06/04/2025: Sapori was the most delicious meal I’ve had in Italy thus far!! Their menu is extensive and diligently marked with allergens, making it the ideal place for a vegan meal! The staff was so kind and accommodating, offering excellent service and creating a warm and inviting environment to share a meal with people you love, accompanied by soothing Italian music and warm lighting. The house red wine was delicious, the vegan truffle pasta was so fresh and melted in our mouths! The pizza was cooked to perfection, with a fluffy crust and a perfectly seasoned marina sauce, the lentil bean soup was to die for. 5 stars all around! The husband and wife duo who run the restaurant clearly know what they are doing and care about making sure you have a wonderful meal with them! Thank you very much from 2 Chicago foodies!

25/03/2025: Thanks to the lady who convinced us to come in and served us. Great atmosphere and service. I enjoyed a mixed platter of cheeses and Norcini cured meats and crescia, a legume soup without cicerchia and a portion of parmigiana.

10/11/2024: Il.posto è davvero.bello, d'estate di sta benissimo, c'è.insomma del potenziale che ancora non viene.sfruttato appieno. Il.fatto è che è sempre pieno, e i gestori se ne approfittano. Chiamo quasi una settimana prima per prenotare per cena, infrasettimanale. Mi.risponde una ragazza che, tra una risata e l'altra, mi richiede più volte il.cognome, il.giorno e l'orario, poi chiude a malapena salutando. Arriva il.giorno della cena con i mieie amici e, ci mettono nella sala dentro (dove saranno stati 40 gradi); chiedo perchè non abbiamo.il.tavolo fuori, dato che ho prenotato con congruo anticipo, e mi viene risposto che avrei dovuto specificarlo! Bè, prenoto una settimana prima, d'estate, sicuramente mi sono premunita di chiamare così presto per stare in.una sala senza aria condizionata con 40 gradi! Inoltre, avrebbero potuto chiederlo in fase di prenotazione,.visto.che questa è la loro politica, ma forse la.ragazza al di là del.telefono era.troppo presa a.ridere. Hamburger buoni, prezzi un pò troppo alti, visto che devi andare ad ordinare da solo.

26/02/2025: I was in this almost old-time restaurant, during an outing with friends. We ordered a first course, a second course, vegetables and wine each. The quality is excellent, fresh ingredients, polite and punctual service. Generous portions. Highly recommended.

In addition, the desk layout should be better organized, as it is practically unusable for those who need to lean on it to continue work or other things, being very close to the foot of the bed and not having a power outlet "within reach". In addition, if your room is from 300 onwards (building not in the central body) and on the ground floor, you will have windows that look directly onto the pedestrian crossing, so for your privacy, you must keep the curtains closed. The quality-price ratio is fair for the room. The breakfast is sufficient (not international, not salty). The restaurant is excellent, even if a little expensive... we can practically say that dinner cost more than sleeping in the room for a night. 😁

17/03/2025: As a food lover I found the dishes cooked hastily and some with too many ingredients mixed together. I had some pappardelle with wild boar ragù, the pasta was good, but the ragù was watery and with the acidic tomato, I don't think it was boiled enough. For dishes with truffles it's ok since we're not in season, but it was the one from the jars and not of too much quality. Unfortunately the coffee was terrible, comparable to that of automatic machines. I'm sorry because years ago the food was much better and at lower prices

15/03/2025: But what happened??? The words "new management" have been appearing on the shop windows for at least a week and searching on the internet would show that they are closed from 02/24/2025 to 06/24/2025!!!

16/02/2025: Stayed 2 nights with my girlfriend, clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet because it is located in a small and wonderful medieval village with stone and terracotta houses, very abundant buffet breakfast, we used the restaurant for dinner where you eat well, menu with little choice but well cooked, personally kind as the owner Mr. Roberto, exquisite person! If we happen to be in the area, we will return to visit you

30/01/2025: The hotel is in a great location with a lake view. The breakfast is excellent and varied, you can eat both salty and sweet and the staff is very kind. The rooms, at least the one I was assigned, would need maintenance. The walls and the bathroom show signs of age.

22/07/2024: Good morning, starting today my son came here to eat, now I want to see..... Unfortunately there are self-service restaurants in the area that raise their prices. Today he spent the right amount because for a worker who comes from outside, and having to eat out every day, you have to give an honest price and €10 seems like the right price, more than honest, I hope you continue like this.

22/07/2024: Ottimo posto prezzo onesto, prima andavo in un altro self service vicino ma purtroppo, quando uno si approfitta dei prezzi succede questo ed io ho cambiato con il Cambio.
