19/03/2025: Posto bellissimo e ambiente molto accogliente; siamo venuti con la classe essendo in gita scolastica, prezzi ammazzati, cibo tipico buonissimo e personale molto cordiale. Al termine hanno offerto pure il caffè. Se ci fossero 8 stelle le metterei con molto piacere

23/03/2025: We discovered this place thanks to TheFork and we were pleasantly surprised! The environment is welcoming, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere, made even more interesting by the open kitchen, which adds a touch of authenticity to the experience. We started with a platter of excellent quality cold cuts and cheeses, accompanied by irresistible croquettes, crunchy on the outside and creamy on the inside. For the pizzas, we wanted to try two different doughs: one soft and one crunchier. Both were really tasty, but the margherita with crunchy dough was exceptional, with a perfect balance between lightness and flavor. To finish on a sweet note, we tried the tiramisu, delicate and well-balanced. The service was impeccable: the staff is kind, attentive and always smiling. A place absolutely recommended for those looking for quality and a pleasant atmosphere!

06/03/2025: I recently came across this place and was shocked by the attitude of the restaurant staff. Leaving aside the exhausting wait which, which lasted a long time, led us to cross the exit door of the restaurant no earlier than 3 and a half hours after we set foot there, simply for a pizza and little else. Almost immediately, we were characterized by a profoundly irreverent and rude attitude, especially directed at us by a young waitress with a less than reassuring attitude. Over and over again, she used a rude attitude and addressed us with unpleasant "jokes" to make us weigh everything; Until the situation degenerated enormously when, when it was time to reorder another round of pizza, he ordered us to finish 2 pieces of particular taste, not liked by everyone, wanting to impose on us, against our will, telling us categorically that he would not bring us anything else if we didn't eat them. Despite our heated and disconcerted responses, she persisted undaunted; When they ended reluctantly, she continued to incessantly make jokes to us alluding to this, believing herself to be a chosen one, addressing herself with an explicit and brazen arrogance. As the wait became longer and longer, we saw the waitress and her other colleagues, more and more eager to chase us away, until at the final moment of consuming the coffee, some lights were turned off to encourage us to leave. I strongly advise against this place to anyone.

14/10/2024: Por retraso en nuestra llegada prevista nos encontramos que la cocina ya estaba cerrada, pero tuvieron la amabilidad de atendernos. Tanto los espaguetis carbonara como la muy completa hamburguesa estuvieron simplemente pasables. Los precios nos parecieron elevados: 16€ cada plato. Más cara fue la bebida: 8€ por una cerveza Franziskaner y 6 por una cerveza Messina y 4€ por una botella de 759 ml de agua filtrada de la casa. Tampoco le vimos mucha explicación a los 6€ del cubierto (4 rebanadas de pan).

10/04/2025: Returning from Corsica where the food is really bad on the way home to La Spezia my wife and I stumbled upon this place. A very pleasant surprise. All very good. If I lived closer I would be a regular customer. Congratulations indeed

06/04/2025: Pranzo nell'ambito di un raduno di auto sportive Sicuramente ci sono stati diversi disguidi nell'organizzazione dell'evento, ma onestamente erano anni che non mangiavo così male per una spesa assurda di 75 euro a testa

10/03/2025: Restaurant bezocht in september. Wij waren misschien iets te vroeg, want we zaten tijdens het hele etentje helemaal alleen in het restaurant. Dit was wat ongemakkelijk. Het eten was wel echt overheerlijk en wij hebben het nog steeds over de rosbief op pizzadeeg. Dit is echt een aanrader. De pizza was ook super lekker. Het uitzicht vanaf het restaurant is ook erg mooi. De weg er naartoe in het donker vonden wij wel wat spannend

15/04/2025: We stayed two nights in the hotel and also ate here twice. Because we slept there we got a discount. That was a nice bonus. The food was super tasty. We got an English menu. The staff was very friendly and could help us in English. Our dog was also more than welcome here.

12/03/2025: Modern restaurant inside a hotel. Placemats made of paper that is too light and thin and constantly moves. Friendly and helpful room attendants. Food overall pretty good, but not great. Good bottled Castello del Trebbio red wine. Unpresentable cantuccini: hard and old. Which is why I give 3 stars and not 4.

30/01/2025: An elderly gentleman who makes pizzas in a wood-fired oven and makes them in the pan that any grandmother at home uses, you can't call me pizza for 2 reasons: 1 you can't taste the flavor and crunchiness of the stone heated by the embers, it's 2 because they make the pizzas so small that in real pizzerias they're baby and in the end they cost too much for their quality, I completely screwed up.

03/01/2025: Unfortunately, we're pretty sure that we were served a frozen pizza - that's not possible! The lasagna was ok.

07/11/2024: One of the best meals I had while in Italy! Had the ravioli primavera and it was delicious! Really recommend.

23/03/2025: This place did not let us enter! The server came to the door and asked us if we had a reservation. It was a weekday night and the entire restaurent was empty, but they said that they cannot let us in without a reservation. I don't understand why they behaved this way ? Do they not serve tourists or people of colour? I don't understand why they wouldn't even let us enter the restaurent. But this behaviour is shocking to me. Why run a business if you don't want customers?

17/02/2025: I couldn't enter: IT DOES NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Let me start by saying that: I didn't call, I didn't speak to the owner, I didn't see the interior of the restaurant and I didn't try the menu. It will certainly be an excellent restaurant, it will certainly be clean and the staff will be very kind. My "one star" is only for the fact that in 2025 there are still places that display "I can't enter here" signs. He will have his reasons obviously, but so do I to evaluate what I saw.

27/03/2025: I went for an aperitif last week, a 33 cl beer €5 complete with chips closed in a bag and that's it!!!! Unsmiling and cold staff! I'm sorry but I will never return until the prices have changed.

02/03/2025: They take the right to cancel a reservation made 10 days in advance because they don't have reservations and cancellation via email is not a phone call so due to a carelessness I only find out when I'm parked outside the venue after a 35 minute drive and the birthday is missed, you judge, I don't want to express anything else I would exaggerate

19/01/2025: I discovered the Cavallini pastry bar about a year and a half ago. From the outside I noticed the beautiful colours, the furniture and the wooden roofs, I entered and was surprised by the large assortment of sweets, biscuits and breakfast products. From day one it was and is a constant process of always trying something I haven't eaten yet. It is a place where you can relax and enjoy the many products, all delicious and made with certainly excellent raw materials. My favorites are the many biscuits, including filled biscuits, always available. The staff is kind and attentive. The coffee, tea and chocolates are exquisite. First class Christmas and Easter desserts. Heartfelt congratulations!

16/03/2025: I had graduation dinner with my friends. The food was very good, the starters were really plentiful and varied, and the first courses especially the lasagna, delicious. Their sangria is also very good. The intimate and welcoming environment, there were 11 of us but it can accommodate many more people, and you have the entire room at your disposal. Finally the lady who served us from start to finish, very nice. Very good value for money, I really recommend this place for events such as graduations, birthdays or other events.

25/02/2025: The best carbonara in Pisa! In many restaurants I have encountered oversalting, but here everything was perfectly balanced. The lovely old lady who runs the place told me that they prepare the pancetta themselves - maybe that's why the taste was so unique! The place is very spacious and cozy, I highly recommend it
