The food is of the highest quality, but what impressed me most was the customer focus and professionalism of the staff. Another strong point was the waiter's knowledge of Italian cuisine and its traditions, who enriched the evening with detailed explanations of the dishes. Despite a small misunderstanding between the waiter and the kitchen, the situation was handled with great care, and the dish was offered to me as a gesture of courtesy. This level of customer care is rare to find. I highly recommend this restaurant for delicious food and impeccable service. I will definitely be back!

19/08/2024: An unforgettable experience! The breathtaking view was just the beginning. The service was perfect, attentive and friendly, and the dishes were simply delicious, including desserts. The quality of the dishes, combined with the excellent quality-price ratio, made the evening even more special. A special mention goes to the polenta: its cauldron aftertaste took us back in time, remembering when it was prepared on the stove. A real dive into authentic flavors. And dogs are welcome. We will definitely be back!

08/08/2024: We go since two years to IBRIS and usually had good experience. Unfortunately last time was a disaster: Pizza was not crusty at all and we were overcharged. Our card to get one piece for free after 10 pieces/stamps was taken by the selling lady, but not considered for the bill. When we complained the lady no longer spoke English. Really bad experience and sad that such a good place with such an amazing history can suck his customers so much! ------ old one we wrote initially years back Amazing Pizza, different than traditional, but definitely delicious.
