28/03/2025: Locale a 10 minuti da piazza dei miracoli, piccolo con pochi coperti ma molto pulito e curato. Abbiamo mangiato panini con hamburger e patatine di ottima qualità ad un prezzo più che onesto. Personale molto gentile. Consigliatissimo!

21/09/2024: Returning from a trip to Liguria we booked this restaurant based on the reviews and I must say that we did really well! Surprisingly we were welcomed with extreme courtesy and attention. The simple and well-kept environment but above all extremely clean toilets. The cut is excellent and we also recommend the pici with Tuscan white ragù! Another decidedly positive note is the hot bread served during the second courses, truly appreciated. Well done, we will definitely be back!

20/09/2024: I went with two friends for lunch during the week, being on holiday we chose the closest place with the best reviews. When we arrived it looked like a typical 80s tavern, empty, but appearances were deceiving. Inside, the place is well-kept, with a good selection of wines, both typical and from all over Italy. Simple but varied menu, excellent first and second courses (the Fiorentina was AMAZING); easy but friendly service, and good value for money. Summary, for a Florentine steak weighing more than one kg, 2 starters, 1 first course, 2 side dishes, 3 drinks, 1 water, 2 coffees, you spend €130. Highly recommended!

27/01/2025: Pizza by the slice is very expensive and small in portion. Furthermore, it was of terrible quality, it remained limp even though they reheated it, the margherita was full of mozzarella and the tomato was non-existent. Cecina is saved. Total spent €6.70 for: a small square the size of the children's pizza sold at the Margherita coop, one of salami and frankfurters and 100g of cecina. Then restaurateurs complain if they close their shops because no one goes there.....the answer is above.

03/01/2025: I have already been to this restaurant several times and every time it has surprised me with its cleanliness, courtesy and attention. This time I went there for a business dinner and it was no different. They adapted the dishes for my intolerances and they were delicious like the others. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening!

28/12/2024: Excellent as usual, all top quality products and everything really delicious. I go there often and I'm always satisfied, they do few things but they do them very well, they also have a wine list that you would never expect with truly wide choices in both quality and price. I recommend mushroom risotto and fried rabbit but in my opinion you'll enjoy whatever you get.

12/04/2025: Tourist trap. We ordered the cheese board and it came with 6 slices of cheese (14 euros!!!) and it took them an hour to bring us two simple plates of pasta. The quantities were quite poor.

08/04/2025: Exceptional, a few steps from the tower. Spritz and fabulous appetizers. The pici al cacio without pepper are delicious. Prices normal.

14/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante a Pisa. Location curata ed elegante. Servizio gentile e preparato. Ero a cena con amici e ho mangiato 1. tartare di pecora: la cuoca ha trovato un ottimo equilibrio di sapori con una carne non facile. Sarebbe stata secondo me perfetta se avesse aggiunto ancora un pochino di acciuga per dare un pochino di spinta in più 2. pasticcio ferrarese: molto molto buono..."gudurioso" ma non troppo come deve essere in locali come questo. Solo porzione veramente piccola...peccato...un piccolo sforzo sarebbe stato gradito :-D 3. bonet: uhm qui non sono sicuro...buono ma con un pochino troppo amaretto e un pochino "liquido"...poi se ci si mette la panna e si cambia allora magari meglio metterci anche un pochino di croccante. Carta dei vini buona forse con un ricarico un pochino alto (ma sono stato ben consigliato dalla sommelier). Nel complesso finalmente Pisa ha un posto elegante e con cucina raffinata...ma mi raccomando meno "tirchi" sulle porzioni! :-D. Ci tornerò.

30/06/2024: Unfortunately, I am reviewing last time's 5-star rating downwards. They gave us a separate table on the street next to one of the doors where cars were passing by 1 meter away, many of them with zero euro diesels! (If you don't have room when you book just say so). An unpleasant fishy smell came from inside. The food wasn't bad although the tempura cod was soaked in oil and the tagliolini lacked a bit of kick. Good service even if just one waiter running back and forth isn't enough... you're almost afraid to ask him for toothpicks. Sin. A more than positive experience both for the quality of the raw materials and for the workmanship. Attentive and pleasant service. Among those visited in Casciana, this restaurant stands out completely from the others! I don't know what the count is... I haven't finished dinner yet... but when you feel good it's relative!

02/11/2024: Sulla lavagna dove c' é scritto il menu vi sono portate che, una volta seduti, dicono che sono terminate. Come mai non le cancellate prima, dato che la lavagna è fatta appositamente per poter cancellare le scritte ? Forse per attirare i clienti che, altrimenti, non si fermerebbero ? Salumi scadenti, porzioni misere. L' unico aspetto positivo la posizione .
