12/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato da Diana un paio di giorni fa. La ragazza ed il titolare sono stati gentili e le pizze erano molto buone. E ci hanno fatto assaggiare la pizza con la frutta e dire che è buona è riduttivo : è buonissima, incredibile di più. Assaggiatela e rimarrete stupiti. E non capisco chi si lamenta dei tempi , ma se siete sempre di corsa quando lavorate, fuori dal lavoro calmatevi un po e godetevi la vostra pizza ed una fresca birretta che se arriva anche un poco dopo non casca il mondo , anzi !

03/02/2025: Veramente bello, con atmosfera elegante la signora Selene è il prototipo di come dovrebbe essere un ristoratore professionale attenta sorridente divertente il ca va sans dire!!! Buonissimo materia prima di qualità altissima, piatti semplici ma al top del top!! Siamo stati a pranzo nella sala della carrozza stupenda insomma da rifare il prima possibile. Bravissimi Alessandro e Silvia

22/11/2025: I returned to Ganzo for the third time, and, as always, I ordered the tasting menu with paired wines. Each course was meticulously crafted and excellent. Irene explained the wines very well, and Giada provided excellent service. Everything was supervised by Lapo, a highly knowledgeable host and teacher for the dining room staff. Now I want to try the newly opened Fedora.

10/11/2025: If you ever find yourself in Empoli, you’ve gotta check out this amazing pizza place! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for hanging out with friends or having a chill night out. The pistachio pizza was absolutely incredible rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, easily one of the best I’ve ever had. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients, and the crust had that perfect balance of crispiness and softness. The staff were super friendly and made the experience even better. It’s definitely a must-visit spot if you’re craving something special and authentic in Empoli!

Unfortunately, it eventually ran out, but luckily I was able to reorder it from the online shop. And it was even delivered to Germany! Thank you so much!
