08/02/2026: An experience not to be repeated. The pizza was decent, and the place is nice too. The problem with this place is the service and the rudeness. We hadn't even finished our beers before they told us to leave the table. But what left me most shocked was the owner's attitude as we were leaving. They had offered us some amaro at the counter, but unfortunately it tasted very bad. I tried to swallow it, but after a few sips, I just couldn't take it anymore. So I put it on the counter and was heading for the exit when I heard the owner raise his voice while holding the glass. He said, "Leaving things makes me angry." I didn't have the presence of mind to respond, but I want the owner to know that this is no way to treat a customer. Next time, I'll go somewhere else where the pizza is better and the owners are more polite. Goodbye 👋🏻

05/02/2026: Our family of 4 wanted to have a late dinner. We went for several places at around 9:30 PM but all of them had their kitchens closed. So we went to this place as it mentioned it's opened till midnight. And what a pleasant suprice, not only it was opened, it was quite busy. We ordered a few dishes. The carpaccio dish was huge! The service was quick and friendly. Definitely go there while in area... Upd 2026: visited again and again while staying in area for winter vacation. Never disappointed in anything. Just go there...

26/01/2026: A very nice place, with attention to every detail... the menu is not very impressive, it is made up of a few simple traditional Trentino dishes and fish specialties which are accompanied by exclusively "fresh" pasta.

11/01/2026: Typical dishes, a welcoming, family atmosphere. Prices are reasonable. The polenta was delicious.

08/01/2026: It is located in the mountains and offers a truly stunning, beautiful view. The atmosphere is peaceful, the food is delicious, and the staff are very kind. A special place where you can really relax, and one I would happily return to.

08/01/2026: First day in San Martino. Still unfamiliar with the place. Most of the ski club members were having lunch here. We arrived late, so we went into the restaurant to have lunch and see where the group was sitting. We were asked to leave because we were disrupting their work. Very rudely. I do the same job, but I welcome customers. During the rest of our ski week, we certainly won't be returning here. And we'll tell the 70 people with us to avoid the place.

24/01/2026: OUTSTANDING!!! Both the decor and the atmosphere – WOWWWW, not to mention the food. The owner, who served us, was incredibly nice. She also tailored the menu to our needs and prepared an unusual dish for my son, for which we sincerely thank him. We were treated to a truly exceptional experience. The food was fantastic, truly wow, we were all very happy. All the dishes were GREAT, and the butter and broth were amazing! Greetings from the group from Poland!

13/12/2025: Very beautiful location. Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Excellent cuisine. I've been there three times already, and the quality is very high. A strong point is the spa, which is very large. Some negatives: 1) There is no waiter service in the spa, in the relaxation areas. For example, to get a smoothie or any other drink or snack, you have to go to the bar, which is on another floor. Since you spend most of your time in the spa, this is a problem. 2) Swimsuits are prohibited in the saunas and Turkish baths. The reason is that "swims are bad for your body when you're in high temperatures." If this is the reason, once guests are informed, I think they could decide for themselves whether or not to wear swimsuits. This is not the case. But that's not the sore point: I remembered that it was mandatory to use a towel instead of a swimsuit (as indeed indicated on various signs like the one attached). In reality, it's full of completely naked people, even moving around the saunas and Turkish baths completely naked. It's effectively become a place for nudists/naturists. Personally, I don't mind it at all, nor does it cause me any problems. However, since minors (aged 16 and over) are also allowed access, I think it's a problem. Besides that, in any case, it should be clearly stated when booking that swimsuits are prohibited in the saunas and Turkish baths and full nudity is mandatory. 3) Very nice rooms. However, the TVs aren't completely smart; they only have Netflix, plus Google Chromecast, which mostly doesn't work. Given the price (and quality) of the location, I think it wouldn't take much to improve this. 4) The spa, while very beautiful, hasn't looked the same as it has for years. I think the wellness area could use some improvements: LED light treatments, infrared treatments, and something wellness/longevity-related, for example. In any case, I reiterate my very positive review.

07/01/2026: I ate really well...and as a vegetarian in the mountains, that's not always easy. Delicious, bold cheeses accompanied by pear mustard (what a kick! 😜), polenta with mushrooms and flowers, and an excellent Amarone. The tiramisu at the end knocked me out!! See you soon!!!

18/01/2026: This hotel is amazing, value for money, there's nothing to argue about! Sure, the prices are high, but the setting justifies it! I really enjoyed the spa, but I was a bit put off by the appearance of some guests in the Turkish bath and sauna area, where you have to be naked to avoid problems with your swimsuit, which is made of synthetic material and isn't good for your skin. I've seen some guests who, without a shred of modesty, stripped without a towel and without any sense of shame! I'm not a bigot, but seeing an older man, etc., with all this nonchalance, perhaps driven by an exhibitionist spirit, isn't a great sight! But regarding the hotel, the waiters were also fantastic. If I have the opportunity, I'll gladly return.

16/01/2026: The pizzas were good, large, but not large enough to justify the exorbitant prices. Compared to other pizzerias, I didn't notice anything better, in fact, rather less. The staff was unfriendly, rushed, and poorly trained in customer service. Deeply disappointed.

15/01/2026: Update 2026 Unfortunately, I wanted to share a negative note about the owner's customer service. When we were taking orders, several dishes we wanted were missing, including the pizza flour and, especially, the bread... Furthermore, the bacon was truly minimal... never happened in years... So, since you charge a cover charge of 1.80, you could have handled the matter with a little consideration and not as if it were normal for you. From the customer's perspective, it wasn't pleasant. 2024 Friendly and helpful welcome. Excellent selection of ingredients. Typical Trentino menu with a wide selection, even for those who don't eat meat or fish. Spectacular pizzas with a variety of doughs. Never disappoints.

02/02/2026: What can I say? Everything was excellent. Comfortable atmosphere. Beautiful view. Excellent food. The Angus cube roll was sublime! The large window overlooking the valley below looks like a painting!

27/12/2025: We go to this café very often, at different times – it's simply fantastic! Whether it's breakfast, pancakes, or savory dishes – everything is delicious! Plus, the café team is incredibly friendly. The price-performance ratio is excellent. It's on the edge of the hustle and bustle of Riva, but still centrally located.

20/12/2025: What can I say, except that everything is simply perfect. For a few months now, my partner and I have often had breakfast and lunch at San Marco, and every time it's a confirmation. The food is excellent, prepared with great attention to quality and authenticity: healthy cuisine, something unfortunately not so easy to find in Riva del Garda. I speak with knowledge, also by virtue of my past as a former boxer and professional bodybuilder: here I found a rare balance between taste, well-being, and attention to raw materials. In short, they won me over. The owners, Walter and Giovanna, are delightful and highly professional people, qualities that are reflected in the entire staff: always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The place, at any time of day, is also distinguished by its impeccable order and cleanliness. The only regret is that it only has five stars, because it deserves at least twenty. Highly recommended, from the heart. Max and Bianca
