A special thank you goes to our waiter, Momo. He was exceptionally friendly and attentive, and his outstanding service made our evening even more enjoyable. He made us feel instantly welcome and well taken care of.

02/04/2026: A vast selection of risottos (about 175 varieties). We opted for an oriental risotto (curry and chicken) and a summer one (porcini, zucchini, and scamorza). Both were excellent and the portions generous (the portion served for one person at other restaurants is for two). I recommend checking the menu online in advance, otherwise you won't have enough time to choose your favorite. We also ordered dessert: giant profiteroles...delicious. We left the restaurant feeling full but satisfied. If we return to the Ledro Valley, we'll definitely return. We made reservations, but I think it's a good idea since the restaurant was packed.

The service is excellent, as is the cuisine, which always offers traditional dishes made with high-quality ingredients.
All this is immersed in the greenery and tranquility of the Concei Valley, in a splendid natural setting.

03/10/2025: Salvatore is an incredibly warm person, and his small bakery is a real insider tip. The bread is of outstanding quality—you can simply taste the passion for his craft. Even though the display may seem small, Salvatore conjures up anything you wish to order. We especially recommend the focaccia and croissants—simply heavenly!

09/04/2026: The owners are welcoming and kind. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Dinner features carefully prepared dishes. The burgers are definitely worth trying.
14/02/2026: We stayed for one night on a half-board basis. The hotel was very well-organized, with a comfortable room with a small private sauna, a small terrace overlooking the mountains, and a very friendly welcome!
They were excellent at dinner, with a personalized menu and truly excellent dishes. Breakfast, with homemade cakes, jams, and typical products from the Trentino mountains, was excellent!
Recommended!

07/11/2025: It's a bar you wouldn't expect, especially inside a Milan metro station. Fair prices (coffees are still €1, by the way), and friendly, proactive, and courteous service. I still remember when I once asked them to change €5 in coins to use the vending machines next door, and they sent me straight to the restrooms in their bar without a second thought. Thank you so much! Whenever I pass through Ponale, stopping by your place will always be worth it!

20/04/2026: Rude and impolite owner, first day of family vacation we were about to enter the bar and the dog, a Pomeranian (just to give you an idea of its size), approached a wooden shack in the middle of the dirt in front of the bar and the owner stands at the entrance and with a boastful attitude says "hey you take the dog away, go over there!" There are many ways of saying things even if the dog had peed in the grass (he was sniffing) I would have poured some water on the grass if he had asked politely... we left! A poor bully and a very rude person.

25/04/2025: Ich muss mich leider den vorhergehenden bewerten anhängen. Es ist eine absolute Touristenfalle. Pizza ist kalt langweilig und man schmeckt das keine Liebe drin ist. Nudeln gingen so. Das Service hat für die paar Tische zu lange gebraucht. Gehe nicht wieder hin da gibt es bessere
