17/01/2026: It's not that bad, except that the people who work there are always annoyed (I've worked in contact with the public for years and I know what it's like, but not replying to the good morning is better than smiling, it's free). I asked for a ricotta-filled brioche and it came out empty. Then, many times, the prices on the receipt don't add up. Everything is generally labeled as a "bar," but if I order a cappuccino rather than a coffee, I'd appreciate it being listed on the receipt. Reading other reviews, I've seen that the food has been heavily criticized, but I've generally found the pastries to be genuinely good. If it weren't for this latest incident, which has completely made me lose whatever desire I had to go there. If they offer the option of a filled pastry (in addition to those already on display), I'd appreciate it if it didn't arrive empty. I sincerely hope the owner reads my review, since I've seen him reply to everyone. I generally don't recommend it as a place. If you want to make a quick stop without expecting a greeting and asking for absolutely the bare minimum, it's fine, but otherwise, DON'T GO.

07/08/2025: Nous sommes venu en famille à 5 dans ce restaurant. Acceuil moyen. Ambiance extrêmement bruyante, nous avions du mal à parler entre nous la salle résonne énormément. 25 min d attente et en plus ils ont oublié l assiette de ma femme que nous avons encore attendu 10 min. Ma pizza était trop salée, l assiette de crudités de ma femme était ultra simple (thon en boîte, boute de carotte 5olives tomates pas mûres) et pas assaisonné . Plutôt cher pour ce que c était. Je ne conseil pas

28/05/2025: Ce restaurant étant situé juste à côté de notre appartement nous l'avons tout naturellement essayé à notre arrivée et au départ et avons été agréablement surpris, sa localisation donnant l'impression d'un resto "touristique", ce qu'il est par la force des choses mais on s'y régale de bonnes pizzas déjà.. Service à la hauteur, belles et bonnes pizzas, terrasse bien agréable; vous pouvez vous y arrêter sans problème.

21/02/2026: We stayed two days, both at the resort and for breakfast and dinner. We found excellent service managed by Salvatore, who recommended dinner, consistently featuring local dishes. Friendly, kind, and professional. Excellent food... highly recommended.

15/10/2025: A spacious and charming place with a breathtaking view of the city of Florence. Knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful staff. Very good and unique food. We opted for a plate of Lucanian fusilli with tomato sauce and beef meatballs, and a cream of mushroom soup with fried potato gnocchi and crispy bacon. To round out our lunch, we enjoyed cantucci biscuits with Vin Santo. Everything was delicious!

12/10/2025: Group of 5 women, walked the long way round from gardin Bardini along the ridge to the Michalangelo terrace. The view was worth the long walk and the terrace bar was beautiful and drinks were very well needed. We had mixtures of beers ,wine and coffee. Some Frittes too! However the toilet was pretty horrendous, that was not ok being a nice up market venue! Otherwise would have been 5 stars

19/10/2025: The opposite of what a restaurant should be. We witnessed scenes of ordinary madness, with the owner yelling and swearing. The pizza was excellent, the cuisine subpar... But the rudeness of the male waiter and the owner... I've never seen anything like it. A restaurant owner who mistreats customers. Like the waiter... I recommend changing jobs if you don't want to.

11/04/2026: Part of the venue is the Viper Theatre, which hosts Viper live performances. I went to see a concert and the place is very nice, with a bar inside.

11/06/2025: Scrivo una recensione negativa perche sono rimasta molto infastidita dal comportamento del signore alla cassa. Eravamo in tre e volevamo pagare ognuno una cifra diversa ( avevamo da noi fatto il conto, chi offriva da bere , ecc..) ma il signore aveva già deciso che il conto era da pagare in parti uguali. Ho mostrato il mio disappunto ma ha fatto orecchie da mercante e ci ha passato il pos per la cifra da lui stabilita, non ho voluto fare discussioni tanto non voleva ‘sentire’ Per il resto ..ambiente e cibo piu che sufficienti.

07/05/2025: Bel posto, pulito, e ben organizzato. Ho cenato soltanto con la pizza, quindi mi limito a dare solo un breve giudizio.. ottima.. e servita in tempi molto rapidi, dato che era sabato ed era pieno.. Prezzi in linea..

04/04/2026: Terrible experience. The waitress treated us horribly for no reason. She snatched the menu right out of our hands. On top of that, the food was awful. We ordered three lasagnas, and they had absolutely no filling. Horrible 😡😡😡😡😡👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

25/11/2025: I'm giving it one star just to give it something; it's a disgrace. The staff are so rude they don't even try to understand you. They charged us €14 for a beer and an Aperol. The bathroom is on another level—filthy and disgusting. I won't even describe what I saw because it's just awful. I left feeling nauseous and couldn't even finish my Aperol; I had to go to the bathroom because I absolutely had to. All I can say is that the place in general is disgusting. The tablecloths are filthy, and then you sit down at one table and they tell you to sit somewhere else with an even worse tablecloth.

25/11/2025: As soon as we walked in and sat down, we saw that the table was dirty and they didn't clean it. The waiter just turned the tablecloths over in front of the customers or changed them depending on the table. It also didn't help that they didn't try to understand tourists or offer any language assistance. As for the facilities and the bathroom, dirty is an understatement... it was unhygienic, full of grime, and the toilets weren't even cleaned... absolutely disgusting! Two waiters were constantly touching their faces and heads while handling food. I don't think health inspections are allowed in many places in this country. Then, finally, there's the exorbitant price... if the place were worth it, being on Ponte Vecchio, you'd pay it, but at this price, it makes no sense. A horrible place and terrible service. I absolutely do not recommend going there!
