09/10/2025: The bread is a few days old. I ordered a bresaola carpaccio with grana. Carpaccio as I understand it, nothing at all. Very little marinated and it was just ham and cheese, with a tiny drop of oil.
Today, after a few days in Italy, I ordered a toasted grappa. It tastes like cork, I guess they had it open for a long time.
But like everything, the first impression in a restaurant can be wrong. When I go back to Florence, I will repeat. I don't like to give bad reviews, you always have to try again!

07/12/2025: I've eaten at this BK several times and had a pretty good impression of the place. Today, however, I wasn't at all satisfied. The trays may be well-washed, but they look awful and give off a truly dirty feel. One of the sandwiches I ordered seemed seriously undercooked. The slices were still solid, and the bacon was still very pink.
The upper level of the restaurant, where you have to go when the lower level is full, was very cold (it's winter, and I had to eat with my jacket on).
18/11/2025: A bit basic, like all Burger Kings.
The staff was very friendly, and the burgers were good as usual.

08/12/2025: Large sandwiches with many flavors, whether with meat, fish, or vegetarian. I'm so hungry, these are the best sandwiches for me. You can customize your sandwich by choosing ingredients like broccoli rabe, onion, etc., or by removing ingredients you don't like (like sausage, etc.), all truly delicious. All the staff are really kind and skilled, hard workers.

21/11/2025: I travelled from Germany to try this place and was really bellow expectations.
Wont do 2000km again for this.

12/10/2025: Unfortunately, it's gotten much worse lately. The last time was a disaster. I'm very sorry about that because it's a place I've always enjoyed going to and where the food was good, with friendly people.
I hope I'll be proven wrong in the future.
11/10/2025: Let's start by saying that to order we had to call for attention, we ordered two pizzas, after an hour still no sign of them, but in the meantime the pizza chef was churning out pizzas by the dozen (for take-out service), after we complained they arrived in 10 minutes, after 20/25 minutes of the waitress ignoring us and doing it on purpose to avoid us she came to clear the table and when asking for dessert she didn't even ask what topping I wanted on the cheesecake, luckily there was the ONLY waitress who was safe, Melissa!

30/09/2025: We were here for an aperitivo before dinner. There were locals sitting at the bar and we chatted with them. The staff and all the local guests were friendly even though we were foreigners

29/06/2025: Good food (it's still a club, don't expect a starred restaurant) good service, kind and welcoming staff.
Only one decidedly negative note: we stumbled upon karaoke night, with all the highly depressive music, we ran away so as not to commit suicide. A real shame. Maybe I just found the wrong night (I hope)
07/06/2025: The place is joyful and cheerful, with music and karaoke in the background. The menu is quite varied: good appetizers, abundant first courses and good and well-filled pizzas. A place is an environment that lends itself very well, in my opinion, to birthday parties or in any case dinners with friends ..... or simply a simple and pleasant dinner.
The bill in the end is average.
Parking is convenient and close by but if you find it along the road or the garden.
The large garden there in front, can be a plus for those with more or less grown-up children.
