13/06/2025: C'est dur à Florence, ville "surtourismée", de trouver des endroits à recommander (d'ailleurs je n'écrirai pas d'avis sur notre hôtel...) Le Cibreo caffè en est un... Terrasse agréable, salle très chouette, bons vins, bons petits plats, service aimable.

11/06/2025: En general, restaurante sobrevalorado y fue un fracaso. Comimos una noche para cenar. Quería probar las 25 mejores pastas, lo cual fue súper decepcionante. Imagínate la cena Kraft (Mac y queso, de Kraft) y así es como se sabe. tarta de queso también sobrevalorada. El servicio era mínimo en el mejor de los casos. Fuimos ignorados la mayor parte de nuestra comida y tuvimos que pedir cosas repetidamente. En nuestro viaje de 11 días a la Toscana esta fue nuestra comida más decepcionante.

03/12/2025: Bad service stale pastries, they were hard and obviously stale but when I told the staff serving, she swore it was today's I told the cashier she said it was today's like a mantra kept repeating its today's without tasting or offering an alternative no respect for the customers. When I say it's stale it is stale, I'm the one eating it!!! €10 euros for 2 espresso & 2 stale pieces of sponge with castor sugar on top standing at the bar area. Never again The worst service and the worst pastries. Quality very bad I do not advise anyone to eat here overpriced and poor quality food. Very 😞 disappointed

13/12/2025: A fairly large venue (disco-style) that lends itself to various types of events with hundreds or thousands of people. The quality of the food also depends on your budget. A nice venue that was primarily a nightclub.

13/12/2025: This place has completely changed since before the COVID-19 pandemic. Years ago, it was worth going, but not anymore, both for the type of music and the age group. But then over the phone, they can't give you any explanation, and more importantly, they tell you the exact opposite.

06/08/2025: Never on time and no mention of minutes........ They have to call back several times then maybe it arrives........ CRAZY.

19/07/2025: Leaving aside the pizza, which isn't the worst I've ever eaten, but it's close, I ordered at 7:55 PM and the two pizzas arrived at 9:15 PM (I live really close by). But it didn't end there: the delivery man, after delivering the pizzas, complained that he'd have to ring the doorbell again so I could reopen the gate for him on his way out, exclaiming, "What a shitty place!" and walking away annoyed. I was shocked.

22/06/2025: I highly recommend this hotel, the owner is very nice. The price very good, the rooms very clean, and they even have breakfast included! Very nice experience.

03/06/2025: The atmosphere is top-notch for its ease of access, beautiful location, welcoming atmosphere, and attention to families and customers in general, as well as the quality of the food. The pizza is outstanding...one of the best I've ever eaten...highly recommended.

31/10/2025: I wish I could give this place a better review, but I simply cannot. I came here on two separate occasions -- the first time I ordered a cappuccino, the waitress was extremely nice, and I had a great experience. The second time however was very different. The waitress was nice; but the bartender was extremely short with us. I got the impression we were simply not welcome. The cappuccinos she made were mostly milk foam, with a hint of coffee. If the experience was consistent, I would recommend it. As it stands, I do not.

05/07/2025: Nos pedimos unos vinos y estaban calientes como una patada en una oreja. Imposible de beber aquello y encima nos soplaron 23 € Vino malo y caliente en una tasca cutre cutre. El vino brick de Don Simon está mejor que ese 😂😂 Camareros bordes y desagradables. ESTAFADORES. NO VAYÁIS Hay mejores sitios en la zona

12/10/2025: This was a real shame- we were hungry, had money and happy to try anything and everything. Unfortunately, the service was shocking the woman behind the counter was extremely rude for no reason. If you dont want English-speaking customers please just say and they won't bother. It had great potential for an authentic meal and experience otherwise.

13/09/2025: It's no longer the deli it once was, 11 euros for a miserable piece of lasagna and a very unpleasant girl working there.

27/08/2025: A rather basic restaurant in the Impruneta community center (but I believe it's independently run). Everything was fine; the coccoli appetizers were delicious, and the pizza was decent. Friendly service.

24/08/2025: Nothing special, small portions, little cacio e pepe that tasted like supermarket oil, Tuscan starter with just 3 slices of ham, salami and a crostini €14!

11/12/2025: I knew this historic place... but I didn't know about the change of management!! We ordered two burgers and after 2/3 bites we realized that something was wrong and in fact the meat was completely black and burnt... we told the waitress and she said they would remake them!!!! After 15/20 minutes these burgers didn't arrive and when we asked for an explanation they told us that our orders had gone behind the others and that we had to wait... so we decided to leave and pay for the two beers but when we were at the cashier who I assume was the owner wanted to make us pay for the two burgers too which according to him weren't burned... they were black 🤣🤣🤣 but oh well... my girlfriend didn't want it and so an argument started and after a while I decided to pay for one to end the controversy... but obviously they lost two customers forever and I hope you lose more given your terrible service... truly terrible and obviously I don't recommend!!!!!

08/12/2025: I popped in with my friends for a quick coffee and cappuccino. I paid €4 for the cappuccino... way too expensive!

16/07/2025: Good pizza, a variety of choices, and friendly staff in the heart of Empoli. Reasonable prices. I recommend it.

17/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere, very kind and helpful staff. We enjoyed the dinner very much; we spread out our dishes to sample and share multiple dishes.

07/11/2025: The service was mediocre. The outdoor area is very cramped and uncomfortable. One of the waiters, with limited English, commented that the restaurant tends to prioritize American customers, leaving an impression of little consideration for other nationalities, including Europeans. Although the house wine is wonderful (like almost everything in Tuscany), the uncomfortable atmosphere ended up compromising the experience and made a better rating impossible.

28/11/2025: My God, the guy said the coffee was too cheap to pay by card and he had to charge me more. Crazy stuff. One of the worst bars I've ever been to. Crazy.

19/10/2025: Rude, rude, and rude. After consuming a lot of food, they kicked us off the table to clear it out. They also charge more if you pay by card. They're also rude to foreigners. I don't recommend it.

02/10/2025: Passing by We entered and found a well-kept and very welcoming bar with truly courteous and friendly staff! The selection of desserts was limited, and the savory options even less, but the coffee was excellent! Since I didn't have an aperitivo, I can't comment on the cocktails! We'll be back for a coffee if we're in the area!

23/09/2025: One day in early August, I stopped at this bar for a macchiato. The barista was friendly and courteous. I took advantage of the outdoor seating to enjoy my coffee.
