17/04/2026: Restaurant located in a beautiful Umbrian village. Marco and Sergio, the wonderful owners, welcomed us into their restaurant and made us feel right at home. Traditional food, a location with prestigious tables, excellent pizza, an AIC restaurant. A must-try for us.

28/04/2026: The place is basic, but the food is delicious. There's plenty of space for kids to play, and it's surrounded by greenery. The only downside (not a serious one) is that the service is a bit slow.

16/05/2026: I was walking down the street, wanting to eat something, and I stumbled upon it. Some kind of spirit lured me in. Tartolinette with truffles – fantastic, white wine – brilliantly chosen by the waiter. The atmosphere was great. A charming place. It's nice there.

15/05/2026: Centrally located wine bar, with a distinctive outdoor area... Inside, the dining room is welcoming, well-appointed, and tastefully decorated... A wide selection of local, national, and international wines... The staff is friendly and very professional...

03/05/2026: It's a shame it's gone downhill over the years. The food quality is no longer up to par. The owner is always holding a cigar in the restaurant, and hygiene is zero. I won't be returning.

29/05/2026: Beautiful location, ample parking, a wide variety of menu options, including beers, pizzas, sandwiches, pinsas, and gourmet paninis, all delicious. Indoor and outdoor seating available, friendly and fast staff, very clean restrooms. Reservations are recommended close to the weekend.

23/11/2025: Located in the center of Assisi, a few steps from the Matteotti parking lot, this restaurant is quite large with plenty of seating. Extensive and tasty menu, from appetizers to dessert, including pizza and pinsa with a variety of flavors. Very good food, generous portions, and average, yet reasonably priced. Friendly staff, good service.

25/01/2026: I visited this small yet deeply meaningful place, run with passion and dedication by owners in their seventies who represent a rare example of commitment and love for their work. I enjoyed handmade tagliatelle served with a meat ragù of extraordinary quality, so delicious that it is truly hard to put into words. I give the highest rating because I strongly believe that places like this deserve to be supported and preserved. I especially appreciated the fact that it is the only place open in Cascia, serving both local residents and the many pilgrims who visit the town. The lady is very nice and welcoming, i guess it is a familt place They have a variety of pizzas pasta and local desserts We ordered the proscuitta and another one with trufffles and we had a small simple salad It is veryyy very delicious and the pizza dough is very unique Very fair price . Recommended when in Cascia And they have a nice outdoor seating on the street

19/11/2025: A historic pizzeria, among the longest-running in Perugia. A welcoming, yet not overly modern, 1990s-style restaurant with friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. Excellent customer service. Plenty of space in the two rooms on the basement level: be careful if you have mobility issues, as there are stairs to climb. Thin and crispy pizza, well-cooked and well-seasoned. The fried appetizers are well-executed, and the crostini are delicious. Good selection of wine and beer. Plenty of parking outside, even though the area is very busy and there are many cars. Conclusion: the years pass, but Aix remains a reliable place! Well done.

18/04/2026: I'll be honest, I can't judge the food because we didn't have a chance to eat... but the terrible attitude of the staff in charge was enough. Let me start by saying that I work in the public sector and have also worked in the restaurant industry... We went to Luciano Terrazza; recommended by friends... We arrived without a reservation with our little girl. We asked the staff if there was room for two people and a high chair. They said yes and let us in. At the same time, the waiter asked the manager where to seat us, "two people with high chairs?" And there, the manager, thinking we couldn't see, made a not-so-friendly gesture with his hands, as if we were bothering him, exclaiming something I didn't want to say, at which point he looked up and realized we'd noticed. At that point, he shoved us into a corner, saying, "It's the only place, the rest is booked." P.S. The place was half-empty. I would have accepted that place because I didn't have reservations or special needs anyway. But it's clear that having a child not even a year old with us would have pissed off the manager. So as soon as we came in, we left... That's why I can't rate the quality of the food. P.S. The restaurant had free seats even later...

02/02/2026: Chronologically, starting with the food. It must be said quite clearly that the most capable man in this establishment is the chef. The service would love to recapture the glory of bygone years. Unfortunately, it's just as outdated as the wine glasses. Wine service isn't a priority here. Guests are expected to help themselves if they wish to enjoy their wine. The ambiance is a complete panorama of 1980s elegance – certainly Grand Novel Cuisine back then. Today it looks much the same, a bit dated, but nonetheless possessing an elegant charm. All in all, worth a visit.

04/04/2026: A fairly standard location inside a museum, cold at that. The dining room is fairly anonymous, and the only waitress was slow. The pizzas are very varied, apparently too much to handle... BE CAREFUL NOT to ask for Coke on tap, because they'll bring a liter of Coke for €10 (not listed on the menu, but it will be included on your bill without a problem). Overall, the pizzas aren't bad, perhaps a little heavy; not highly recommended. The price is still reasonable, €17 per person including fried food, but the €2 cover charge for pizza service is high.

10/04/2026: Before writing this review, I visited this restaurant twice, on two different occasions. The first time was in January, the second during Easter. Both times, I was staying at the Chocohotel. On both occasions, the negatives far outweighed the positives, and overall, I've come to the conclusion that this is a place I wouldn't return to unless I truly needed something. Cons: the service is extremely slow, even when there are only a few people in the restaurant; the waiters aren't particularly friendly, and the entire place seems quite dated (the brown and beige decor is incredibly sad); the price is above average considering the fairly simple menu and the portions aren't generous, and the food itself isn't exactly great. The baked potatoes are very greasy, and as you'll see from the photos below, the chicken I ordered was so full of small bones that it could have harmed an elderly person or a child if they ate it. The desserts are an even bigger disappointment: they're clearly old (the first time I came, a waitress even confirmed that the cakes were already a few days old). The positives: it's convenient because it's inside the hotel, and you can even put the bill directly on your room. The bread served at the tables is good.

10/05/2026: I've never seen such rude and unprofessional management. After ordering and eating several times throughout the evening, after our third order, we were treated rudely and practically told to wolf down our food in 30 minutes because they were closing. No one expects us to stay past our usual hours, but good manners are a must: if you can't handle customers after service ends, stop taking orders instead of making people feel like they're being overcharged while they're still eating. The meal was ruined by an arrogant, pushy, and rude attitude. We left feeling like we'd only been tolerated as long as it was convenient to cash in.

10/09/2025: Stopped in during pouring rain - the Norcina was excellent, one of the better homemade pastas I’ve had traveling Italy. Inexpensive, and local.

21/07/2025: An experience to forget. The sign "Typical Dishes" was just misleading advertising for those of us who stopped for lunch at 1:30 PM on a road trip. In fact, one of us didn't even eat...they forgot to tell us the dish wasn't on the menu. Better to just stop at the bar.
