12/04/2026: Exceptional stay. One of the best spas we have ever been to. Nestled in the side of a scenic valley with rolling mist; beautiful from the panoramic breakfast restaurant. Fine dining was memorable, regionally specific, and delivered on the wine pairing. Rooms designed with style and comfort in mind and the lounge area, the heart of the hotel, was cosy, modern, and grand. Service from staff surpassed expectation, attentive throughout; thoughtful enough to leave the car full charged and stocked with mineral water for our onward journey. Je suis going back.

One slight drawback is the price of drinks and food at the hotel, especially if you haven't booked full board. These prices are quite high. However, this is easily offset by the resort's authentic Italian restaurants, which are highly recommended for their culinary offerings. Overall, the Lefay Spa & Resort Dolomiti is an exceptional hotel that combines luxury, tranquility and excellent service at the highest level – a clear recommendation for anyone looking for something truly special.

The cuisine offers a wide variety of dishes made with fresh, high-quality ingredients, catering to a variety of tastes and needs. Finally, the location is ideal for day trips or a simple stroll through the center of Madonna di Campiglio.

04/08/2026: Exceptional food, very friendly staff, and attentive service in a beautiful restaurant with mountain views. A delicious dinner complemented by the presence of rabbits, chickens, and lots of cows outside. We'll definitely be back; it was a wonderful evening!

02/08/2026: The food is exquisite, and the service really makes the difference. We tried several dishes and everything was excellent, with a special mention for the venison ravioli: exceptional! The atmosphere is charming, and the outdoor space, with cows, chickens, and bunnies, adds a touch of authenticity.

29/03/2026: Just come back from this wondeful place. The most amazing views from the bedrooms windows and all the common areas. We had half board and the food was amazing. Four course dinner and great choices for breakfast. We were there in the last opening week of the hotel but from the service all round you would not have been able to tell. The hotel offer a shuttle service which pick you up and drops you to whereever you need to go around the place, whether for skiing or anything else. Super fast and efficient you just call and they are there within minutes. In general all the staff from the restaurant, reception to the spa are super nice and accomodating. Family run with a personal touch. Will definitly come again!

04/03/2026: We've been going to the Hermitgae as a family for many years and it's one of my favourite hotels. Why? It's family run, big enough to have everything you need including a not huge, but swimmable decent indoor pool and spa, but small enough to be personal. The location is in a quiet wooded spot just outside Madonna with stunning views. Rooms are good and service excellent and there is a friendly minibus to take you into town or the lifts always available Most people go half board - the breakfast is excellent with delicious fresh breads, home baked patisserie, hams, salamis and mountain cheeses along woth perfectly cooked eggs to order, pancakes etc, yoghurts, fresh juices - only complaint is they could do with a decent museli, but you can order properly made porrage - and the coffee, top, along with teas. The dinner this year was the best we have had, strating with a grilled veg and salad buffet with hams, smoked salmon and cold roast beef, then choices of pasta/soup course, brilliant main course and stunning desserts - they also do excellent home-made tea time pastries included Madonna itself is medium-sized, low built resort full of, 3 and 4* family run hotels with some very good cafes and shops - the slopes are varied, maybe not Val d'isere, but pretty good with some v demanding blacks and excellent independent-run ski restaurants. Efficient lifts and snow making means conditions are always good, even though it sometimes gets busy at peak as the area is popular now with Poles and Czechs - overall, magical place, very friendly, the Dolomites beat the Alps in my view and as long as you are not into glitzy 6* spiv hotels, Bio Hermitage is the best you can get!

27/02/2026: Charm hotel on a walking distance to the gondola. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Delicious food. You can relax in caml atmosphere in the spa with jacuzzi and sauna. Last but not least the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

26/07/2026: The best pizza in Campiglio 😋 Nice, ice-cold beer and a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere. On sunny days, you can eat outside under the 3 Tre slope. Giuseppe is always very kind and ready to accommodate your various requests.

Special thanks to the wait staff, who made us feel truly welcome. We came with our dog and immediately felt at home: a truly special welcome, for both us and her! 🐶❤️ An honorable mention goes to Signor Piazzaiolo: it's been years since we've had such good pizzas! The dough, ingredients, and cooking are simply exceptional. 🍕 Congratulations to all the staff and thank you for a wonderful evening. We'll definitely be back! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
