24/06/2025: We ate very well, the restaurant is outdoors in the little square, Tuscan food, friendly staff, the platter of Tuscan cold cuts and cheeses is a must-try, and the first courses are very good. Recommended.

22/06/2025: What a great meal! Lots of interesting choices. We sat outside on a lovely evening. I got the wild boar pasta and my husband got the seafood pizza. Both were incredible. Highly recommend!

26/06/2025: Thank you for this wonderful evening! Anyone visiting Volterra should treat themselves to dinner and a bottle of wine in a pleasant, family-friendly atmosphere! The value for money is really good, and the owner and his family are passionate about their hospitality! Even in bad weather, there are plenty of tables available in the basement in a wonderful setting. We'd love to come back, preferably after 7 p.m., when most of the tourists have left the city and peace has returned to the beautiful streets. You can also sample a few whiskeys here in this tavern from Middle Earth... see you soon! P.S.: The photo of the snack plate actually included bruschetta and a loaf of bread with olive oil... but the child already ate it...

09/06/2025: There are many Italian restaurants along the strip but the reason my husband and myself decided to eat here is Gaiya , one of the lovely, friendly staff who unlike the other restaurants was not pushy at all. She came across as very knowledgeable and passionate about the menu, explained everything we asked about certain dishes and helped us to decide on what we would enjoy eating. Then we had Ratul, unsure if he was the manager but he was just as friendly and helpful, he made us feel welcome and on our last evening when we decided to eat here again he sent us complementary limoncello with our meal. Amazing food and amazing service to match!

07/06/2025: Cerca de la torre inclinada de Pisa, La Torre era una gran opción para el almuerzo al aire libre. El menú de spritz - bruschetta y aperol por 7 € fue el bocado de luz perfecto del mediodía. Mis hijos disfrutaron de espaguetis pomodoro y al ragu - ambos comentaron lo sabroso que era! El camarero nos dio mucho tiempo para leer el menú y fue muy atento a pesar de que el restaurante se llenó rápidamente. Recomiendo encarecidamente si usted está en la zona. Fantástico servicio, comida y relación calidad-precio.

13/07/2025: Ho avuto un'ottima esperienza. Servizio preciso, veloce, cordiale. Camerieri e cameriere solari ed educati, alla mano. Mi è stato riferito che anche il titolare sia una persona a modo e molto disponibile. Il ristorante ha un ampio spazio esterno, verde e curato, sembra ricordare i bei agriturismi. C'è anche un mini parco giochi per bambini, che evita che scorrazzino in giro per il ristorante ma restino concentrati in un punto, sotto lo sguardo dei genitori. Passiamo al cibo: Antipasto classico, frittini con prosciutto crudo. Semplice sì, ma di qualità, fritto leggero e prosciutto eccelso. Primo: pappardelle al ragù (ero ospite e non mi sono informato sul tipo di ragù), un classico, ma devo dire di aver avvertito quel qualcosa in più nel piatto che ha nettamente distinto una versione casalinga da una versione di ristorante. Ottime. Il secondo: tagliata di manzo, con grana e rucola, già condita. Superlativa, buonissima, un gran colpo. La mia esperienza è stata perfetta, ma mi sento di dare un piccolo consiglio estetico: i tavoli erano di plastica, grigia, il che non è bello. Credo che dovrebbero coprirli con dei copri tovaglia, anche di carta, perché così è brutto e stona con il bell'ambiente complessivo. A parte questo piccolo neo, il resto è stato perfetto, consigliato!

13/06/2025: Here the situation is bipolar. The location is fantastic and very well cared for families and group dinners. Especially in the summer. A very large and well-equipped garden allows you to forget about the smaller children. A beautiful terrace also allows older children to isolate themselves. The closed spaces are a little narrower. We are not on the food, however. Three times great disappointment both in terms of service times (very slow pizza rotation) and quality (poor ingredients and heavy dough). After yet another so-so classy dinner, and with a bit of a stomach ache 24 hours later... I am writing this review hoping to be an incentive to the young and friendly managers to improve the quality of the service and the attention to the food prepared.

06/07/2025: Historic restaurant in the Poggio Adorno woods. Traditional dishes in abundant quantities. The famous boscaiola is top, definitely worth trying. Friendly service. The atmosphere is beautiful especially in summer when dinner is eaten on the veranda. It's a shame not to have the menu available, it doesn't give value to a place with so much potential.

18/03/2025: Great experience! Well prepared dishes with fresh, quality ingredients. Quick and friendly service, perfect for a break while shopping. The atmosphere is pleasant and refined. It would be useful to update the menu with some new proposals to make the offer even more varied. Advised!

18/07/2025: The service was absolutely terrible. We had to ask for everything three times, and we only received our food after waiting 60 minutes. On top of that, the prices are far too high for what you actually get. To make matters worse, the receipt at checkout was incorrect. There are many better restaurants in the area.

16/07/2025: We went there 2 times already. For lunch Halavi and Diner Bassari. We just loved it. Never had such great and delicate plates in a kosher restaurant. Having this in Toscana is a bless.
