08/04/2026: I've been to Pizzeria Ristorante La Civetta twice with friends, and both times I've had a truly positive experience. The place is welcoming and pleasant, with a convivial atmosphere that makes it perfect for an evening with friends. The pizza is very good, well-made, and easy to digest, but the real highlight is the menu: varied, rich, and featuring typical local dishes that are definitely worth trying. The beverage selection is also excellent, with several options that pair well with the dishes. The value for money is truly excellent, considering both the quality of the food and the portions. One thing to keep in mind is that the place is often very crowded and doesn't accept reservations. However, the wait is made more pleasant by the option of enjoying an aperitif while waiting for a table, which helps start the evening off right. Overall, a place I recommend without hesitation and would gladly return to.

05/04/2026: A very pleasant place for a delicious lunch. The portions are fair and the prices are reasonable. The food is very tasty. Kids' schnitzel with fries for €5 – you'd only dream of finding something like that elsewhere. Yes, you have to pick up your food yourself. What's the problem?

31/03/2026: Very simple food, but filling, tasty, affordable, and quick - exactly what you need after an active day. We had pasta, pork knuckle, and tiramisu, and would definitely recommend it.

17/03/2026: We were guests (alas) only one night and had a wonderful time. The room was very nice and spacious with a balcony overlooking the slopes. We really appreciated the spa, which we enjoyed thoroughly. The dinner was excellent and plentiful, as was the breakfast. We hope to return because it's truly worth it.

26/10/2025: You can eat inside or outside, which I recommend as the view of the two lakes and the mountains is enchanting. Ideal place for families with children. Typical Trentino dishes, a selection of wines, and fabulous desserts. Ample parking. Reservations are recommended. After your meal, the panoramic viewpoint, reached by an easy walk of about an hour, is not to be missed.

25/02/2026: Three days of pure indulgence – and Aqua was the absolute highlight! We spent a wonderful three-day stay at the Hotel Lago di Garda in Torbole and booked the romantic tasting menu for two at the hotel's Aqua Ristorante twice – once with meat and once with fish. It was by far the most beautiful and impressive culinary experience of our entire Lake Garda trip! The location is perfect: right on the small harbor of Torbole, with a breathtaking, unobstructed view of Lake Garda. Especially in the evenings, when the sun sets and the water shimmers in every imaginable color, you feel like you're in a dream setting. The modern, elegant veranda with its huge panoramic windows makes the whole experience even more intimate and romantic – it couldn't be better! Both tasting menus were a truly explosive culinary journey through the flavors of Lake Garda and Trentino. Every single course surprised and delighted us: freshly caught, regional ingredients, incredibly creatively combined, yet always perfectly balanced in flavor. Sometimes delicate and refined, sometimes intense and bold – and with every bite, you can taste the enormous attention to detail and precision in the kitchen. We were truly amazed by the high level of cuisine – Michelin-star quality, anyone? Besides the exceptional food, the staff was the second major highlight. Our servers were not only extremely friendly, attentive, and warm, but above all, genuinely passionate and highly skilled. Each course was explained with great enthusiasm: the origin of the ingredients, little anecdotes about the dish, and perfect wine pairings – this elevated the experience to a whole new level. You immediately feel welcome, valued, and completely pampered. In short: If you're looking for a truly special, romantic evening with excellent food, a breathtaking view, and outstanding service, Aqua Ristorante in Torbole is the perfect choice. For us, it was the undisputed highlight – we will definitely be back (and are already looking forward to it)!

01/02/2026: I'm just talking about the restaurant. The structure is a thoughtfully renovated farmhouse or chalet, pleasant and integrated into the local area, with convenient parking. The owners are very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable about what they do, namely food from their own stable and local specialties with interesting customizations. The wine list is also very interesting and thoughtful, clearly demonstrating a thorough understanding of the offerings. We ate very well. As for the price, it's a matter of personal preference; it's proportional to the offerings, and I think it's slightly higher than expected. Definitely worth a try.

09/03/2026: Forno 🥯 Urbano is a little gem in the heart of Trento. It's not a large location, but it's well-kept and modern, offering seating so you can comfortably enjoy their delicacies. As soon as you walk in, you're intoxicated by the delicious aromas; the bread and pizza 🍕 are on display, a feast for the eyes. I was delighted to see the large loaves, made with sourdough and made with different types of flour 🌾 (rye, spelt, Senatore Cappelli), certainly refined products that unfortunately I didn't have the chance to try, but they looked "beautiful." The pan pizza is obviously the star, and here there's a truly wide selection of products on the counter, and they're all super inviting. Crispy yet soft dough on the inside, a sign of long leavening and high hydration, with very elaborate toppings (quoted as "terrible" 😋😅). I was very surprised to see even unique products that aren't exactly typical of this city, such as the Sfincione Palermitano (in Trento 😱) and chickpea farinata 👍👍. We chose the Margherita pizza because it's always a must-try. It's delicious, and note the fresh, non-melted fioredilatte on the pizza (a detail for true connoisseurs 😉). Then there's the pumpkin, taleggio, rosemary, and amaretto pizza... delicious 😋, the sweet-savory contrast makes you salivate like crazy 😅😋😋. Then a gourmet stuffed pizza, very special with prosciutto, arugula, and caramelized dried figs, super crunchy and rich in flavors and contrasts, heavenly 🤯🤩😇👏👏👏. The guys behind the counter are super fast despite the place being packed with customers, courteous and precise in their service 👌. What Forno Urbano offers is certainly a Roman-style pan pizza, contemporary, to put it briefly "Bonci-style," so you can admire not only the dough but especially the toppings, some of which are truly elaborate and exclusive. On a sore point: the prices are a little high, but we know that quality ingredients cost money and deserve to be paid for. The quality is there, and this justifies the medium/high prices. Congratulations guys, your passion, preparation, and research are evident, keep up the good work 👏👏👏👏

06/04/2026: A very quaint place. Excellent food and very kind and attentive staff. The portions are so generous, we even had to have a doggie bag made to avoid leaving food behind! Reasonable prices! There's also a shop attached where you can find all their products and local produce!
