05/02/2025: Entering a bar and being greeted with a smile makes you start your day off right! It was quite busy but the staff are well organized and really very friendly. I ate a good croissant but the surprise came with the macchiato, the coffee was excellent but the foam was shiny, compact, without even a single bubble, bordering on perfection, congratulations indeed! Super recommended!!!

26/09/2024: A beautiful property set in stunning Tuscan countryside, simply stunning. We had a first-floor apartment and self-catered. Many beautiful beaches and Tuscan villages are nearby.

21/09/2024: Beautiful resort immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, 3 swimming pools available, barbecue area, tennis courts, children's area. Double rooms a little small, the apartment solution is much better, very friendly reception staff, cleanliness everywhere.

24/12/2024: Very nice restaurant. In the heart of Casale Marittimo. Friendly staff. We only had one wine and prosecco. You can also get snacks and complete meals here.

23/11/2024: Another discovery by chance, a trip out of town in our splendid Tuscany. Magnificent village Casale Marittimo, with a breathtaking view of the Tuscan countryside and the sea. Found this gem of a place, wine shop and cuisine. Very solid professionalism, wonderful cellar selection, original and delicious menu. To look for and try, and before and after enjoy the village and the view.

03/02/2025: During our visit to the village of Lari and the famous Martelli pasta factory, we decided to have lunch at the I Burattinai restaurant, attracted by their choice to use Martelli pasta. We opted for spaghetti carbonara and sausage, which turned out to be a dish full of flavor and a risotto with porcini mushrooms, creamy and well seasoned. We couldn't resist the temptation to try the prawns wrapped in lard, a real delight for the palate! To end on a high note, we let ourselves be seduced by the Tuscan cantuccini accompanied by vin santo, at the suggestion of the staff. The culinary experience offered by I Burattinai was so satisfying that we already plan to return. A place definitely recommended for those looking for traditional dishes prepared with skill and quality ingredients.

18/01/2025: Visiting the villages of Val d'Elsa we stopped for lunch. Excellent choice! Small, clean and nice place, the lady who served us was very nice, the food was excellent and plentiful. Good prices. I recommend it

05/01/2025: Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo questo piccolo ristorante: ci torneremo sicuramente quando verremo per un’altra vacanza. Il tiramisù era praticamente perfetto ,la tagliata di carne buonissima ,i pici alragù di Chianina e la polenta ai funghi con la carne di capriolo era fantastica e il tagliere di salumi e formaggi e’ “scomparso” in pochi minuti. Tutto ciò ci ha aiutato a concludere la nostra esperienza in Toscana al massimo… Un’esperienza assolutamente da rifare!

21/02/2025: Had a great meal...we went for lunch. To start we had a starter of cured meats and cheeses, both the raw ham and the mortadella and pecorino were very good. Then some had lasagna with meat sauce, cannelloni with ricotta and sauce, some had pasta with pesto, some had pasta with meat sauce, aubergines parmigiana, cuttlefish with roasted potatoes, cauliflower flan, .. all very good. Advised!

08/03/2025: I was not satisfied. The pizza by the meter was really badly organized, with flavors that had a larger part of the pizza and other parts less. I took the tuna and onion pizza, even though the onion in it was cut into cubic and ironically large pieces. The service was not pleasant, having this waitress rush to take our order and making faces if one took time to choose. The pieces of pizza were cut badly, leaving me with pieces that were more crust than pizza

02/04/2025: Excellent restaurant serving abundant and tasty fish dishes. The landlady is kind and super helpful, paying great attention to every customer's need throughout the service. In short, you are pampered from the moment you arrive until you leave! The environment is refined and intimate. Ideal for those who don't like crowded places. The "captain's spade" is highly recommended, for which I still congratulate you. It is literally a pan full of mussels, venison, prawns and calamari served with hot bread with which you can make the fish broth remaining on the bottom. Exceptional! Very advantageous prices considering quality, portions and the fact that we are talking about fish. Really good! I will definitely come back.

16/03/2025: I believe that Costa Azzurra can be defined as the best fish restaurant in Pontedera. All excellent in a nice and well-kept environment, not too big and therefore not chaotic. All the dishes are excellent: I recommend the drunken arancini, the tuna calamarata and the really good fried prawns and squid: crunchy, tasty and the fish soft. The tartare are excellent, of very good quality. The owner is very nice and very courteous. For an unforgettable evening based on fish cooked very well and at an excellent price

19/03/2025: Ieri sera abbiamo festeggiato una collega che è andata in pensione. Ottimo apericena a buffet. Siamo stati BENISSIMO.Eravamo tanti, una quarantina. Marco il responsabile, gentilissimo e disponibile a tutte le nostre richieste. Il cuoco del Bangladesh simpatico e sorridente e poi Ambra, bellissima ragazza fuori e dentro che ci ha coccolato tutta la sera. Un bel posto che ho segnato nel mio cuore ❤️. Sicuramente torneremo!!!

08/11/2024: Día lluvioso en Volterra... Me decidí por este encantador restaurante. Inmediatamente me dieron la bienvenida y me senté en una mesa encantadora. El camarero no podría haber sido más profesional o servicial. El restaurante tenía un ambiente familiar que me encantó... tan cálido y amable de una manera italiana maravillosa. El pici fue fantástico. Me encantó este lugar y volvería la próxima vez en Volterra.

04/11/2024: La mejor comida que he tenido en Italia, tienes que visitar este lugar! 😍 Ordenó la pasta de jabalí, y también consiguió trufa blanca fresca. La comida es increíble, y el personal y el servicio super amable! Volverá
