27/04/2025: I came last night for dinner and everything was perfect, from the kindness and cheerfulness of the waiters to the good food. Excellent value for money and waiting for the food, which arrived in a very short time. I absolutely recommend this restaurant, 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

01/12/2024: Ho pranzato al ristorante della fattoria in occasione di un bel evento organizzato da una coppia di amici. Il "posto" si racconta da solo: una meraviglia. Abbiamo pranzato in una accogliente sala: ben sistemata in ogni particolare. Le pietanze, servite nei giusti tempi, hanno reso il pranzo piacevole quanto gustoso. Restano da fare i complimenti per l'accoglienza e per come è stato gestito il servizio. Io ci torno, presto.

06/10/2024: Siamo venuti tante volte negli anni, ma questo metodo per un posto del genere non esiste. Se vi va di fare la coda per ordinare, pagare, apparecchiare da soli e fare a gomitate per trovare un tavolo dentro—altrimenti mangiare fuori (meteo permettendo)—siete nel posto giusto! Vi piace mangiare antipasti, primi e secondi insieme? Perfetto! Arriverà tutto in un colpo e dovrete mangiare di fretta: iniziate con il primo, passate all'antipasto e guardate il secondo che si raffredda. La grigliata ve la dovete andare a prendere da soli, con un contorno di quattro pezzettini di patate arrosto e due foglie di insalata messe lì giusto per bellezza. Dopo aver mangiato, con la pancia piena e l'umore rovinato, un po' di movimento non farà male: andate a prendere il dolce (il cameriere lo fate voi, naturalmente). E non pensate che qualcuno verrà a sparecchiare, giusto? Il dolce lo mangerete con i piatti nel mezzo, nonostante si chieda di sparecchiare. Conclusione: una domanda ai proprietari. Voi, quando andate al ristorante, vi aspettate di mangiare in questo modo, con antipasti, primi e secondi tutti insieme, e dover anche fare il cameriere? La prossima volta mangeremo altrove, meglio e con più comfort, senza sciupare la nostra domenica in questa presa in giro.

22/04/2025: I stopped to ask to use the bathroom and was told rather unpleasantly that it was necessary to consume. So with my girlfriend we get two macchiatos, not particularly good either. I go to the bathroom and discover that it is small and dirty. I go back to pay, 5 euros for two macchiatos because they were consumed at the table instead of at the counter (less than a meter away, on uncomfortable chairs and on a small and equally uncomfortable table). I strongly recommend going elsewhere

27/04/2025: Ristorante spartano e a conduzione familiare. L'ambiente e il personale sono molto accoglienti. Cibo tipico, buono e abbondante. Prezzi ottimi. Provate i tortelli di patate!!

13/04/2025: Agnoletti è un istituzione. Menu a voce, poche cose, fatte in casa e deliziose . Se questo non piace, peccato....perché trattorie così familiari non so per quanto ancora potremo apprezzarli....conto compreso. Ancora una volta bravi!!

01/11/2024: The restaurant was almost empty at the end of October, I made a reservation but we were the only customers. We chose to eat Stracciata noci e gorgonzola and Pappardelle al cinghiale which were very good as in all of Tuscany, I also ordered Taglliata al tartufo estivo which came quite raw even though I asked for well done, Cotolette d'agnello alla griglia very good but the portion was a bit small compared to other restaurants and I also tried Uovo al tegamino con tartufo estivo which were just baked eggs, nothing special. Friendly staff, fast, but being the only customers, we ate in about 45 minutes, even though we had planned to spend more time at the restaurant.

30/03/2025: The restaurant is quite beautiful, so we had high expectations. Ther restaurant goes on forever, there are many rooms. We had the 30-euro brunch, it was cold, and the plates were not warmed to help remedy the situation. The service is a bit inattentive, no one asked if we liked the meal, and it was quite loud. The spritz was in a small wine glass which takes away from the appeal. The dessert of the day that came with the brunch was the high point a chocolate cupcake! We would not go back.

11/03/2025: Loved the ambiance the restaurant conveys. The lighting , store selling artisanal items and of course the colorful flowers. But we might ordered wrongly I felt the food was not the best they could offer. Pre selected food consist of casserece with broad bean , veal sirloin with baldalmc . Next time we hope it would be a different but better choice.

11/01/2025: Oltre al fatto che l’accoglienza è il biglietto da visita di qualunque ristorante che si voglia dire tale e qui il servizio varrebbe anche da solo l’esperienza per quanto è impeccabile e caloroso, ma soprattutto quanto è buona la carne? Nella sua qualità, preparazione, presentazione e varietà. Quella tagliata non la scordo più! Per non parlare dell’antipasto in chiave toscana che varrebbe il viaggio. Insomma, felice di aver trascorso il mio compleanno insieme alla mia famiglia mangiando la versione migliore dei miei piatti preferiti. Torneremo sempre

23/12/2024: Abbiamo pranzato con la famiglia in questo ristorante e l ambiente è accogliente e il personale gentile . Io ho mangiato cibo terra , ma fanno anche pesce . Ragù di cacciagione buono , grigliata mista buona , ma il dolce insomma . Prezzi leggermente sopra la media .

