31/07/2025: Abbiamo cenato alla Baita del Trett durante la vacanza a San Giacomo Brentonico. Su indicazione del titolare del B&B "Mas dei Girardei", siamo stati a cena una prima volta per poi tornare un aio di giorni dopo, visto che eravamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti. Carne di ottima qualità - mi dicono di produzione propria - servizio veloce e cortese, prezzi più che onesti. Indimenticabile la grigliata che abbiamo diviso in due, data la quantità generosa. Una menzione a parte meritano le patate alla tirolese, semplicemente deliziose. Locale consigliatissimo.

02/08/2025: Al Bus luogo caratteristico del Primiero aperto solo a pranzo gentilezza e cortesia dei luoghi . Cibi squisiti ci immergiamo nei sapori del Trentino. Ci torneremo sicuramente

They served me a venison chop that I thought was too tough, and they immediately replaced it with another perfectly cooked one, adding the side dishes that were included and that I had already eaten. Very professional. A very welcoming, typical mountain atmosphere. I recommend it.

27/07/2025: Everything is beautiful, it's ideal for a family trip because there's a nice playground with ping pong. The waiters are very organized. Everything is perfect. I recommend it.

22/07/2025: A seafood dinner unlike any you'll find in a seaside restaurant. All the dishes are original, flavorful, and balanced. The portions are just right—not nouvelle cousin fare, not trattoria fare, but completely satisfying! Everything would have been perfect, except for a service error and the neighbors at the table smoking (outdoors)! Approximate price per person for two courses + dessert: €50

20/07/2025: Quality dinner! Excellent and incredibly fresh fish. For a city near the mountains, it's rare to find such tasty and beautifully presented dishes. Excellent service, modern atmosphere, and attention to detail!

09/07/2025: I give the food 4 stars, only because it's rooted in Trentino tradition, which, to be honest, doesn't really excite me. I would have liked to have pasta with venison ragù, wild boar ragù, etc. The place is fabulous; the cellar is definitely worth a visit, with its extensive selection of cured meats, cheeses, and wines, all strictly Crucolo.

Inside, it's all wood, in keeping with Trentino tradition, with that woody aroma mingling with culinary delights that makes you feel pampered. Outside, the well-kept garden features dining tables, lounge chairs, and a children's playground. I recommend stopping by.

The chef recognizes us every time and prepares the best children's cocktails with high-quality ingredients that our children love. The service is simply fantastic – the team is warm, attentive, and always makes us feel welcome. The fine dining spoils us with artfully prepared dishes that are not only a delight to taste but also a visual delight. We particularly appreciate the child-friendly atmosphere and the fantastic children's menu. The value for money is absolutely justified, as the quality of the food and the service are simply outstanding. We highly recommend this restaurant!

15/08/2025: Food and wine selection was both spectacular. Good vegetarian options on the menu. Best local wines to choose from. Atmosphere impaired by local karaoke which was really bad. Watch out: no parking around the property!

27/07/2025: I went for lunch today with my husband. The place was nice and well-kept. We had nettle tortelloni with goat cheese and pine nuts; 9 tortelloni were tasteless, the pine nuts were the main ingredient. The venison tagliatelle were few and tasteless. I didn't finish the slice of strudel, which I love, because it was spoiled and had probably been left for days. The quality and quantity of the food were poor. The prices were very high. I wouldn't recommend it.

14/08/2025: After a walk to the Fuciade refuge, we raced back to the parking lot, only to notice this small hotel and restaurant on the right overlooking a small lake. The welcome was top-notch; the kindness and care with which they greet guests is priceless, especially after having been surrounded by a crush of strollers and screaming children less than an hour earlier. We sat down and couldn't help but try so many different dishes. The cannelloni were truly excellent, not to mention the spare ribs. Everything was truly remarkable; I was won over by the family-run management and the attention to detail. The menu includes several courses and takes into account allergies and intolerances. It's a place where you feel as pampered as you wish, both while eating and relaxing. Many compliments once again to the Chef and the service. Don't miss it!

13/08/2025: Passing through after a hike in the mountains, we stopped for lunch. Aside from a small hiccup (after a long wait, they told me the dumplings I'd ordered were out of stock—that happens), we ate wonderfully!!! As an apology, the waiter offered us a plate of speck while we waited for our orders, followed by coffee. In the end, I changed the type of dumplings, which were excellent, and my wife had lentil soup, which was sooooo good. Highly recommended, both for the food and the helpfulness of the staff.

01/08/2025: Stopping at this high-mountain refuge was not only breathtaking for the views of these magnificent peaks, but also delightful for the hospitality of the owners, who were smiling and kind, incredibly hospitable and friendly, speaking their Ladin language, a distinctly different accent from that of the valley, Pozza, and the surrounding area. All this made our stop, accompanied by their authentic products, a true moment of relaxation and recharging our batteries for the rest of our hike. We didn't stay, so I can't objectively comment on the rooms, but trusting in their hospitality, we'd definitely try the overnight experience with homemade breakfast and friendly accommodation. What can I say? We'll definitely return, and perhaps next time we'll continue along the Grande Vera trail. Hugs!
