture the glory of bygone years. Unfortunately, it's just as outdated as the wine glasses. Wine service isn't a priority here. Guests are expected to help themselves if they wish to enjoy their wine. The ambiance is a complete panorama of 1980s elegance – certainly Grand Novel Cuisine back then. Today it looks much the same, a bit dated, but nonetheless possessing an elegant charm. All in all, worth a visit.

05/01/2026: Two of us went for lunch yesterday, and it was admittedly a bit late—it was around 2:20 PM—so I understand we had to order quickly. The waiter who took our order didn't write down what we ordered, and more importantly, he was busy making the other order while he was taking our order. The result was that we ordered an appetizer and two entrees, but they only brought us one appetizer and one entree. We ate in a hurry, and the waiter couldn't wait to clear the table. We paid a lot for what we ate. When you decide to go out for a meal, take out a mortgage first.

28/12/2025: Dinner with friends. Service was practically nonexistent, despite the small number of us in the restaurant. Customers were not taken into account; we had to call every time to get what was missing. The food was good, but nothing exceptional. The location was beautiful, with convenient parking nearby.

31/10/2025: Restaurant with excellent dishes and equally excellent wines.

10/09/2025: Stopped in during pouring rain - the Norcina was excellent, one of the better homemade pastas I’ve had traveling Italy. Inexpensive, and local.

21/07/2025: An experience to forget. The sign "Typical Dishes" was just misleading advertising for those of us who stopped for lunch at 1:30 PM on a road trip. In fact, one of us didn't even eat...they forgot to tell us the dish wasn't on the menu. Better to just stop at the bar.

18/10/2025: Delicious pizza, welcoming owner, and impeccable service.

12/10/2025: The pizza is really delicious, and it's not at all heavy, even when ordered with slightly more sophisticated ingredients. Fast service and a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The desserts are also excellent, so I can only leave a great review.

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria, among the longest-running in Perugia. A welcoming, yet not overly modern, 1990s-style restaurant with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. Plenty of space in the two rooms on the basement level: be careful if you have mobility issues, as there are stairs to climb. Thin and crispy pizza, well-cooked and well-seasoned. The fried appetizers are well-executed, and the crostini are delicious. Good selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking outside, even though the area is very busy and there are many cars. Conclusion: the years pass, but Aix remains a reliable place! Well done.

19/08/2025: Yesterday I went with my family to this restaurant set on a mountain with a road that you could almost call dirt where there is not even a small house but all in all we ate well we had a tagliata with Colonnata lard paid 15 € each and some homemade chips. The tagliata was very good and also the chips but the chips were literally 10 and paid 5 € a rip-off. A very kind girl served us but the food arrived later than the other tables

16/09/2025: It was better several years ago, perhaps the management has changed, but there is no longer that feeling of recommending it to friends as a meeting place.

10/09/2025: What a shame, the staff is kind, but they never have anything, in the afternoon the counter is completely empty (and it is always like this), even the aperitif buffet has declined, my advice is to change the format to avoid waste and the products are fresh.

15/01/2026: A true Irish pub in Foligno! Excellent beer, great atmosphere, and music that takes you back to the 80s and 90s. The owners are fantastic and very welcoming. Also known as Uncle and Auntie. ;)

20/01/2026: I stumbled upon it by chance and due to its proximity to the hotel where I was staying. I discovered this somewhat spartan inn with grilled cuisine (my favorite) where I was able to choose the wood-fired cockerel. A true delight; cooked to perfection, another very good second course was the lamb scottadito (I recommend adding an extra rib for a more suitable second course)... forgive the expert advice, but everything was excellent, including the side dishes: grilled vegetables and roast potatoes, very tasty and beautifully presented. An unexpected discovery. Well done. I will definitely be back.

22/09/2025: Good food, fast service. It's a grab-and-go restaurant. Cheap for lunch.

14/03/2026: We arrived at 8:20 PM with another couple. The service was very disorganized from the start: we had to ask for menus twice and three times before we could order. Throughout the entire time, we received not a smile, not even the slightest gesture of attention or professionalism. Meanwhile, they began serving at least four tables that had arrived after us, while those who arrived with us ate, finished, and left. At 10:00 PM, we still hadn't been served. At that point, I brought the situation to the attention of the owner, but her response was rather rude: she said the orders had been taken "in the correct order," and, faced with the evidence, simply turned around and walked away. It gave the impression of the classic "if it's okay with you, then so be it" attitude. The atmosphere and organization, unfortunately, were reminiscent of one of those restaurants you see on "Kitchen Nightmares." In the end, not even a simple apology for the mix-up was forthcoming. In fact, when I got the bill, I even had to point out a mistake in the prices, which were different from those listed on the menu. It's a shame, because this is a historic restaurant that once guaranteed quality. Unfortunately, today the experience was very different: stale bread, mediocre meat, and truly terrible service. You can tell there's no longer any love in what they do.

16/11/2025: My mother and I always go for Sunday lunch whenever we can because the food is delicious and high-quality, especially the fish dishes. The waiter Massimo is very friendly and professional, making you feel at home. Highly recommended.

10/01/2026: A quick lunch with an appetizer of delicious cured meats and cheeses. We consumed and purchased some good wines, excellently recommended by the young woman who served us. Recommended
