07/04/2026: It was simply an incredible culinary experience with top-notch service, everything was of the finest quality, thank you very much.
07/04/2026: There were not many options in the area, so we were sceptical about this restaurant. However we were proven wrong in the most positive way. The antipasti plate for two could easily feed a whole family. It was so much food, that all the tables had a plastic container to take the rest home. Carpaccio, salami, prosciutto, breads and salad with fermented vegetables. Just great.
We opted for easy options when it comes to pasta. Carbonara and Bolognese were perfectly seasoned. Nothing extra. Just right.
At the end, tiramisu with a coffee.
The atmosphere was so nice. A lot of local italian families on Sunday dinner together.
All of this for mere 55€. Just. Great.

17/02/2026: Fantastic lunch! The restaurant is located in the heart of Trento's historic center, very intimate and modern. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. They explained every dish they brought us, making us understand the care they put into each dish.
Special mention for the canederli, the best I've ever had! If you're passing through Trento, you can't miss this place!
12/02/2026: Passionate gastronomy, attention to detail, excellent service with wine recommendations, and fantastic food. The carbonara was already superb, but how amazing were the dumplings... bravo!

07/04/2026: A lovely panoramic restaurant/agriturismo in Cles, with a nearby riding stable, ideal for picnics. It's perfect for dining al fresco, with plenty of space and both covered and uncovered tables.
Children can let them play on the lawn, where there are rides and a volleyball court. Excellent local food: tortei and cured meats are recommended, and pappardelle with white ragù is delicious.
18/01/2026: The location is truly beautiful, nestled in nature among horses and donkeys. In summer, you can dine outside, surrounded by greenery; in winter, you can dine inside in a warm, modern setting. The potato tortei are delicious, as is the porcini mushroom ravioli with casolet fondue. The cuisine reflects the values of traditional cuisine, bringing flavor to each dish. Try it again and again.

28/03/2026: An excellent local restaurant! On a Sunday at lunchtime it was crowded with local families enjoying a homely environment and feeling. The place is nice; it has also great outdoor seating.
The pizza toppings were definitely 5⭐️ for the quality of the ingredients and the amount, very fairly priced, in my opinion. I shall add that I would have liked a softer dough but that's my personal preference and, honestly, I have enjoyed their more rustic dough by the end. So, with that said, I would definitely come back!

09/04/2026: We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. Everything was absolutely delicious. We ordered grilled salmon, arctic char (Saibling), and a mixed salad - each dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavour.
The portions were surprisingly generous. You truly get great value for money here.
Everything was incredibly tasty, and we enjoyed every bite.
The service is great!
We highly recommend this place and will definitely come back!

Great view from the glass cube exterior and a beautifully renovated rustic interior.
Very attentive and professional staff, and the greeting from the kitchen was appreciated.
Good-quality ingredients.
Cons:
Expensive wine list, with starting bottles around €36.
Dishes with excellent value for money: artichoke tart €20, priest's hat (a slice) with a side dish €26!
Dessert...€9 (avoided).
So two appetizers, two main courses with a bottle of base wine, and digestifs plus a coffee...€142.
A little more expensive than expected.

You walk in and want to buy everything: a variety of local products, like cheeses, cured meats, honey, jams, etc. The filled sandwiches are delicious, one better than the next. I've had different varieties of cheese, salami, herbal teas, organic sweets, and spelt. The staff is courteous and very friendly. I'll also order online.
07/02/2026: Incredible surprise: we were looking for a quick restaurant to stop on the way home and stopped in, intrigued. We had the polenta with mushrooms and wild boar, fabulous. For dessert, yogurt with blueberries. And then we bought a lot of things to take home. Amazing!

27/12/2025: Excellent food and attentive service in a typical mountain setting.
14/12/2025: I'll start with the service, because it was incredibly fast and efficient despite all the tables being full, both inside and out on the veranda. The food is delicious; the location isn't scenic, but it's very well-kept and relaxing, with lots of greenery and trees all around. We didn't try the rooms, but the dumplings were, and they were worth it!
We returned in December for the Siror markets, and dined here, confirming and even exceeding our first impression: they opened for dinner even with our reservation, they prepared everything perfectly, and every dish was delicious, from the appetizers featuring many of their own cured meats to the "smoked bones," which I'd never tried before and were an explosion of flavor.

13/04/2026: Lunch with friends, unbeatable value for excellent food and a welcoming atmosphere. The unmissable highlight is the wine cellar, where I could have spent hours sampling all the traditional dishes, which is why I'll definitely be back to share it with others!
