10/08/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect pasta & authentic flavor – completely unfairly negative! Before eating here, I read some of the negative reviews – and honestly, I can't relate to them at all. From appetizer to dessert, every dish was a delight! The pasta was perfectly al dente, the sauces intense and full of character – you can immediately taste the fresh ingredients and love that go into the cooking. The tagliatelle with truffle and the carbonara were particularly tasty highlights. The black ravioli with sun-dried tomatoes, capers, and olives were also simply fantastic! The portions are generous, and the presentation in small copper pots makes the whole thing even more charming. And the desserts are a must, too – whether it's tiramisu with fresh strawberry sauce or the classic pastry dusted with powdered sugar. The service was friendly and attentive, without any rush – you have time to enjoy. For me, this is an authentic piece of Italian pasta art in the heart of Pisa. Bottom line: Don't let the occasional bad reviews put you off – if you love pasta, you'll be happy here!

03/08/2025: I went with two of my friends a few weeks ago, delicious! (Unfortunately I didn't take photos) TOP quality/price ratio, very kind staff. We had the €25 each menu, the pasta and desserts were delicious! Highly recommended!!!

07/09/2025: We decided to celebrate my husband's 50th birthday at Amalia Laghi's restaurant. I was very pleased, and we made a great impression on our guests. Our table was on the panoramic terrace on a gorgeous evening. The table was tastefully set, though not overly formal. We opted for the fish menu, and all the dishes were excellent, beautifully plated, tasty, and never boring. A good wine paired with the menu. The service was impeccable, well-paced, and the waiters were very kind and attentive. I'm very satisfied.

30/03/2025: Piatti buonissimi, prodotti di ottima qualità. Cecina di entrè apprezzatissima. Carne squisita. Servizio eccellente. Consiglio assolutamente la torta Có Biscari (tipica pisana). Davvero squisita.

26/03/2025: Ottimo ristorante, all’interno dell’Hotel Ranieri di Pisa. Piatti di qualità, gustosi, con ingredienti di prim’ordine e ben impiattati. Porzioni giuste. Servizio molto professionale e gentile. Tempi di servizio assolutamente adeguati: rapidi ma non pressanti. In estate bello anche il dehors (sia per ristorante sia per il bar, che prepara ottimi cocktail). Sicuramente ritornerò quando mi troverò di nuovo a Pisa. ❤️

04/09/2025: Well, what can I say? I've been going there for 20 years, and Alessandro and Azzurra's team is still the same. They've aged a little, but not by much. It's impossible to give this place less than 5 stars. Excellent quality, excellent prices, and excellent service.

01/09/2025: On the recommendation of our friends at Cascina, we came to this restaurant. The food is excellent and plentiful. The spaghetti allo scogli is very good, the eggplant parmigiana is excellent. A full lunch menu ranges from €13 to €15, and for what they serve, it's nothing (for me, the portions are generous, so I take home what I don't eat!), fast service, a family atmosphere, go there! 😋

20/08/2025: It was beautiful, the beach was clean and tidy, perfect for families with children. My kids played in the sand under the gazebo all afternoon, with plenty of shade! In the afternoon, there were lots of horseflies on the beach near the water source and the washing area, and their bites were very painful. If I return next time, I'll definitely bring bug spray.

03/07/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Bientina where you can eat fish. They have a fixed menu that varies depending on the evening, so you can't order what you want. We ate seafood risotto, spicy for my taste; linguine with razor clams and mixed fried food with chips. Overall not bad, just right for the asking price of €25 considering that water and wine are included. The dishes are plentiful and it can be a good idea for a dinner with friends or colleagues.

27/06/2025: I went there for dinner with my partner for the first time and we were very surprised by the generous portions of pasta. The fried fish (squid, shrimp and mixed seafood) was very good. We will definitely be back.

08/07/2025: We were looking for a place to eat during a trip and stopped at this trattoria almost by chance. The atmosphere was friendly, there was plenty of parking, and there was a wide selection of dishes. Perhaps even too many. Overall, we were satisfied with our stop.
