I migliori ristoranti di cucina italiana in Pisa

10/05/2025: Este es un restaurante absolutamente especial con una personalidad muy clara, no dirigido a los turistas, ya que el menú no cuenta con todos los platos típicos de la Toscana que uno encuentra en otros lugares de las ciudades turísticas. La comida es excepcional, preparada con ingredientes excepcionales y con un fuerte enfoque en verduras de temporada (como vegetariano, a menudo me resulta difícil pedir en la mayoría de los restaurantes, especialmente en la Toscana y Piamonte y Lombardía, pero este restaurante tenía seis platos que fácilmente podía pedir muy feliz). La familia cultiva sus propias verduras, y la frescura es palpable en cada uno de los platos. También hornean su propio pan de masa madre y focaccia, ambos deliciosos. Teníamos cinco platos, de los cuales nuestros dos favoritos eran la cecina (una tortita de harina de garbanzos como farinata y socca) cubierta con casa - calabaza en conserva y patatas ahumadas y verduras para bebés, y tagliolini fresco con espárragos y crema de Parmigiano. Los propietarios Fabio y Tatiana son excepcionalmente amables y hospitalarios y su bulldog francés Maya es realmente adorable. ¡Vale la pena parar!

17/04/2025: Cena molto piacevole assaggiando piatti eleganti e ben eseguiti in un ambiente molto ben curato e rilassante. Notevole la parte vegetale che viene elevata a protagonista in molti piatti. Servizio gentile e preciso, la carta dei vini ben studiata e ben gestita dalla sommelier. Costo adeguato alle capacità della cucina

16/10/2025: Now a regular stop at least twice a week, the pizza is really good and tasty, as are the pasticciotti, the soft focaccia. The prices are more than fair and the pizza slices are generous, with two pieces you get three to be a bit generous and the owners are very kind and friendly.

09/10/2025: Excellent pizzas, stuffed pizzas, and cecina sandwiches. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

11/10/2025: Good pizza with plenty of quality ingredients. The only problem, in my opinion, is that it's too toasty...mine was a little overcooked, and some of my friends' pizzas were partially cold. Maybe it's double-cooked? It's still good, but a little more care could be taken. Prices are a bit high.

09/10/2025: I honestly wish I could give this place 6 STARS, this was honestly the best pizza I have ever tasted IN MY LIFE. The vibes are rustic and homemade, the dishes and glasses are traditional and beautiful. (they play MJ too so that's a plus! 😅) It's a small narrow place but it fits perfectly. It's nested inside a small square and it is a HIDDEN GEM! PLEASEEE COME HERE IF YOU ARE IN PISA YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT.

07/10/2025: A place with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere, where you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The service was friendly and approachable throughout. The food is of superior quality, especially for the price, and the work that goes into each dish is evident. The carbonara pizza is out of this world; I was eating real carbonara, not what we're usually sold. For dessert, a soft and fluffy babà was spectacular to round off the meal with a coffee. The love is evident in every detail. Without a doubt, a place I'd return to and recommend without a second thought 🍕☕✨

26/09/2025: We always had very good meals there. A typical small pizzeria. Family-run. Very good food. Very hard-working staff. Even with our two dogs, one of which is very large (70 kg), it was no problem. Very good value for money.

14/10/2025: The restaurant is simply and brightly furnished. Excellent food and generous portions. Beautiful location with a lake and a lovely walk. Convenient parking.

11/10/2025: Friendly staff, but the food isn't recommended after an interminable wait. The fries were more like mummified frozen fries. And the mushroom pasta was incredibly sad. It's a shame. But let's hope it helps them improve. The location deserves better!

09/10/2025: Too loud if you're looking for a quiet evening. You can't have a conversation... unless you raise your voice. But the appetizers and portions are superb!

27/09/2025: Ownership has changed. The food is now much better. The new owner is very dedicated and very friendly. The interior is currently being remodeled.

04/10/2025: Service was mediocre. My wife did receive the meal she ordered and it was good but I got something I did not order. The wine they served my wife was undrinkable and I was completely ignored when I tried to complain (in English and Italian); the waiter just looked at me and saud nothing.

