02/05/2026: The first courses, pici and paccheri, arrived undercooked. The service was inattentive: the waitress took our two bottles of water to another table, and when I asked for another, I found out I had three bottles instead of one. It's a shame I only noticed this once I got home, looking at the receipt (I wasn't the one paying). The wine selection was equally disappointing: they suggested a Gewürztraminer, and only by specifically asking to see the bottle—which they wanted to take away immediately after pouring the wine—did we discover it was from Hungary. Being in Trentino, drinking a Hungarian Gewürztraminer is truly laughable... especially considering we paid €22 for it, when it costs about €6. Shame on you. Finally, during dinner, I had to squash three pantry moths that kept bothering me. A problem that clearly suggests the need for pest control. I won't say anything else...

14/03/2026: The chief service and food was great , basically a fiorentine steak in Trentino region! It is a bit pricy compared to the Tuscan region but nevertheless I would highly recommend this place and the wonderful owner !
