25/12/2023: Really cute hotel just outside Trento. We found it by pure luck, after, on December 7, the B&B we had booked kicked us out with an excuse (we later saw that it used to do this with others too). The squirrel hotel was a very pleasant discovery!! Super attention to detail, very clean, excellent breakfast and excellent staff. Also possible to have dinner there, if you were tired and didn't want to go out. We will most likely return in the summer, to fully enjoy the facility (which has tennis courts and a swimming pool - in addition to the spa) and the splendid mountain paths in the surrounding area.
11/12/2023: Very welcoming hotel, 10 minutes by car from Trento, equipped with all comforts.

06/04/2024: I found this structure by chance and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise for me who travels a lot... Franca, the owner, is a professional taster regarding the food and wine of the Piné Plateau, but with an extension to regional excellence.
Abundant and assorted breakfast (the homemade jams, without sugar or preservatives) are noteworthy... it's a pity that the restaurant business has temporarily ceased and therefore I haven't been able to taste the cuisine, which is undoubtedly of excellent quality 😋
A recommendation: punctuality in the arrival time 😀...

13/01/2024: Il locale è gradevole, il caminetto presente non era acceso e sicuramente avrebbe nella sala avrebbe riscaldato l'atmosfera e la temperatura. Menu senza trope pretese, portate giuste senza troppo curare la presentazione, carta vini buona...ma nel complesso estremamente caro per i piatti molto elementari che offre. Mi spiace ma non torneremo più.

19/08/2023: Essential menu (which is much appreciated!), characterized by tasty typical dishes, prepared with care and professionalism. The service is guaranteed by a handful of young people who are willing, kind and attentive to the customer's needs. Prices more than fair. The setting of Bedolpian is the icing on the cake. If, after a little investigation, you discover that everything is managed by a non-profit association, made up of young people dedicated to social activities and particularly attentive to the inclusion of disabled people, 5 stars are too few. We highly recommend.

07/12/2023: Inzierei dalla cordialità, tipica di queste zone ma spesso non cosi scontata, proseguendo dall’entré e omaggiato dallo chef.
Non da meno là rapidità, l’accuratezza e la gustosità dei piatti.
Il tutto in un ambiente molto carino e accogliente.
Sicuramente da consigliare e da ripetere …
15/10/2023: Abbiamo pranzato in questo bel ristorante in stile tirolese e siamo rimasti sorpresi da tutti i piatti assaggiati.
Molto buone le carni e molto curati i piatti, anche nell’ aspetto estetico oltre che nell’abbinamento dei gusti. Pare sia riconosciuta come osteria tipica trentina e lo si capisce dagli ingredienti di alta qualità.
Bella selezione di cantine, in particolare del Trentino, con etichette interessanti a prezzi piuttosto contenuti.
Una bella scoperta!

04/12/2023: Io con il mio ragazzo siamo stati in questo hotel con una gita organizzata dall'agenzia,ci siamo trovati molto bene.
Hotel molto accogliente,pulito,personale cordiale ed educato.
Il cibo di qualità.
La camera molto carina,accogliente pulita e il bagno molto grande con una bella doccia.
La vista dalla terrazza veramente suggestiva,vi consiglio questo hotel.
Noi siamo andati a vedere i mercatini di Natalie, veramente belli e suggestivi.
Vi consiglio di fare una bella gita a Trento,poi a Rango di Bleggio e ai mercatini di Tenno

22/01/2024: Difficile chiedere di più quando un ristorante propone una cucina semplice ma di ottima qualità in un ambiente caldo ed accogliente, con personale estremamente gentile e disponibile e ad un prezzo onestissimo ed assolutamente in linea con quanto offerto. Il menù fisso non è per nulla un problema, una volta che uno lo sa prima di venirci. Noi ci torniamo sempre volentieri
14/11/2023: Posto accogliente e panoramico. Il menù è fisso e cambia ogni mese. I piatti sono curati, cucinati con degli accorgimenti che li rendono diversi dai soliti. Il signore che serve ha dimostrato di essere estroverso e disponibile ad accontentare gli avventori.

30/08/2023: Good morning, I stayed in this hotel years ago with my husband and we returned with my family for four days this year in the month of August and we had a great time: a well-kept and very welcoming environment, the rooms were well cleaned every day and the the kitchen is excellent, I basically felt like I was at home. The owners are very helpful, kind and attentive to customer requests. Must visit to believe. Compliments!
26/08/2023: A slightly out of the way hotel located in a little upscale village but very quiet. The rooms are spacious and clean, and that is very important. They are a little old and could do with a bit of updating, however overall they are ok! The innkeeper is very kind and ready to help you with anything you need. Breakfast is also above the norm being a 2 star. Overall I recommend it!
