04/05/2026: A real castle hotel. This is no palace so don’t expect silk and tapestry everywhere. It’s rough around the edges. The rooms are very comfortable but without WiFi, TVs, or phones. The breakfast choices are numerous and the pastries are delicious. The staff is enthusiastic and always available
The restaurant is intimate and offers a chef’s menu with limited choices. We visited during spargal season and had a delicious soup. We tried the tasting menu where we chose 4 dishes from the menu and enjoyed them a great deal. If anything the staff is overly attentive.

We had delicious regional dishes and the surroundings are beautiful.
The staff is friendly, and if you are in the area, even if it is just for the view,
Highly recommended if you are in the vicinity.
As a starting point or stopover for your hike or mountain bike ride, it is a lovely spot.
29/06/2026: Beautiful view, clean place, even the bathroom. Only one waitress, kind, poor thing, but unable to manage the inside dining room and outside tables.
The drinks arrived almost at the end of the meal...after several requests.
The menu was not available, except for a surprise at the end: five-star prices and portions for sparrows on a diet 😂!
I don't recommend it.

The portions are massive, prices are great, all food is super fresh. Pizza is amazing, absolute classic pizza.
Make sure you book a table for dinner on a weekend — place gets very busy.

23/02/2026: When I pass through Pergine, the first place I go is to the yogurt shop for a delicious crepe. It's a small but welcoming place. The owner is super kind and friendly. 10/10 just for her kindness.
They have a wide selection of products.
Highly recommended.
07/09/2025: There was a dead bug in the yogurt, they didn't give me what I wanted. Terrible experience, but the yogurt was good.

19/03/2026: The ice creams, crepes, and waffles are spectacular. The cakes are also super 👍🏻 The staff is fast and friendly.
One tip: add alternative desserts to the menu, such as vegan sweets. That would be great!
22/02/2026: The wait times were ridiculous; we waited an hour for two ice cream sundaes! Then they brought one and didn't bring the other. So one of us had to watch the other eat while still waiting. A truly disappointing experience. Furthermore, the waitress was trying to be friendly with the customers (probably acquaintances) instead of doing her job, walking between the tables.

14/07/2026: Drive on 🫣🏍️ The lake is nice, but the hotel isn't worth the price… we were on a motorcycle tour and stayed overnight, the toilet wasn't fixed, the beds looked like they came from World War I… the shower wasn't powerful enough for one turn, breakfast consisted of very nice brioche but nothing else. Good coffee… the food was okay too. There are definitely better accommodations for a similar price…
11/07/2026: The pizza is very good. I recommend the Trentina. The Egyptian pizza chef is very good.

06/07/2025: Grigliata pugliese IMMAGIABILE salsiccia cruda era tutta rosa e si vedeva che era riscaldata dal grasso bianco che non si era ancora sciolto perché scaldata velocemente, tralasciando che i piatti serviti erano diversi... carne piena di nervi sembrava un pezzo di scarto. La persona che è stata lì con me è stata male subito dopo aver mangiato. NON CONSIGLIO A NESSUNO.
