07/04/2025: I leave 3 stars which in reality would be 2.5 rounded up because I ate a Neapolitan pizza like many others which, although good, is nothing exceptional.
There are two factors that negatively influenced my review: the first is that the pizzas underneath were a little blackened (probably because the floor of the oven was not swept well and there was burnt flour or something of the sort) and this meant that the dough had a slight bitter aftertaste while the second factor concerns the quantity of mozzarella on the pizza which was very little (in addition to the high and wide crust there were empty spots where the dough could also be seen in the central part 🥲).
On the positive side, I found the menu, the service (even if not very fast), the wide choice of craft beers and the price which, all things considered, was competitive compared to the average in the area.
Would I go back? If I choose no, then if it happens again by chance (like tonight) it certainly won't be a problem.

25/05/2025: After the Tuscany trail, I’ve tried this restaurant and it was absolutely delicious compared to all I tested during my tour of Toscany on my bike. I highly recommend even if you don’t love fish, it is really really tasty.
20/04/2025: A fantastic restaurant! You can tell the passion of the chef and the team in each dish-a devotion to taste! I loved the set menu style of the restaurant-I came with my family and it was great to all have shared the same food experience! Will be coming back!!!

Very good fish, plentiful dishes, normal prices, friendly and fast service.
A place where you eat well, excellent fish, without fainting.

In the little square of Vada, under the pine trees, there is this very, very nice place, excellent food for the quality of the products, dishes with very careful presentation, kind, attentive and knowledgeable staff. It was a pleasant discovery. We will definitely be back! Congratulations to all the staff!

05/05/2025: We went to this restaurant because we discovered that our friend Virgilio is the new Chef of LostariA in Cafaggio in the municipality of Campiglia near Venturina and expectations were met. Really nice and welcoming place, kind owners; the food was up to the Chef's mastery, with a particular mention of the tripe, the beef tartare with excellent accompanying sauces and the fried artichokes from Val di Cornia. The first courses are also excellent, all accompanied by a bottle of exceptional 10-year Pas Dose from Franciacorta.
Thanks for the great experience, which I highly recommend.
As far as we are concerned we will definitely be back.
25/04/2025: The dishes served were very good, but on one appetizer they did not inform the customer about what it contained, despite this unexpected event the waiters are very nice and sociable, the prices are a little expensive.

13/05/2025: Se sei di passaggio ,come lo sono io quando devo tornare all elba,o comunque hai fame a qualsiasi ora fermati qui ,perché tutto quello che offrono è una specialità.
Pizze sfornate fresche a taglio così buone che ne assaggi almeno 4 tipi diversi.
Schiaccia ripiena idem come sopra.
Una quantità di dolci uno meglio dell altro.
Te ne servono quanto ne vuoi.
Cerco sempre di fare in modo di arrivare in tempo per fermarmi ,perché davvero, non sai cosa ti perdi.
Le ragazze al.banco sono sempre gioviali e gentilissime .
Ma come sono bravi da vito!

12/05/2025: Stunning place with a very suggestive terrace overlooking the sea. As soon as we sat down, they showed us the catch of the day (a very appreciated gesture), the dishes were well-prepared and tasty. The wine list is also excellent, highly recommended ✨

20/05/2025: Meglio per un’aperitivo che per cena nel senso che hanno una bella carta dei vini e ai tavolini fuori è gradevole la situazione con degli stuzzichini. Per cena sono andato con amici ad abbiamo preso antipasto mare dove c’era una tartare di tonno, dei pezzettini di polpo e un crostino con un formaggio sopra, tutto molto buono ma era una porzione davvero troppo risicata, cosi come il secondo un trancio di tonno con patate arrosto, anch’esso piccolo con poche patate, tanto è vero che ci siamo dovuti saziare con tante fette di pane e olio e all’unanimità abbiamo detto che devono aumentare le quantità. Spesa € 35 con una bottiglia di vino in tre (non eccezionale ma bevibile) e appunto antipasto e secondo. Locale carino e personale gentile e disponibile.

13/05/2025: Ambiente molto carino e curato adiacente alla piazza principale di Capoliveri.Accoglienza e servizio buonissimi .La titolare,molto gentile e disponibile ci ha spiegato in maniera esaustiva i piatti che ci interessavano, avendo il garbo di indicarci la presenza di glutine in certe portate, facendo anche una piccola variazione visto che la mia compagna è celiaca.
Piatti molto interessanti,elaborati senza artifizi,curati con accostamenti appropriati e sapori molto ben bilanciati.
Entrèe davvero stuzzicante ..una portata mignon di una rielaborazione di "spaghetto aglio olio e peperoncino "fatta e presentata in maniera accattivante.
Abbiamo mangiato e condiviso un risotto allo zafferano con tartare di manzo e il suo fondo. Un uovo a 63* impanato in panko di riso e fritto ,con spuma di parmigiano e gel di cetriolo.entrambi molto delicati.Poi uno strepitoso calamaro e carciofo alla brace di un gusto sublime.Molto interessante anche la rivisitazione della parmigiana di melanzane:semplice ,saporita e leggera .
Il tutto accompagnato da un Pinot nero ,consigliato sapientemente da Claudia,che ben si adattava sia ai piatti vegetariani,sia a quelli di carne e di pesce.Perfetto!Per finire ,pur non amando particolarmente il dessert,abbiamo voluto provare la bavarese con pistacchio e amarene e un magnum artigianale di nocciola e copertura di cioccolato fondente con una chantilly di frutto passione.Tutte le preparazioni denotano una ottima tecnica di cucina e sicuramente tanto impegno .Bravi davvero.complimenti allo chef e alla proprietaria molto disponibile e alla mano.
Prezzi in linea con la tipologia di ristorante gourmet.
Per me il miglior ristorante di Capoliveri.Consigliatissimo.
11/05/2025: Un accueil des plus sympathiques et un service souriant tout au long du repas. Un vrai bonheur. Une cuisine recherchée, savoureuse, qui s'écarte des plats traditionnels touristiques. Des cuissons maîtrisées. On est vraiment dans la gastronomie! Un petit regret: la taille des portions un peu réduite. On aurait presque faim après le dessert.
