Personale attento, veloce e gentile.
Cibo buono nella norma, niente di speciale ma gustoso e abbondante.
26/04/2025: Siamo in via Tornabuoni, in un chiostro di un palazzo storico. Arredamento elegante ma no sfarzoso, tavoli distanziati, ragazzi che servono cortesi e svegli. Qualità pizza top nei suoi ingredienti. Vale assolutamente la pena spendere un paio di euro in più per avere tutto questo.

19/03/2026: The food was delicious at a great price, we absolutely loved it. The chefs were hands-on.
When we sat down, the restaurant was empty, and we couldn't understand why. Everything was fantastic, from the staff (a shout-out to the waiter with the Russian version of his name, Yuri) to the delicious food at great prices.
16/03/2026: Today I stopped for breakfast and then went to the bathroom. I was in there for about ten minutes when the cleaning lady started insulting me. I understood perfectly what she was saying, but she assumed I didn't understand swear words in Italian. During the few minutes I was in the bathroom, she continued to bang on the door and hurl insults at me. Even after I left, she continued yelling at me, saying I had been in there for half an hour. It was absurd and disgusting.

21/12/2025: Two people at the bar who don't understand Italian, a rude blonde cashier who doesn't know the difference between a Franciacorta and a Prosecco, a Spritz made with a fake Aperol liqueur, a cutting board without even toothpicks, and can you eat the cheese and olives with your hands?
If people don't want to work, they should stay home.
15/12/2025: Given the number of visitors to The Mall, it's unthinkable to have an insane line for a sandwich. I think they should rethink the layout of the cafeteria to allow for faster self-service.

29/03/2026: We stopped in for an Aperol drink, and my husband decided to have pizza. We were pleasantly surprised, as the pizza was just how we like it: thin crust, crispy, and the perfect balance of sauce and cheese.
The waiters were attentive and courteous.
28/03/2026: Food very good, waiters friendly, I don't understand the negative reviews. Sure, it's more expensive – it's right on a main square – but if it's too expensive for someone, they shouldn't go in. Prices are posted outside/in the garden.

05/11/2025: I grabbed some food on the fly because I was in a hurry, but it would have been better to fast than swallow this mess. The pizzas are bread with a couple of sprinkles on top, the red pizza has hints of tomato sauce, obviously without salt, of course. If you're at the station, fast food is better at this point.
16/10/2025: We tried two sandwiches, it was stale, very poor taste and iced cold. Don’t ruin your taste buds here

07/01/2026: Worth taking your time, a true hidden gem. It’s not centric, and it’s not going to be quick. But it will be one of the most beautiful Italian meals you will ever taste. Attended by the owner, a very lovely lady. Try everything you can. I did not even take many pictures, that’s how good the food was.
07/01/2026: It's the most delicious place I've eaten in Florence, except for my aunt's house.
If you're in a hurry, don't come. If you want to feel royal, don't come.
It's a homey place, run by a lady whose cooking is spectacular, a very sweet lady.
The food is incredible; I couldn't say which was the best: the tortelloni, the pasta carbonara, the meatballs, the mushroom bruschetta, or the pasta with ragù.
It's a hidden gem in the city; it's not centrally located, but it's definitely worth a visit.
Just one recommendation: fix the heating.

19/02/2026: Me and my wife were in Florence for our anniversary and we stumbled upon this restaurant and quickly fell in love with the atmosphere and the food did not disappoint! The service is top there and they are super friendly and made us feel at home to the point where we came three nights in a row. I highly recommend whether you’re looking for great pasta, steak, and pizza since we got to try a little bit of everything! Stop in for a drink and some food you won’t regret it!

The lady who served us was very kind, and the bill was in line with what we ate and drank.

18/02/2026: Very bad! I waited a long time for someone to come and take my order, a long wait for all the dishes, and most importantly, when paying, a DIFFERENT PRICE TAG!! The wine was calculated differently than on the menu!!! The service charge was 3 euros, although they didn't fit at all!!!!! Don't go there!! The name on the street is different now!
