05/10/2024: Molto buono tutto ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Come sempre le indicazioni di TripAdvisor non sbagliano. Locale molto carino e caratteristico. Menù con pochi piatti ma di qualità. Personale gentile, professionale e simpatico. Da provare.

08/03/2025: Lovely place a few steps from Castiglioncello. We tried it for lunch and were pleasantly satisfied, three tasting menus but there is also the possibility of choosing two courses as an à la carte menu (we opted for this solution) The service was excellent, the girl in the room worthy of praise for her kindness. If we want to nitpick a wine list with too much mark-up. I recommend trying it as it is truly worth the experience

29/12/2024: Non un ristorante qualunque, ma un posto magico immerso nella natura dove poter vivere una bella esperienza attraverso dei piatti innovativi, noi abbiamo scelto il menù innovazione, con piatti creati dallo chef "osando" forse anche con gli accostamenti, ma con un risultato finale sorprendente, come con il dolce "foie gras brûlé e lamponi", meraviglioso. Fanno dal cornice alla al pasto la gentilezza della proprietaria che ci accolto e si è occupata di noi con cordialità e professionalità.

05/01/2025: We wanted to try this restaurant due to the positive reviews which we confirm. The seafood risotto was very good, the appetizers the warm seafood good with the special mussels while the cod with oranges and fennel was the least favorite dish. The grilled octopus and desserts were delicious. Good value for money. Both the owner and the waiter were friendly. We will definitely return.

05/02/2025: Fixed stop every time we come to Piombino. Super friendly staff and fresh and very delicious products!!!

02/02/2025: Unfortunately the staff is not hygienic, they take the bread with dirty hands! They take cash, cell phones, debit cards, coins and then, without a utensil, they take bread with their hands. I thought that after COVID, they were more aware, but everything is back to normal!

17/03/2025: Allora sono venuto in coppia con il mio cavallo Minnesota. Purtroppo all'ingresso mi è stato detto che il povero Minnesota non poteva entrare. Così, preso da un impeto furioso (ma sempre educato e contenuto), mi sono dovuto recare altrove dove non hanno pregiudizi e non giudicano la composizione delle compagnie. Tengo a sottolineare che avete rifiutato il ristoro ad un vero campione che 40 anni fa fece anche vincere grosse somme di denaro ad un noto concittadino e cliente famoso. Cordiali saluti. D.Adani

29/12/2024: Abbiamo scelto questo piccolo ristorantino a sentimento, ci piaceva l'idea di un ambiente raccolto per un pranzo domenicale e le nostre aspettative non sono state disattese: il locale è molto particolare, si respira una passione intensa per la musica e la convivialità, confermata dalla presenza dei due titolari che ci hanno intrattenuto nell'attesa dei piatti conversando piacevolmente su questi temi. Abbiamo voluto assaggiare piatti di pesce che ci hanno soddisfatti appieno. Consiglio vivamente il risotto cremolato, una poesia di gusto e morbidezza! Il conto molto onesto ha concluso positivamente tutta l'esperienza, che ripeteremo volentieri alla prima occasione di ritorno. Bravi ragazzi, continuate così!

11/03/2025: Once and never again. The reservation system is a disaster, first the reservation is confirmed, the restaurant told us that the reservation had been canceled, but we were not informed about this. We ended up getting a table anyway. The view is great, thanks to the great location. Unfortunately it wasn't the food. My tuna ragou was watery and bland in taste, you had to search for the cherry tomatoes and there was no onion to taste or see at all. Only the tagliolini were good. The bread that was served was hard and didn't taste fresh. You had to specifically ask for the drinks menu. I sat in front of an empty glass for three quarters of an hour, good service doesn't work that way. The concept of the restaurant is not clear, the staff wears t-shirts, like in a beach bar but when eating you want to try to imitate a posh restaurant but it was disappointing.

01/12/2024: This time too I decided to rely on sensations, stopping for "lunch" here. I opted for a mixed platter of cured meats and cheeses to accompany a magnificent glass of wine. An absolutely excellent wine list, products from the local wine industry of absolute value. Lovely atmosphere and truly exquisitely genuine and courteous staff. Compliments. I highly recommend you drop by, you won't regret it.
