02/08/2024: The tiramisu and mushroom pasta were both delicious. The T-bone steak was overcooked and tasted very raw with no gravy. It was a pity that the service staff were very kind and lovely!

13/07/2024: The food and service at this restaurant were excellent! We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day specifically for their delicious beef cheek dish. I highly recommend this lovely place to anyone looking for authentic Italian cuisine.

14/07/2024: Ideal location close to everything and a perfect home base to explore other close by cities on day trips. The hotel is in immaculate condition and the suite we had was perfect. The GM Claudio and his staff do a tremendous job of making you feel like you have a home in Florence.

13/07/2024: One of the best home away from home hotels. The manager treats you like family. Pointed out and helped to arrange all activities for my family. Suggested places to visit and more. The location is superb close to everything you want to see in Florence. Great food and service

07/07/2024: Staff were very rude. I got followed to the toilet by a male waiter who then demanded I show him which table I was sat at, before I could use the bathroom. He then waited and checked where I sat back down!

12/07/2024: Great service! Staff is delightful! Food is amazing and brought out fast! We had the Southe' mussels and clams (muscles and clams), grilled prawns, spaghetti Scaglione with tomato, Alicia mushrooms, mozzarella, onion, salami, burrata and tiramisu! All of it was delicious! So happy!

26/07/2024: The staff spoke very little English. Bought a beer "tasting board", where everything was lukewarm and tasted the same. The pasta dish tasted good, but the pizza was strange... but this was my mistake, who indistinctly ordered pizza with pizza base on top instead of cheese... strange stuff.

24/07/2024: Pizza valid for lovers of the end, even if not completely crunchy in the center. However, I would like to point out that the 1 free with 1 paid offer is incorrect, because on the email it says that all you have to do is present the email at the checkout, instead when it was time to pay they asked me to download the app, which at that moment I couldn't do it and so they didn't give me a discount. In the end it's just the cost of a pizza, but it always leaves a bad taste in the mouth to be duped for a reason and then for a catch not to have what made me choose that pizzeria rather than another.

22/08/2024: Super delicious pastries, tarts and sandwiches, great caffè and super friendly owners, really enjoyed having an Italian breakfast there every morning!

28/07/2024: The management has changed. The new owners are very kind and welcoming. The prices are in line with other bars but the portions (sweet/savoury) are very generous. I recommend an aperitif with a platter (pizzas, stuffed focaccia, chips...). Nothing fancy but certainly very good. Personally I found the place very clean despite entering close to closing time.

18/08/2024: In the late afternoon after a short walk we stopped to have a coffee and two biscuits, attracted by the aesthetic pleasantness of the place. As soon as we entered, the atmosphere proved to be disturbing to say the least: the bartenders, in addition to not giving us the slightest nod of greeting, stared at us with an almost annoyed look. Once we received what we had ordered, we were abruptly asked to pay and told to move and finish our food as they would be closing shortly. In conclusion, a pleasant place managed unpleasantly.

24/06/2024: Cucina tipica toscana senza tanti fronzoli...una trattoria vera come quelle di una volta! Salumi e formaggi buonissimi primi piatti fantastici!!! Personale gentilissimo e rapporto qualità prezzo top!!!! Vasta scelta di vini locali!!! Complimenti

21/05/2024: We happened across this restaurant while trying to find somewhere to eat on a Monday evening. And what a find. Fantastic service, fantastic food and a lovely local and traditional feel to the place. Their Tuscan cold meats were amazing as were our pasta and steak mains. If you are a true carnivore and have a large appetite, go for their florentine steak. You get a huge slab of T bone with loads of trimmings. Highly recommended

26/06/2024: My family and I went there two days in a row. The first day we were trying to escape the noise and the crowds and we run into this place really by chance. Grabbed coffee and some drinks, stayed there for a couple hours. I don't understand why the place was so empty. It's modern, the waiters are really nice, quiet, and they don't rush you to drink up to leave room for the next people as it has happened to us in other places in Florence. We decided to come back next day for lunch. The menu is rather short, but everything was good and portions were fair. We would come back if we could!

24/01/2024: not recommendable. The prices are high, and if you order takeout, they charge you extra for cutlery and napkins (which, by the way, we didn't ask for or need). The coffee wasn't good and it was cold. €5 for a slice of simple sponge cake. There are better places in Florence.

23/07/2024: Food and quantity ok (mixed platter and cuddles). The bill seemed higher than ordered. Furthermore, there is also the "nice" option that if you pay by card the price is higher than in cash.