17/03/2025: During my recent visit, my girlfriend had a deeply uncomfortable experience when a man unexpectedly entered the restroom she was using. Upon politely raising our concern and suggesting simple improvements, like clearer signage or a lock, the response from the staff and owner was astonishingly dismissive and inappropriate. First, the bartender insisted everyone should simply fend for themselves, while the bouncer even implied that I should have been guarding the restroom door—a completely unreasonable expectation and clearly shifting blame onto customers rather than addressing a real safety and privacy issue. The public reply from the owner was even worse. Rather than addressing valid concerns respectfully, they resorted to insults, blaming customers for a situation clearly caused by inadequate restroom security measures. Their justification—that people misuse the restroom—is not an excuse to neglect basic customer privacy and safety. Every visitor deserves to feel secure, respected, and heard, particularly in sensitive situations like this. I strongly advise anyone who values respectful treatment and privacy to choose another establishment. Customer feedback should be taken seriously, not dismissed or mocked, especially when it pertains to basic safety and comfort

20/11/2024: If they had the decency to change the hours online given that they make you pay their weight in gold for the pizza (good, huh). It is not open in the afternoon contrary to the times reported online.

02/04/2025: Absolute worst experience I've ever had at a cafe. The hygiene at the bar is visibly poor and when I went to the toilets it was very dirty (toilets and floor) and no toilet paper. I went to ask the waiter for toilet paper. I first asked in english since this place is located in a touristic part and full of americans, but he did not understand, which is ok, so I tried my best in italian, making the mistake of using one word in spanish instead of italian. This waiter then proceeds to complain in italian that he does not speak spanish. He then ignores me and continues all his other tasks. This time I try again to ask in italian with all the correct words and he yells to me that now he understands and that I shouldn't speak spanish to him and that he is busy with clients (I'm a client there too). He gives one paper tissue. Very unnacceptable since the wc is disgusting and what am I going to do with this one piece of paper. This time I say in english - no, just give me toilet paper please -, and now suddenly everybody understands english and takes them 5 seconds to finally get it. Also don't assume just because someone is not speaking italian well that they cannot understand what you are saying about them , rude!

02/05/2025: Organizzazione e servizio indecenti. In 4 per mangiare un piatto di tortelli a testa ci abbiamo messo due ore. Già all’arrivo siamo stati all’ingresso senza essere considerati per almeno 10 minuti. con la proprietaria che ci è passata accanto decine di volte senza neanche chiederci chi fossimo. Fatti sedere e ordinazione presa 30 min dopo. I piatti sono arrivati dopo altri 35 min. All’uscita altri 10 minuti alla cassa per poter pagare perché nessuno veniva. Il tutto condito dalle lamentele delle persone che avevano prenotato il turno success ma non venivano fatte accomodare. Una vergogna. Prima e ultima volta.

09/03/2025: Prenotato per 12 persone con 1 seggiolone e un passeggino circa con un mese di anticipo per il secondo turno delle 13.30, ci fanno aspettare fuori circa per altri 30 minuti, finalmente alle 14.00 ci fanno entrare e non riusciamo neanche a sederci perché tavoli troppo vicini, sala troppo piena e il tavolo era stato apparecchiato per 10 persone sole. Dopo vari battibecchi con la proprietaria perché ci voleva fare sedere per forza, nonostante non ci entrassimo perché le persone a sedere non si potevano muovere (troppo stretti) abbiamo deciso di andarcene senza neanche mangiare. Una grande delusione perché potrebbero tranquillamente prendere meno persone per turno, e poter curare il cliente in maniera migliore. Non posso dare giudizio al servizio e al cibo perché non li ho provati personalmente . Ah dimenticavo Non portate torte da fuori perché non le accettano neanche con scontrino fiscale Quindi per legge Rintracciabili. Non lo consiglio vivamente per tavoli numerosi

17/04/2025: I went last night with my family and we found ourselves in an environment with attention to detail, excellent service and the waiter was friendly and willing to give advice. We were largely satisfied with the delicacies we ate and the background music, which allowed us to talk without having to raise our voices! I highly recommend it....... Thanks to all the staff. Juri

09/11/2024: Ristorante, pizzeria, baretto, eppure ha un ampio locale, boh!!! I miei ospiti ci avevano già mangiato qualche volta, per me era la prima, un menù ricco ma una qualità scarsa, risotto al curry con pollo, spaghetti al pomodoro e focaccia prosciutto e pecorino Il riso sembrava fosse passabile così come gli spaghetti al pomodoro, la mia focaccia, una squallida base surgelata riscaldata un attimo al microonde con un po’ di prosciutto anemico e un po’ di formaggio grattugiato sopra Peccato!
