The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends or having a chill night out. The pistachio pizza was absolutely incredible rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the crust had that perfect balance of crispiness and softness. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. It’s definitely a must-visit spot if you’re craving something special and authentic in Empoli!

It was all good. Considering it's a food truck with an inside dining area (clean but basic, as it should be) and a place to eat outside. Good and fast. What more could you ask for?

17/09/2025: The spaghetti carbonara was the best I've ever had. The pappardelle with the cinghiale ragu was delicious. We had a very good Sangiovese. The tiramisu was also very good. Truly incredible. They were a little overwhelmed because they were short-staffed in the kitchen, but the service was still impeccable. My only complaint is that the music kept cutting out for commercials 😂 but they were great classic rock hits, so it didn't matter at all.
