16/09/2025: We stopped for an aperitif with a platter, drawn by the vintage-style venue... The platter was truly delicious and delicious, quality food! Perhaps a few more smiles from the staff wouldn't hurt!!!

03/10/2025: A pleasant little square with a view. I've run out of compliments. It's a blasphemy to call the €18 Tuscan DOP cured meats and cheese platter the dish they served us: two small pieces of one type of passable cheese; the cured meats were two slices of prosciutto, coppata, and salami that you can find in the supermarket for a low price. Foreign employees who are difficult to communicate with. The first courses were generous, but the gnocchi were served overcooked. To be fair, I raised my complaint at checkout, and the platter was charged half the price.

19/09/2025: Excellent restaurant and therefore a great discovery that I recommend. The Michelin guide is right to recommend it as well. Warm welcome and good service. The room does not open to the outside but we still had a good time. As for the food: everything is excellent and fresh. They specialize in fresh fish. Great wine list. We ate very well.

19/10/2025: An excellent lunch to round off our Elba Island holiday. A unique place with a unique decor. The staff are all young and super friendly. Delicious dishes, top-notch cod and superb fried food!!! Highly recommended.

09/10/2025: A very large selection of pizzas, calzones, and some good fish dishes in the heart of Venturina, with its own parking lot. A simple dining room with a view of the pizza oven and a covered terrace in the pedestrian zone. Fast, friendly service, even when it's busy. Prices are reasonable.

04/10/2025: Yes, the ambiance is only moderately chic. But the service and truly exceptional pizza make up for it. The menu also includes some exciting fish dishes, which we didn't try. But we've been here twice just for the pizza and will be back.

The diverse offerings are particularly noteworthy: from a varied evening program to activities on the beach and pool. Ideal for both couples and families. The accommodations are comfortable with a lovely veranda; minor interior renovations would further enhance the overall experience. A highly recommended resort!

14/09/2025: It's okay, but nothing more. What's striking is that the entire staff, wherever you are, is incredibly unfriendly. It's extremely dark in the cabins, with no natural light. The restaurants are okay (especially the buffet). We wouldn't come back. There's no charm here; it's pure mass processing.

30/09/2025: For starters, we had fried stuffed zucchini flowers. They were delicious and the best part of the evening. The pasta with shrimp and burrata was a good idea. Unfortunately, the execution wasn't quite perfect. There were small, shell-less shrimp in the dish that were overcooked. The grilled fish mix had a nice selection of fish, but I actually only liked the tuna, and even that was a bit overcooked for my taste. The bread was definitely not freshly sliced. I also saw a waiter simply give bread from a table that had just paid to other guests. In summary: good ideas for the dishes, but the execution still needs some work.

05/10/2025: Our recent dining experience at Porto Di Mare in Livorno was nothing short of extraordinary—a true culinary highlight that we will not forget. From the moment we stepped inside, we were treated to a refined yet welcoming atmosphere that perfectly set the stage for the incredible meal to come. The focus on fresh, high-quality seafood is evident in every dish, and the preparations are executed with remarkable skill. To start, the Italian oysters (can't remember the Italian name, but the ones in the photo) were spectacular. They were incredibly fresh, plump, and clean-tasting, presenting a beautiful briny essence that was the perfect opener. For the main course, I indulged in the tuna steak, and it was simply sublime. Prepared to perfection, the exterior had a beautiful sear while the inside was gorgeously pink and tender, melting in my mouth. It was clear that this was a top-grade cut of fish, handled with the respect it deserved. My son had the stuffed calamari and my wife fried sea fruits. They were great, but the tuna steak is highly recommended. To cap off the evening, the dessert—a Fondant—was the ideal conclusion. Rich, decadent, and executed flawlessly with a warm, gooey center, it was a comforting and sophisticated finish to a magnificent meal. Finally, a special thank you must go to our waiter, Antonella. Her service was the epitome of professionalism and warmth. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and helped make our dinner feel effortless and truly special. Porto Di Mare isn't just a restaurant; it's a destination for anyone seeking an authentic, high-end Italian seafood experience. 10/10/2025: What can I say? The chef, with whom we personally reserved a table yesterday, has learned his craft. The "fish soup" is top-notch. The tomato sauce "soup" has a truly perfect balance between the acidity of the tomatoes and the sugar, which brings them to life. Simply brilliant. Mama Sita, in a nutshell. It couldn't be better. It was just as delicious from bite to bite as you couldn't achieve it yourself. The recommended wine complemented the taste experience positively. We had the soup for one person and shared it because we wanted a second dish. We had the homemade ravioli. That was the crowning glory. The homemade sauce, too, was a gourmet's dream. A Michelin-starred restaurant could add this chef to its menu once a month. Provided the best fresh produce is used. He buys fresh produce every morning, as he told me. So make a reservation and enjoy—it's worth every cent. And to top it all off, there was a lemon sorbet. For the lady at the table, it's normal, and for me, it's vodka and a cafe doppio. Unfortunately, it's not in the picture.

12/09/2025: A wonderful place, with a very large area to enjoy, two swimming pools for children and adults. The rooms are fully equipped with everything you need. There's a delicious restaurant on site serving regional delicacies at reasonable prices. The front desk staff is very friendly, best regards!

17/09/2025: A first-class week at the beach. The carefully constructed complex is in excellent condition. Our room was large and offered a wonderful view of the sea and beach. The staff seems to have been first-class, and our interactions were characterized by friendliness and a great willingness to help. Special requests are welcomed and fulfilled whenever possible. The beach is constantly cleaned and maintained. The offerings in the two restaurants were varied, and the cuisine appears to be first-class. The fact that one of the three restaurants is already closed in September was not apparent when booking. The hotel seemed to be less full, which was a positive. We would definitely come back in early September or even in June.
