27/04/2025: Piccola trattoria di paese. Ambiente raccolto molto “ old style” Ottimo pesce, sopratutto i primi ! Dolci buoni e fatti in casa. Peccato non offra anche una scelta con la carne. Rapporto qualità -prezzo eccellente perché in 4 abbiamo speso 100 € ( 3 antipasti, 3 primi, 4 dolci, 1 bottiglia di vino bianco, 1 litri d’acqua , 2 caffè).

27/04/2025: We ate the Easter menu and, ignoring the quality of the lunch, they brought us an inedible and very strong-smelling first course and then made us pay €20 for a plate of plain pasta for the children.

11/05/2025: In the spectacular covered market of Livorno, recently impeccably renovated, you can breathe the atmosphere of times gone by. This market stall has tables for a quick break. Very tasty food, efficient staff, very reasonable expense. Well done

03/06/2025: At the end of the dinner my girlfriend exclaimed "this place deserves a review". And here I am right on time. One of the best restaurants on the island, both in terms of food and service, truly loving and friendly. Generous portions (a rare thing these days) but above all delicious and super honest prices (another rare thing especially on the island). The atmosphere you breathe is typical of trattorias and quality reigns supreme. Highly recommended, very good!

16/05/2025: Il locale si trova in zona Stagno, poco prima di Livorno. Propone una cucina tradizionale a base di pesce con un menù estremamente basso. Ho mangiato un antipasto misto e degli spaghetti allo scoglio estremamente saporiti ed abbondanti. Il locale è frequentatissimo per via dell'ottimo rapporto tra qualità e prezzi davvero bassi. Il servizio è cordiale ed efficiente e nonostante il volume di lavoro i camerieri si fanno in quattro per accontentarvi.

25/05/2025: Non è che c'è tanto da dire: 1) carne di ottima qualità cucinata come si deve; 2) porzioni abbondanti; 3) clima accogliente; 4) servizio puntuale e gentile; 5) prezzi nella norma. Uno dei pochi ristoranti piombinesi dove ancora entri affamato ed esci felice. Consigliato!

I think that receiving courtesy and friendliness from them is rewarding...excellent dishes...I have dined several times at UBALDINO and I will tell you, I will return with pleasure

25/04/2025: Ristorante sul lungomare di Marciana Marina, con un menù di mare e uno di terra. Noi abbiamo scelto il primo e ci siamo trovati molto bene- ali di razza come antipasto e triglie e zuppa di cozze e fagioli per secondo. Ottimo anche il fritto misto. Titolare molto cortese e professionale. Prezzo equo. Consigliato.

19/04/2025: Excellent place that knows how to cater dishes cooked with excellent raw materials, accurate and successful management of the ingredients excellent flavors menu not huge but if you want to work well I think it's a must try 2 first courses 2 starters and dessert the fried apple is amazing, well done

03/05/2025: Excellent fish dinner in a delightful square, friendly staff and quick service, excellent value for money. Very kind, they offered us a limoncello when we settled the bill!

27/04/2025: First time on Elba. At the La Rosa hotel the welcome and hospitality are good, that kind of atmosphere that doesn't make you feel like a customer but, in fact, a guest. A special thank you to Giada and Linda who made our stay special also from a human point of view. Rooms a little spartan but clean and equipped with everything you need, without any inconveniences. The L'Ottavo pizza restaurant is also good. Good quality house white wine, fish first and second courses prepared with attention and care. Very good pizzas with very good combinations, a quick selection is recommended. We will be back

17/05/2025: Beautiful surprise, high quality food executed impeccably. Welcoming and attentive service, they were also very nice with our dog. Two welcome glasses of excellent quality and then both the glass of Francia Corta and red wine truly excellent. Medium-high prices absolutely in line with the quality. One of the most appreciated dishes that deserves a special mention was the cheek. Definitely worth returning to.

28/05/2025: Really excellent pizzas, rich and with quality ingredients! Friendly staff, only flaw that in 2025 should not happen, the waiter at the moment in which there was only the "woman" sitting at the table brings the ordered wine and does not ask if you want to taste it when a minute before at the table next to it was done pouring it immediately to the man. All in all, recommended!
