The meat and cheese plate is generous and deeply satisfying, showcasing quality products without overcomplication. The canederli are beautifully made—soft, flavorful, and clearly handled with care. The stinco is the highlight: rich, well-cooked, and exactly what you hope for after a day in the mountains. Service is warm, efficient, and genuinely welcoming, striking that ideal balance between attentive and relaxed. Prices feel fair for the quality and setting, which only adds to the overall sense that this place respects its guests. Osteria Dasté delivers comforting regional food done properly, and it fits perfectly into the charm of Campitello di Fassa. A place worth seeking out.

15/02/2026: Craft brewery located beneath the Alpi Hotel on Campitello's main road. The venue has a modern style, but with materials and colors that complement the setting, creating a very welcoming and warm atmosphere. The staff is young, dynamic, and professional. I only tried the drinks, not the food. The beers are all top-quality, well-explained, and offer surprising and unusual flavors. You can also try a tasting of four to ten beers. The cocktails are also excellent.

26/10/2025: We stayed one night in conjunction with a theater event and were pleasantly surprised. We slept in an ancient castle with modern touches, very clean and comfortable. The dinner was excellent, featuring fresh ingredients and impeccable presentation. Eating by candlelight with a stunning view is truly captivating. The show was out of the ordinary, very special, and I'd call it magical. The price was fair. Finally, Sofia and the staff's hospitality made you feel right at home. I highly recommend it.

16/02/2026: My partner and I were on our way back from Val di Siusi to Florence and were looking for a place to stop for lunch. After a quick internet search, I trusted my instincts and the dishes I'd seen on their website, and I have to say I wasn't wrong!!! Magnificent view, amazing dishes made with their own artisanal products!!! From the cured meats, to the wine, to the olive oil, and the amazing balsamic vinegar to pair with every dish! Try it and believe it! I want to extend my heartfelt thanks not only to the staff but also to the owner, a person of rare sweetness and humility! We'll definitely be back! ❤️

21/11/2025: We enjoyed two pizzas on the sun deck with a magnificent view of the glacier. The pizzas themselves were phenomenal: super-thin base, bulgy edges with a leopard-print pattern, almost Neapolitan. On cold days, the hot chocolate is also highly recommended; it was incredibly creamy and almost pudding-like.

20/09/2025: Nice bar/restaurant by the reservoir. Limited parking available. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, there was only a small selection of food on our visit as it was the last day of opening. Nevertheless, we were satisfied. The prices are a bit high, but not too bad considering the location.

01/03/2026: We had a fantastic stay. The Corradini family is very sweet and always made sure that we were taken care of. The food is all locally sourced and meals were excellent - so much food! Our room was very nice and had a patio with a beautiful view of a church built in the 1100's. Lots of outdoor activities in the area - we were there for the 2026 Winter Olympics, but also went for several snow hikes on well maintained trails with amazing views of the Dolomites, and went cross country skiing. There are a number of alpine ski areas nearby. We enjoyed exploring the nearby towns of Cavalese and Predazzo.

28/01/2026: Returning after ten years...it's a testament to our success! From the consistently excellent food, to the welcoming staff, to the reasonable prices for the quality offered.

26/01/2026: We had a great meal here on Saturday night. Restaurant had a lovely atmosphere, friendly staff and the menu was varied. I had the Tagliatelline di teroldego with sausage and cheese and it was amazing. It was a reasonable portion size, and the flavours were delicious. My guest had the chicken fillet which was also very enjoyable. We opted for dessert, the apple strudel was our favourite, although we felt we needed more vanilla sauce. The carafe of red wine we had was great quality and for a reasonable price, so much so, we ordered another. Overall, a wonderful meal and glad we chose to visit!

07/04/2026: This is a long-standing restaurant. I often come here for the pizza, as it's one of the easiest to digest in Trento and made with fresh, delicious ingredients. I've also had the tartare many times...it's also delicious, fresh, and out of this world!

27/03/2026: Dinner with a FRIEND, super professional staff, also suitable for those with lactose or gluten allergies. Superbly prepared, delicious dishes, and you can even find Sicilian cannoli with sheep's milk ricotta made fresh. We'll definitely be back.

11/10/2025: An extremely interesting museum, both culturally and architecturally, with beautiful and varied exhibitions that have been presented over the years. The only flaw, in my opinion, is the bookshop, which has gone from being a place full of art books and more to something more like a stationery shop selling all sorts of gadgets. It's clear that times have changed...

08/10/2025: An architecturally fascinating structure. It houses permanent exhibitions, including a Futurist section, which I recommend combining with a visit to the nearby Casa futurista Depero. Various painting and photography exhibitions are regularly held.

09/04/2026: I hate to write this review because the pizza is good and the place is clean, but the service left a bad taste in my mouth. A table of six, our pizzas arrived, and the waitress dropped a plate and landed on one of the girls. Human error, it happens. We tried to clean it up with our napkins since we weren't offered a wet cloth or anything else. But let's ignore that; we made do, even though a helping hand would have been nice. The girl burned her hands trying to cover the pizza. After washing up in the bathroom, they kindly brought us some anti-burn cream and gloves. We appreciated it, but unfortunately, we received an unpleasant surprise at the cash register, where we were charged the full bill without even a €1 discount (total for six pizzas €120.10). They weren't expecting much, but at least offering the unlucky girl a pizza would have been THE LEAST. But the absolute minimum to apologize for, especially since all of her clothes, coat, and bag were soiled. We believe this was truly unprofessional and will not be returning.
