I found the quality-price ratio too high...I've eaten better pizzas at much lower prices...but maybe that's just my personal taste...

A truly unique pizzeria, with a limited menu, but meticulous attention to detail: just a few pizzas, all original and made with select ingredients. The dough is well-made, light, and easy to digest, although the pizzas aren't particularly generous in size. The option of a gluten-free crust is appreciated, available for an additional €4.
The bill, however, isn't for everyone: for four pizzas, two beers, two soft drinks (such as Molecola), four desserts, and a bottle of water, we paid €140. Sure, the quality of the ingredients is evident, the service is courteous, and the desserts are beautifully presented, but the price is still very high.

Superlative pizza!

We're now at home here, and Ginger has become our go-to pizzeria!!
Everything was perfect: the courtesy, attention, and quality of the ingredients were absolutely impeccable!
The staff were extremely helpful and ready to satisfy every request, especially the young man who served us, Lorenzo, who immediately demonstrated great professionalism and kindness.
Excellent pizza and impeccable quality.

Excellent pizzeria, recommended by friends, many types of gourmet pizzas for no less than 16 euros ... but I must say very good with quality ingredients!

There's nothing to complain about about the pizzas... The desserts, however, need a rethink. The ambiance is truly beautiful; converting an industrial space into an urban-chic space was the winning strategy. The legitimate question, then, is... €40 per person for pizza and dessert perhaps a bit too much? I felt like I was paying more for all the side dishes than for what I actually ate.

Excellence is served, especially in the balance of toppings and quality. Let's start with the pizza base: chewy, perfect even when cold, not rubbery, and the crispy bottom is very pleasant. The ingredients are of excellent quality and easy to digest because they are prepared with great care. The result? There were three of us, and we ate four. All pizzas had a fish ingredient. The staff is professional, kind, and attentive. The prices are not cheap, but in line with the gourmet pizza offerings. Excellent wine list.

Great experience!
We missed a pizza with creamy potato and mushroom sauce and one with Pioppini mushrooms and zucchini flowers for €22 each.
Really well-filled and crispy, but perhaps a little small.
The service was good, but overall could be a little more attentive.
