14/11/2025: I need to update the restaurant's opening hours. I went to the restaurant on Friday, November 14th. Google Maps said it was open, but upon arrival, I found everything dark. The number was clear, and they responded to my question if they were open. The answer was a terse no, and they hung up in less than a second, maybe a tenth of a second. Well, I can't review the food, but based on how they responded to my call, I definitely won't be returning.

27/10/2025: We made a stop because it's so close to the train station, and I'm very sorry to say I'd rather go to the café on the other corner, "Le Sorelline Wine Bar Cafe." It's the same but with friendly, cheerful service and a better atmosphere. The lady who serves here is extremely rude; she does things reluctantly, which is funny because she does it reluctantly, but she has to. We ordered a croissant, a sandwich she made right there, and a beer. When I tried to drink some of my water from my bottle, she told me it was forbidden to drink anything other than that. Very bad service.
21/10/2025: The rudeness of the two gentlemen is, to say the least, unpleasant.

16/11/2025: Avoid this place at all costs, even for a coffee! Even after informing the waitress that we were only there for coffee, we were surprised to discover that the price had increased, supposedly because we had to pay for the cover charge. Thinking it was a mistake, we asked the owner, who verbally attacked us, telling us that it was customary in Italy (€2.50 for a cover charge for a cup and a spoon—isn't that a lot?). I absolutely do not recommend it, especially since this same owner was serving visibly drunk men on his terrace—what an atmosphere!
11/11/2025: Tragedy! If you want to eat pizza that tastes like a Japanese restaurant, this is your place. The pasta is tasteless and poorly cooked, in my opinion it went through a microwave. The grilled shrimp have not met with care even in their dreams. Without any taste. There are interesting things on the menu, but the staff says they are not offered. The only reason to visit this establishment is if you want to spoil your overall impression of the beautiful Florence.

03/08/2025: Siamo stati martedì sera con gli amici, abbiamo preso un piatto di sushi per 4 uno spettacolo , molto originale. Poi abbiamo preso due pizze senza glutine per me uno dei migliori di Firenze sembra un quadro bellissimo. Poi una bavetta scoglio anche quello buono, abbiamo speso tra qualità e prezzo un prezzo giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Torneremo sicuramente presto. Ambiente bellissimo
27/07/2025: Sono andata in questa pizzeria con amici perché consigliata da altri ristoratori di Firenze. Già dall'accoglienza si sono dimostrati gentili e molto professionali. Dire che la pizza era super eccellente é dire poco. Con noi, c'era una persona allergica al glutine, lattosio e pepe. Hanno un'impastatrice una persona ed un forno dedicato proprio per offrire un servizio sempre più inclusivo. La pizza senza glutine era leggera e gli ingredienti utilizzati sicuramente ricercati. Non semplice trovare una pizzeria che non ti dia una base precongelata e farcita al momento. La pizza senza glutine viene impastata tutti i giorni e si percepisce dall'idratazione che possiede. Davvero bravi, ritorneremo sicuramente.

19/12/2025: Today I tried the penne alla arrabbiata, it was better, but the chili pepper is missing. The picio al caccia had pepper. It's decent. YOU CAN SEE IT CLEARLY IN THE PHOTO.
The NONNA BEA cooked vegetables were decent, but the mushrooms were VERY SALTY!! It's a shame I mentioned it, but I didn't mention it!!

17/12/2025: The best restaurant for value. I always order a first course when we come here; the pasta arrabbiata is the best. Unfortunately, the portions have gotten smaller over the years; they used to serve mountains of pasta, and now they're a bit short. I've seen several good chefs over the years, but they're all friendly and helpful.

25/05/2025: New owners since ca 2 years. Not like the old Cabiria. No house wine, the cheapest wine was a red that cost 30€
We wanted to sit outside, but the rain was so violent that we had to move inside. The stench from, I guess the sewage system, was horrid.
But at the end of the day, the staff was very nice and the food was great, a bit on the exspensive side.
25/05/2025: Very accommodating for large groups! We were a group of 11 & they sat us with no problems. The drinks are solid & the food is good & it’s located in a lively square.

06/09/2025: No longer the same as before. Don't trust any photo other customers posted from more than 3 years ago. This bar has changed a lot after covid.
Highest price around the region, no bartenders speak English while built beside the University(I speak Italian but I've seen tourists visiting with difficulty to communicate).
6 euro for 5 vapour steamed ravioli, 4 euro one beer.
And don't trust their Chinese food propaganda ads, all hand made was a lie, try real fusion Chinese food restaurants nearby. And they didn't highlight ingredients used in dishes that might cause allergy, nor did they notify frozen products might be included.
It might be a bit too strict but by the roundabout just 100m west from there a Bangladesh guy runs a food truck business, highlighted all the stuff I mentioned above.
20/08/2025: 8 yuan for mixed beer? Honestly... it's really expensive. Usually it's 3.5-6 yuan, and two glasses of mixed beer are 16 yuan 😅?

24/10/2025: It's not in the center and they charge you 5 euros for breakfast, a coffee that doesn't even taste like coffee, the croissant is probably a rip-off, a joke, 40 euros.
