08/08/2025: Unfortunately, this was the worst pizza I've ever eaten in Italy. Aside from the overly hard dough, the mushrooms were from a can/jar. Absolutely a no-go. Never again.

07/08/2025: Do not come here! The staff is absolutely unfriendly and visibly annoyed. Our order (just a few scoops of ice cream) was forgotten, and when we pointed it out to the waiter, he brought us two glasses with almost completely melted ice cream — without saying a word. Incredibly rude! On top of that, the ice cream was of poor quality and the prices were completely unjustified.

30/04/2025: Terrible coffee but nothing compared to the unpleasantness of the owner. Rude and arrogant. Terrible service and exorbitant prices. FLEE!

29/04/2025: Very commercial place without too many peaks of quality or particular excellence. Friendly staff.

04/08/2025: assegno "2 pallini" solo perché la terrazza merita.. Il Resto da evitare chiediamo 1 fiorentina, questa arriva e si presenta anche bene come cottura ( cottura al sangue) arriva il momento di tagliarla ed assaggiarla... immangiabile, la carne nonostante che fosse al sangue era stopposa non si riusciva a letteralmente a mangiarla. Avvisiamo la cameriera che ci risponde "non dovete dirlo a me ma dovete dirlo dentro" Non ci siamo proprio... un posto con delle potenzialità sprecato in questo modo rapporto qualità/prezzo : pessimo

21/07/2025: Posto molto turistico, cibo caro e di scarsa qualità, la fiorentina era immangiabile (dura e piena di nervi), è stato fatto presente alla signora che ci ha servito ma al momento del conto abbiamo pagato prezzo pieno, di sicuro non ci torneremo. Sconsigliato.

06/06/2025: Located along the road a few steps from the free parking. The gentleman is helpful and professional. Very high prices, like a restaurant. For a takeaway cheese and cold cuts platter and a coffee I paid €27. Maybe a little too much. But apparently around here you pay a lot for local products.

25/04/2025: Robo a la luz del día. Paramos aquí después de visitar la catedral. Sin menú dado. Entramos a pagar 8 € por dos tazas tibias de Americano. Hemos tomado mejor café en otro lugar y cobramos 3 € por dos cafés geniales. ¡No hagas humor a estos ladrones!

24/04/2025: ¡Este lugar es absolutamente un lugar de estafa! ¡Te engañan cuando pueden! Nos sentamos afuera y tomamos un café y un jugo de naranja. Al final mi marido entró a pagar y eran 15 euros y sin recibo! ¡Un café y un zumo de naranja! El personal era muy poco educado. »¿Puedo quitar esto. Arrivererci! ” ¡Así que básicamente nos pidió que nos fuéramos! No hay precios para las bebidas, así que ten cuidado - o mejor no vayas allí en absoluto! Espero que algún tipo de instancia esté revisando el lugar, ya que este Roxy Bar es una pena para Siena.

13/07/2025: I would say the worst bacon burger I've ever had. Cold, raw and tasteless steak. The positive thing was that the place was open (other restaurants weren't).

08/07/2025: The food is terrible. Not a single decent dressing could liven up a salad of bland tomato and dry mozzarella. The burger weighs less than 50 grams of meat, accompanied by a slice of pork shoulder, a packet of ketchup, and another of mayonnaise. Not even the worst fast food restaurant has served me such a poor burger.

05/08/2025: The pizzas aren't good. I don't know the rest. But I don't recommend it.

03/08/2025: I've never written a bad review before, but it's incredible how they try to make fools of tourists. We arrived to ask for a simple couple of glasses of Merlot, and the girl who served us took a wine from the refrigerator. When she served it, her colleague elbowed her, obviously telling her not to. She shut him up and proceeded to serve it. A wine that had surely been stored in the refrigerator for days. The most annoying thing was the action of wanting to see the faces of the people who come to visit their cities. Very bad, I attach a photo of the place and the woman.

28/07/2025: La comida es muy justa, baja calidad. He quedado muy decepcionado. Los camareros son muy amables, No se lo recomiendo a nadie, no vale la pena

22/03/2025: Si può avere/gestire un posto molto bello, capiente, nel cuore di una città importante e rinomata, MA se la qualità di prodotti, i costi e soprattutto il servizio offerto non sono all'altezza si va poco lontani..... Purtroppo non sono solita leggere le recensioni dei bar (al contrario delle recensioni su ristoranti e hotel). In genere scelgo guidata dall'istinto alla ricerca di un buon caffè che renda la mia vacanza o il mio soggiorno di lavoro ancora più gradevole. Questa esperienza mi insegna a farlo! Non lo consiglio. Passate oltre.
