Sonia Nelson, her husband, and her daughter make you feel at home. Nice people. Excellent. Sonietta's food is beautiful, large plates and good prices.

We're regulars, the atmosphere is very intimate and relaxing...the food is excellent, the ingredients are top-quality, and the value is excellent. The business is run by a very nice and kind family, and the cook is fantastic! Congratulations!

Suitable if you're a couple or a group of friends. Fast service and quality food. The chef puts his heart into his dishes and infuses a cheerful atmosphere into the work environment. Affordable set menus. Recommended. The girls in the dining room are very kind and knowledgeable. P.S. Even if it doesn't fit, One of them looks like Shakira 🤣

We vacationed in Livorno and wanted to have a proper seafood dinner at the port town. And we were indeed lucky to have found La Cueva! We made a reservation on the same day and had no wait times on a Monday night. The waitress for the evening was ready to help us with the Italian menu and gave sensible recommendations. Despite having to serve a large group aside from us, she was very attentive to our needs as non-locals. Each dish we had, was presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner. They were rich in flavour and consciously balanced by the cook. We highly recommend this place to visitors looking for a light atmosphere and local tastes. : )

A fantastic evening at Ristorante La Cueva! As soon as we entered, we were greeted with warmth in an elegant yet familiar setting, very relaxing and pleasant. The atmosphere is truly special, meticulously maintained, and perfect for spending a few hours in complete tranquility. The service deserves applause: the staff were extremely helpful, fast, and attentive to every need, with a rare kindness. We felt pampered from start to finish. The food was the real highlight: generous, flavorful dishes prepared with the highest-quality ingredients. Each course was rich in flavor, and you could sense the great care taken in its preparation. Both the first and second courses were truly excellent, not to mention the spectacular desserts. A truly positive experience from every perspective. A place where you eat beautifully and feel truly welcome. Highly recommended!!

We ate really well, the dishes were rich in flavor and reminiscent of Italian tradition, with fresh ingredients and everything prepared with great care. I liked the service; the staff was friendly, young, and very helpful. The atmosphere was very Instagrammable, with the neon lights under which we took photos. Plus, the staff's friendliness made us laugh several times during dinner, making the experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a place we'll gladly return to.
