09/02/2025: We had the chance to take a route together with Peter which left us speechless and with a full stomach. Poet of the kitchen. Undisputed Nr. 1 in the area. A profound connoisseur of cuisine, he completely amazed us with his works of art. Indulge in this culinary journey.

08/02/2025: Rachel and I had a wonderful experience at the Peter Brunel Ristorante in November 2024. We were there for an early seating on a Tuesday evening and we were treated amazingly well by all the staff. We enjoyed some gourmet snacks and creative cocktails in the lounge area before we were seated at our table. Our dinner was amazing. Our server was super gracious. And Chef Peter stopped by our table a few times during the course of our meal. Impeccable service and attention to detail. We sat near the large window into the immaculate kitchen and the staff buzzed with calm efficiency. Please do beware of the desert department… after an amazing tasting menu the deserts kept coming in waves and nearly sunk us…. but were also very tasty. For the cocktails there were creative combos like a Negroni with a reserve Campari. The tasting menu was incredible with a story behind every dish. The wine pairing was perfect too featuring some very nice local wines. At the end of our meal the chef even made sure we had a taxi to make our way back to our Airbnb. Never have we enjoyed such great food, with such great service, and a genuine focus on the guests comfort and enjoyment. We loved this meal and would go out of our way to eat here again next time we are in northern Italy. If you are anywhere close do make a reservation and stop in. You will not regret it!

31/03/2025: Ristorante impeccabile, molto consigliato. Osteria tipica trentina, ma con menù moderno. Il menù degustazione costa 55 euro ma è abbondante, ne vale di più. I vini sono molto buoni, il personale è gentilissimo. Torneremo senz’altro, e lo raccomandiamo.

16/03/2025: La pasión y el cuidado por lo que hacen en la cocina es evidente en cada plato, ya sea un plato principal perfectamente cocinado de cerdo o conejo, o un primo de pasta con alcachofa, o un entrante de ensalada de alcachofa. Por no hablar de los postres: probamos cuatro (dos para llevar) , con un "bunet" (un caramelo de crema de chocolate estilo Piamonte) uno de los mejores que he probado (y he probado bastantes) y una crostata de mandarina (tarta) particularmente intensa pero ligera como el aire. Tuvimos un almuerzo maravilloso en Boivin. En el pasado (lejano), la decepción había sido el servicio lento y distraído, pero en esta ocasión todo fue sin problemas. Los precios son justos por la calidad (no solo la ejecución, sino también los ingredientes eran de primera categoría). La habitación es acogedora.

23/01/2025: We stopped here after visiting the site of the Earth Pyramids of Segonzano. Really nice place, friendly and fast service. We had a really good and plentiful polenta with speck and gorgonzola for two, chips and beer. Fair prices. Highly recommended!!!

05/10/2024: In summer it is always a pleasure to leave the heat of the city to go to dinner or an aperitif. Good meat, helpful staff and a quiet, outdoor setting at the foot of the Segonzano pyramids with ample parking. Now they only open on weekends. Also convenient in summer for dining with friends. No need to book. I always come back willingly. Worth discovering for those who don't know it.

04/03/2025: We stayed at this wonderful hotel for a week and we couldn’t be more satisfied with our experience! From the moment we arrived, the hospitality from Jesica made us feel truly welcomed. She is such a superkind and attentive host, always ready to help with anything I needed. One of the highlights were the breakfast and dining experiences – the food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully served. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was absolutely spotless and the rooms were perfectly maintained. The interior design was stunning, with a stylish and cozy atmosphere . I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality stay. Thank you, Jesica and the team for making our stay so memorable!

30/03/2025: We wanted to try a different experience and decided to go to the Augurio restaurant. We took the vegetarian Eleonora menu and therefore the starters were also made vegetarian. Very friendly and nice staff and delicious food, up to expectations. We will gladly return

11/11/2024: Cené aquí con amigos en mi primera noche en Torbole, una noche entre semana. Hice una reserva que nos permitió saltarnos la larga fila al frente. El personal era muy amable y extrovertido, nuestro camarero era encantador y hablaba inglés bien. Amplio menú y mesero recomendado vino que resultó ser excelente. El ambiente era agradable a pesar de que el lugar estaba ocupado. La calidad de la comida era muy buena y el precio bastante razonable. Disfruté de un plato sampler con pasta, pollo y un plato pesto, estaba sabroso! En general, una experiencia gastronómica maravillosa.

11/04/2025: We have been coming to this place for several years, mainly for the salted meat (raw and cooked) which is the main dish of the place. Nothing to say about the food, always good. The dumplings aren't bad either, but I've tasted better ones... Sufficient service, but could be improved. What I noticed this year was an increase in prices which lowers the total quality/price ratio... too bad... now the prices are more restaurant-like than trattoria-like.

26/03/2025: Mi spiace ma è stata una esperienza negativa per due motivi: siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo e serviti dall'unica cameriera scortese, in quanto poi le altre con cui abbiamo interagito sono state gentili. A parte questa persona,evidentemente stanca di fare il suo lavoro, abbiamo ordinato due piatti, le cui porzioni non erano assolutamente adeguate al prezzo. Piatti non male , ma nulla di eccezionale.

18/03/2025: Ottima sosta dopo la salita con gli sci. Personale cordiale stra disponibile. Abbiamo bevuto due birre e due bombardini. Prossima volta ci fermeremo per pranzo. Posto stupendo e arredato con cura. Locale riscaldato perfettamente.

02/04/2025: New favorite place, too bad it's in Rovereto and far from me. Definitely a must-see every time I come to Rovereto. Everything perfect as it should be, from the bread to the meat to the sides and cooking. Fantastic! 😎💪 Coleslaw a little different, adapted but a great common side dish. I absolutely recommend it! And then from what I understand there are also board games!
