26/08/2025: Great! Excellent! Tasty and well-cooked pasta.

22/08/2025: A beautiful restaurant in the heart of Trento, perfect for summer evenings. The outdoor space is huge and charming, nestled in an internal courtyard. The veal with tuna sauce and veal cheek are delicious. The dishes are meticulously prepared, and you can see that passion surpasses hard work. Great attention to detail is evident in both the food and the service. Andrea is available for a pleasant chat during a break. The wine cellar is extensive and very local; we drank an excellent Lagrein at a more than fair price. They're not aiming for a Michelin star, but they could. In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Trento, hands down, and definitely worth a visit.

03/10/2025: I got a high rating from the restaurant, but it was very crowded. Unfortunately, I didn't try the restaurant because of the long line. You'd have to wait half an hour to an hour to get a table. Another excellent restaurant was also chosen. Without downplaying the restaurant, if it weren't so excellent, it wouldn't be so crowded. Riva Dal Carda has an elegant center and excellent restaurants.

05/10/2025: Excellent restaurant. First course, second course, and dessert with two covers and two hot drinks cost around €35. Super welcoming staff, including a very friendly waiter who even cracked a few jokes. Really welcoming.

14/08/2025: After a walk to the Fuciade refuge, we raced back to the parking lot, only to notice this small hotel and restaurant on the right overlooking a small lake. The welcome was top-notch; the kindness and care with which they greet guests is priceless, especially after having been surrounded by a crush of strollers and screaming children less than an hour earlier. We sat down and couldn't help but try so many different dishes. The cannelloni were truly excellent, not to mention the spare ribs. Everything was truly remarkable; I was won over by the family-run management and the attention to detail. The menu includes several courses and takes into account allergies and intolerances. It's a place where you feel as pampered as you wish, both while eating and relaxing. Many compliments once again to the Chef and the service. Don't miss it!

13/09/2025: The owners are incredibly kind and attentive. The food is top-notch, even for me, who isn't vegan! We've been several times, and I must say I've always eaten excellently and always felt right at home! Well done, guys! I recommend it to everyone!

09/09/2025: Perhaps because we were having dinner before closing time, the waitress rushed us to order at 8:30 because the kitchen closed! "At 8:30!" The menu was limited and completely inconsistent with the published menu. It lacked vegetables and legumes, offering bland options like soy, tempeh, seitan, carbonara, etc. They were cooked well, yes, but if you go to Lidl, you can find everything and cook it at home in minutes. This is meant as a tip for the management. Vegans want to eat traditional Italian dishes, all veganized, of course: tortelli, polenta, mushrooms, strangolapreti, canederli, etc. So, from two chefs who have been VEGAN for over twenty years, a three-star rating is primarily for supporting a cuisine free from suffering.

21/09/2025: A superb restaurant in a small park. The food was fantastic. We had a delicious pizza once and a delicious pasta once. We would eat both again. The price is a bit higher for a pizza than you'd expect in Italy, but it's worth it. There are also a lot of locals here. Unfortunately, the espresso wasn't impressive. Hence the one-star deduction. But it's a smile, because the tiramisu brings back the star.

21/09/2025: The park's atmosphere is really nice, and the service is excellent. The pizza dough was our favorite during our Lake Garda vacation.

14/10/2025: Well, there are no words to describe this historic refuge. Everything was excellent!!! We'll definitely be returning.

10/10/2025: This experience was based on the recommendation of the owner of the rental property. The refuge is in a stunning location, surrounded by mountains. The road to get there is a bit narrow and steep, but it's completely paved and easy. The refuge offers Trentino cuisine, all homemade, including wine and liqueurs. The selection of their own cured meats is amazing, as is their Crucolo cheese. A must-try is the Parampa'mpoli liqueur, which you absolutely must try! The value for money is excellent, and I recommend visiting the winery to purchase their products.

02/10/2025: A typical Trentino trattoria, rustic yet welcoming, with friendly staff, convenient parking, and, above all, tasty, generous dishes. Very reasonable prices. Their specialty is superb homemade tortelli.

17/09/2025: We had the ricotta dumplings as the main dish and the buchtel for dessert. Both were quite heavy, with too much dough overall, which made the meal feel unbalanced.

13/09/2025: A charming, elegant location with a breathtaking view. Excellent food, carefully presented, and each course perfectly balanced! Impeccable service and a very fair bill. We spent €146 for two, including a shared appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, two desserts, and two glasses of wine. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

28/09/2025: It was my wife's birthday, so I booked the hotel's boat tour with a subsequent aperitif as a surprise for her. From the first contact to the farewell, everything in terms of communication and service was very professional. The staff impressed us with their genuine courtesy and friendliness throughout. The package (boat tour + aperitif) is highly recommended. The boat tour, on a chic motorboat to a waterfall accessible only by water, was very beautiful, and we had a lot of fun. The boat captain was also very nice. After we docked back in the harbor, we were once again greeted very warmly and courteously at the Aqua and led to a beautifully prepared table with a direct view of the lake, where we enjoyed our aperitif, consisting of a bottle of champagne and some extremely delicious appetizers from the kitchen. Everything was fantastic!!! Many thanks again to the equally friendly and communicative waiter. Final summary: Fantastic. Thank you so much for this truly wonderful experience. PS: Since we already had dinner reservations elsewhere, we will definitely have dinner at Aqua at another time.
