Brasserie Ribello Gallo In Livorno

I was there last night, in excellent company, the sandwiches accompanied by chips were beautiful and delicious, but first we also threw ourselves on the fried food, onion rings, spicy chicken strips and then nachos with cheese, guacamole and spicy sauce. Continuing with a very good dessert, pistachio tiramisu, and then sipping Legendario elisir de Cuba. 😁😉

Best atmosphere in Livorno, and great ghigliottina beer!

Place ok, food ok but the music too loud, we couldn't talk and even if we asked to turn it down they didn't give us much consideration...

In a short time this pub has become one of my favorite places in Livorno. Too many wonderful memories. The beers are delicious and the girls who run the place are wonderful. Nice atmosphere, also thanks to a small group of regular customers. Highly recommended!

Monday Karaoke evening is unique

Ci siamo fermati di domenica, in "prima serata"; diverse specialità del menù erano terminate. Ripieghiamo su tre panini che arrivano dopo una discreta attesa. Buoni, non c'è che dire. Prezzi non popolari.

Torniamo al Ribello ogni volta che possiamo, pur vivendo ormai in un'altra città. Il cibo è sempre buonissimo, dai panini ai taglieri, dagli stuzzichini ai dolci. Ingredienti di ottima qualità e accostamenti sempre azzeccati (fidatevi dello staff se siete indecisi ;>). Anche le opzioni vegetariane sono gustosissime. Birra artigianale favolosa, accanto a un sacco di cocktails (classici, fantasiosi e analcolici) e una buona selezione di vini. L'ambiente è molto accogliente. Tranquillo e rilassato per la maggior parte della settimana, se passate di sabato potete invece trovare un po' più di vita. Lo staff (tutto al femminile), infine, è fenomenale. Gentile, appassionato, alla mano, preparato, sempre pronto a dare ottimi consigli. Insomma, se cercate un posticino tranquillo per mangiare e bere bene, fate un salto. Non rimarrete delusi!
