05/11/2025: A wonderful place for a drink after arriving in Florence. We had a drink and a snack after the journey. There's a veranda and excellent service.

29/10/2025: €2.50 for a cappuccino at the counter seemed too much. I thought they'd mistakenly told me the table price, and it wasn't even that good. I won't be going back.

06/12/2025: Thanks to the pool classes, especially those with Diego and Simona, who were incredibly talented and friendly, but also with Ginevra, Erica, and Alba, they finally helped me walk and get my shoulder back. Going to the hydron is like going on vacation to have fun and feel good. For me, it's a true paradise and a physical and mental cure-all...

14/12/2025: The bar hides an elegant, bright restaurant with frescoed walls and ceilings. From the outside, you'd be hard pressed to tell! I'm leaving this review for the restaurant itself. The dishes are generous and truly excellent. The meat was cooked to perfection (the beef was perfect, the stew was creamy). The side dishes, besides being beautifully presented, were also plentiful and flavorful. We had the spinach, sautéed beautifully in butter, and the grilled vegetables. The prices were fair. Overall, a pleasant surprise. I didn't know these rooms behind the bar existed!!! Oh, I almost forgot, the staff were very kind and the service impeccable. Thank you!!!

02/11/2025: We were in line, already entering the small establishment, when, along with other customers, we were ushered out by all the employees. The reason given was a lack of space for the waitresses to move around. OK. But the way it was done was completely inappropriate.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience, never happened before, we were 3 adults and 1 child, we sat outside and ordered focaccia for 3 people (1 adult didn't want to eat) the rudest waitress I've ever met, she started saying that it couldn't be done and that everyone had to order... so a coffee was added... and you could see that she didn't like it... then when we ordered 2 bottles of water for drinks she started again with the story that everyone had to order... only 2 bottles weren't okay... at which point we got impatient and left, with that "nice" girl who told us..."I need the tables anyway"...! RUDE is an understatement, moreover it wasn't written anywhere that each person who sat down had to order a full meal! RUDE

12/10/2025: As most of the reviews say, the staff is friendly at first glance until you read the bill and see the average quality of the pastries, which are nevertheless very expensive. €7 for a cannolo that isn't filled, a large cappuccino automatically charged instead of a classic, etc. It's a shame. It's a shame that a charming establishment like this is used for this purpose...

12/09/2025: The worst store ever. The prices and what's on offer are an absolute disgrace. Run away and go somewhere else.

09/09/2025: A nice little cocktail on the terrace, which was fine for our activity. They gave us chips and peanuts, but I found the chips tasted bad. I don't know about the peanuts, I didn't try them. The Aperol was good.

14/08/2025: Charges you "by mistake" for extra drinks. Adds 10% to the bill (in addition to the cover charge, of course) for service without warning. I understand why he rushes at you with the credit card machine and doesn't give you time to reread the bill. Very expensive for what it is! In short, a great tourist trap in a good location.

09/12/2025: Wish I had checked the reviews before. Food is bad (my stomach had a bad time that afternoon), dirty toilets and very very overpriced! Paid 6€ for a glass of Coca Cola while the bottled ones are only 3,50€. Just a waste of my money and health!

09/12/2025: Ordered a single scoop of gelato. I want to pay for it and the guy at the register totaled it up to 12.3 euros. I thought he was ringing up someone else's order. I told them that was insane. He says he give me a discount to 10 Euros. A grudgingly paid the €10 and then immediately walked outside and through that cup of gelato in the trash I was so pissed. My wife just had some delicious gelato from a little shop 10 minutes earlier were two scoops which equaled about one of his scoops was only four euros. Where to the wise if you don't see the price posted ask before they scoop. I decided I would show them and post a scathing review on Google only to see that I'm not alone in this. I do feel a bit better now knowing that I'm not the only estupido though in Florence.

04/06/2025: Deze man geeft altijd aan dat zijn keuken gesloten is. Vervolgens komt hij met 4 kleine puntjes koude en harde pizza aan en laat hij je €48,- afrekenen voor proscecco(!!) van €7,- per fles. Daarbij waren de toiletten ingekleurd met poep van andere klanten. Een echte oplichter. Kies voor een italiaan als u wat wilt drinken rondom de duomo.

04/06/2025: Si bien la vista del Duomo desde este lugar es innegablemente impresionante, nuestra experiencia aquí fue extremadamente decepcionante y se sintió como una estafa completa. Durante nuestras vacaciones, disfrutamos de muchas terrazas alrededor del Duomo, a menudo con buen vino a precios justos. Sin embargo, este lugar en particular, que parece bastante barato y sencillo, nos sorprendió con una factura escandalosamente alta, a pesar de que pedimos la botella de vino más barata del menú. Para empeorar las cosas, el baño estaba en un estado terrible: sucio, sin papel higiénico, y claramente no estaba en mantenimiento. El personal era antipático y desdeñoso, lo que se suma a la impresión negativa general. Esta fue con mucho la peor relación calidad-precio que experimentamos en la zona. Aconsejamos encarecidamente a los demás que eviten este lugar, no importa cuán buena pueda parecer la vista. Hay lugares mucho mejores (y más limpios) con un servicio más honesto a la vuelta de la esquina.