28/09/2025: Food was edible, but risotto was a rice dish, not creamy risotto cooked like risotto. Sliced beef was tough.

08/09/2025: We dined in the garden...nice, but it's definitely nicer inside. The Taranto Pinza was excellent...crispy and tasty. I recommend it. Good desserts.

27/09/2025: We came upon this gem while strolling through Volterra. We chose here to eat because of the incredible aroma coming from their restaurant and it did not disappoint! We are on our 4th week (of five) of our travels throughout Italy (Rome, Amalfi Coast, Venice, Lake Como and now Tuscany) and our food as well as our overall dining experience here was the VERY BEST so far. We asked our sweet waitress for her recommendations and ordered the two pasta dishes she recommended. They were delivered to our table and the owner topped them with fresh truffle along with a homemade oil/nut spray he recommended to be put over the scallop pasta dishes. Both meals were full of so much flavor. We had our friendly waitress once again recommend two desserts and we went with those (cheesecake with dates and the tiramisu).I’m not a huge fan of tiramisu, but we chose those two since her first recommendations were spot on. They did not disappoint! Both were light, creamy and delicious. As she brought coffee to the table the owner came over with a bottle of Caramel flavored Amerro with two glasses for us to enjoy on the house. He later asked us if we wanted to see his cellar and told us the deep history about it. (Highly recommend asking to eat in the cellar-it’s beautiful!) So I guess the nose knows! We highly recommend doing what we did and follow the aromatic smells to discover the tastiest food with the kindest owner and staff to this beautiful gem of a restaurant.

20/09/2025: Good food, portions not too large, but just right (you won't go hungry). The staff is friendly, welcoming, and welcoming. The price is fair for the quality of the dishes, and the wine is locally sourced.

16/09/2025: Let's say it's not bad, but I definitely won't be returning. I ask about the appetizer of the day to see what it consists of, and the waitress replies, "It depends on what's available that morning." So I reply, "What did you find this morning?" But I never received an answer. She replies, "It depends" again... it's not entirely her fault, but at least let her know... oh well, this appetizer arrives with just four measly little pieces of assorted food. It's not bad, for goodness' sake, but it's a tiny bit on a huge plate that looks like a slate tile... spectacular, but lacking substance. Let's get to the first course: shrimp risotto with a hint of citrus, etc., etc. The risotto arrives. It looks like plain rice with cherry tomatoes, a hint of citrus, but no shrimp... not even a hint. I ask for a menu because maybe I misread it. The girl comes over with the menu in her hand, already open to the first course page, and asks me "what's wrong?" And I didn't want to check what I ordered. I must have made a mistake... oh, no, shrimp risotto, but there aren't any, and the waitress says, "The shrimp are in the sauce." Yes, but not on the plate... they must have been left in the kitchen. What can I say, and she repeats it several times. If it's a cartoon made with shells, say so, but don't write shrimp... basically, she puts her hands in front of me, takes the plate while I was talking, and says, "Shall I take it away? YES THANKS." But she made it all herself. A silly, overcooked risotto without shrimp... and it's expensive, I really won't eat it. However, she was upset and didn't serve our table again. I feel sorry for her, but the answers she gave and her behavior are also not good. Train the waitresses better so they know what they're serving and never put their hands in front of anyone unless asked. The fried food was good, nothing to complain about, but the service... let's forget it. I felt like I was being pushed out into the street with people watching. I think they made a bad impression. Maybe they'll say two plus two makes no difference, but I really felt accused... There are so many restaurants where everyone is kind, they don't talk back to customers, and the food is better...

12/09/2025: Pizzeria with a wide variety of pizzas, including homemade gluten-free pizzas (+€1.50). Personally, I found the gluten-free dough to be better than the traditional one. Food tip: I've tried this place several times, but the tomatoes were always a bit undercooked.

12/09/2025: Here, I was able to enjoy a great gluten-free pizza without any contamination. The setting was simple, but the taste was impressive.
