I visited Hosteria del Borgo during a trip to Maremma and had a divine meal. I especially recommend the ribollita, the gnudi (stuffed with ricotta and spinach, no pasta), and the pici, simply delicious. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. Highly recommended if you're passing through!

Charming place with delicious food & terrace with views to hills. Inside dining area has two tunnel entrances which was v cool. Cacio de Pepe was wonderful. Other diners enjoyed their boar ragu and mushroom tagliatelle. Starter crostini app also delicious.
