12/04/2026: Exceptional stay. One of the best spas we have ever been to. Nestled in the side of a scenic valley with rolling mist; beautiful from the panoramic breakfast restaurant. Fine dining was memorable, regionally specific, and delivered on the wine pairing. Rooms designed with style and comfort in mind and the lounge area, the heart of the hotel, was cosy, modern, and grand. Service from staff surpassed expectation, attentive throughout; thoughtful enough to leave the car full charged and stocked with mineral water for our onward journey. Je suis going back.

One slight drawback is the price of drinks and food at the hotel, especially if you haven't booked full board. These prices are quite high. However, this is easily offset by the resort's authentic Italian restaurants, which are highly recommended for their culinary offerings. 29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

26/03/2026: Wow, just wow. It felt like visiting Sicily again 🥰 Arrancini and cannoli are absolutely the best. I wish I had discovered this place on the first day of my trip. I skipped my hotel breakfast to come here 😀

27/02/2026: Charm hotel on a walking distance to the gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious food. You can relax in caml atmosphere in the spa with jacuzzi and sauna. Last but not least the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: I've been staying at this hotel since I was a child, and I have to say it's truly one of a kind. Francesco and Federica (the owners) are wonderful people and always available to answer any questions. The service is impeccable, as is the food... But let's not even talk about its location in this "happy oasis," the very Madonna di Campiglio. The wellness center is equipped with every relaxation tool (jacuzzi with hydromassage, showers, sauna, Turkish bath, etc.) with a dreamy view of the village. Every time I return to Madonna di Campiglio, I shed a tear of joy... for me, it's an overall 9/10, if not 10/10. A real void to fill after your competitive walk on the Tuckett or your stroll through the village. Congratulations!

01/04/2026: Several times with friends, always in the evening, dishes with typical local ingredients, excellent cheeses and cured meats that can be purchased at the store like butter. Among my favorite dishes is the grill that comes either with a mix of meat, vegetables, and cheese or with vegetables and cheese, and then homemade desserts...

31/03/2026: I highly recommend it, excellent food, and if you're not skiing or just want to go for dinner, they'll take you there on a snowmobile. I'll be back when I'm back in Campiglio.

03/04/2026: I’ve ordered picantello pizza, the menu said that there are number of fresh peppers served with the pizza. Pizza came without it, and the waiter said that the spicy olive oil (which for i asked, it wasnt brought with the pizza) is the thing instead of them. pathetic, + its pretty expensive.

05/04/2026: I enjoyed my stay in March...every day after skiing used saunas: plus for herbal teas available to make for yourself as you relax in between saunas sessions :) and I loved breakfasts: especially that you can make unlimited fresh juices ( healthy options are always important to me, so that was a big plus )& Miss Grazyna who manage the kitchen was taking care of everything..I will definitely be back to this hotel!

Delicious breakfasts with freshly squeezed vegetable or orange juices, sweet and savory options to suit everyone's taste. Ski storage with boot warmers in every locker. Drink bar, spa, and lounge where you can sit or play games. Excellent location, close to everything. Highly recommended!
