we go from an excellent luganega starter with two types of polenta and sauerkraut to tasteless dumplings and questionable broth... Salà meat cooked with little character, good beans. The house Teroldego is good, as is the coffee. Excellent service.

We go to the Piè di Castello restaurant precisely because that's how it is! Pleasantly retro! Atmosphere of a bygone era, quiet with relaxed but still attentive, pleasant service. Generous portions. Amazing Trentino food. The carne salad is good both raw and cooked. But the highlights of our meal were the canederli with crispy speck and walnuts, the apple pie which was served warm, and the lemon sorbetto. Cozy traditional decor and very hearty portions. We took two extra slices of apple pie to go and they were delicious even reheated.

A really nice place, dinner with delicious dishes and excellent service, the waitress who served us was very kind and nice, if I remember correctly her name was Eleonora

Sono circa 20 anni che ameno 2volte all anno mi reco a pranzo ieri ho portato 2 persone di cui un siciliani che mangia solo pesce...e pochissima carne.dunque opto x guidare xcirca 2ore ..che dire..ha continuato a mangiare mangiare addirittura ha fatto con 4 pani la scarpetta!! Continuava..con la parola..fantastici.. i salumi..i canederli conditi in 2modi diversi...la carne salata.. è stra piaciuta soprattutto quella cotta!!!..non parliamo dei crauti ,giardiniera ecc..tutto perfetto!!! Grazie perché mi avete fatto fare ottima figura...anche se non avevo dubbi..sempre una certezza👍 il prezzo è molto corretto

Nella piccola e accogliente frazione di Cologna, all'ingresso del centro storico, si trova questo splendido ristorante tipico. Esso è composto da diverse sale, tutte caratteristiche e molto accoglienti, e un'area esterna con copertura, dove ci siamo accomodati. Abbiamo ordinato il seguente menù: strangolapreti al burro fuso e salvia con speck croccante e noci, spaghetti al pomodoro, carne salada cruda con contorno di fagioli, dolce di mele della Nonna Lisa, tartufo al cioccolato, vino e caffè: tutto veramente ottimo, gustoso e preparato con materie prime di grande qualità. Una piacevole scoperta che ci ha lasciato soddisfattissimi!! Personale molto gentile e disponibile, tutto molto curato e pulito, ottimi il servizio e il prezzo. Un luogo su cui fare affidamento, consigliatissimo!!!
