23/07/2026: The place is very nice, well-kept, and clean, with outdoor seating... The food is truly excellent, healthy and easy to digest. 👍 The pizza 🍕 is definitely worth trying: fantastic!

08/04/2026: Both the Neapolitan-style pizza and the fried food are excellent. The atmosphere is quiet and the owners are friendly. There's parking across the street.

10/07/2026: always for a Bersaglieri gathering in Pontedera in the morning we went to this pastry shop a few kilometers from our resilience for breakfast we found a welcoming atmosphere, very high quality of products especially the pastry shop was really good especially croissants and extremely tasty, where you can feel that the attention to raw materials and ingredients is very high

30/06/2026: The owner was arrogant and rude. He complained about eating at the counter even though I hadn't made a mess. There are ways to say things. He had zero customer service. I recommend changing jobs. You won't see me again. I strongly advise against it.

01/06/2026: I stayed at Villa Nencini in Volterra and had a truly pleasant experience. The relaxing atmosphere and panoramic location offer splendid views of the Tuscan landscape. The property is well-maintained and welcoming, with comfortable rooms and well-organized common areas. The restaurant was a real surprise: traditional Tuscan dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, served with courtesy and attention to detail. The outdoor pool is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city or the surrounding area. I highly recommend Villa Nencini to anyone looking for a rejuvenating and authentic stay in Volterra.

26/07/2026: If I had read the reviews beforehand, we certainly wouldn't have stopped at this place. Sunday, August 26th, 1:30 PM. Near the center of Pisa, all the restaurants are fully booked. We stop at this restaurant, and inside, it's practically empty. I see the river, a nice breeze mitigating the heat, and I ask if they have four seats. Of course they do. The dining room and the stilt house overlooking the river are practically empty. And now I'll tell you why. We sit down, happy to have found this cool place, but looking around, I see cobwebs, dead insects in the corners, total neglect. But the best is yet to come. Appetizers: calamarata bla bla bla, steamed, the semolina in the hospital is better. No flavor, it could have been anything, but it tasted like nothing. First courses: tagliolini, almost edible, but a two-year-old eats more, not because it was delicious, simply because he needs to satisfy his hunger! Ravioli with orange....I don't know how to describe them, because the only thing that had any flavor were two half slices of orange, and even then, a very small portion. No flavor: the filling could have been meat, fish, cardboard, fruit, vegetables...impossible to recognize, but whatever it was...it was tasteless. Let's move on to the bill: three appetizers, four first courses, four bottles of water and a coffee......151 euros. There, this was the only tasty dish. This is the Seven Dwarfs restaurant...Cinderella wasn't there, she preferred to eat the witch's apple and die rather than give this restaurant her name.

27/05/2026: Very slow service, not particularly friendly either. Waved us off a couple of times when we wanted to order/ask something. Took ages. My pizza was an oven pizza. Read it in a different comment before but ordered it anyways as I couldn’t believe it. But yep, it was horrible

12/07/2026: Dinner with friends, very nice place, efficient and fast service despite the restaurant being full... shame about the food... poor quality spaghetti with clams, tasteless, it seemed like eating a simple pasta with oil and overcooked, fried food with poor quality potatoes and terrible and overpriced wine (from €10-13 in the supermarket it is sold for €28!!!).

06/07/2026: We're here on holiday. My daughter's birthday is today, and she wanted to eat at this restaurant with a sea view. For some reason, we weren't served, which I found very disappointing. We were completely ignored. Thanks for nothing.

27/07/2026: It's been 10 years since I've had chickpea cake... It was worth the wait to find an extremely good one here! Totally recommended.

Bar, excellent breakfasts, aperitifs, quick meals, sandwiches, and pizza (pizza only on weekends), fair prices, friendly and professional staff... except for the bartender Dos Marcos: do everything for him, but don't forget to make a reservation for dinner, otherwise it becomes a real beast!

26/04/2026: Totally negative experience. We waited 30 minutes after our reservation, the pizza was cold. We called to clarify, and they told us our pizza had been mistakenly given to someone else who returned it, and without warning, they gave it to us.

13/07/2026: Honestly, after yesterday's theft, I won't be going back. I paid for a first course (penne with wild boar ragù), a second course (a beef steak), a mixed salad, and a liter of water... €35.

03/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. The restaurant's website listed pizza on the menu, but once we were seated, we were informed that they no longer serve it—a piece of information that should have been updated long ago. The fryer was out of order, so my daughters couldn't order fries. Again, it would have been helpful to know this in advance. My dish arrived incorrectly. They offered to exchange it, but I preferred not to cause any problems and just leave it as it was. However, when the bill came, not a single cent was deducted as an apology or compensation. I find this disrespectful to the customer. Finally, the thing that left us most perplexed: the water bottle was already opened and so covered in fingerprints that it was opaque on the outside—a clear sign of reuse. An unacceptable hygienic practice. We won't be returning, and I strongly advise the restaurant to update their website and seriously review their service and hygiene standards.

12/06/2026: This place is lovely. The chef is fist class, the food is lovely although the menu is a little limited and doesn't change if you're staying for over a week. Staff are lovely, cant do enough for you.

21/09/2025: We stopped today, ate some simple first courses, which were disgusting and worth spending a fortune for nothing. I strongly advise against it!!! As far as I'm concerned, you can close!!!!!

21/09/2025: I strongly advise against stopping at this restaurant, if we can call it that. I don't think there's a chef. The food was terrible and we spent a fortune on the crap they served us. Never again!
