05/05/2025: We purchased an elegant red trouser suit at the Rinascimento Fashion Groove store and the experience was excellent. The saleswoman Ivana immediately proved to be very prepared, managing to immediately understand our needs for an important solemn ceremony with the Slovak President. His professionalism, combined with an uncommon kindness and helpfulness, made the purchase simple and pleasant. He guided us in choosing elegant, refined and above all comfortable garments, with particular attention to quality. We will undoubtedly return to Rinascimento Fashion Groove for future events: such a competent and human service is rare to find. Thank you!

05/04/2025: The wine was undrinkable, we had a glass of chianti but it tasted like alcohol and that was it. The bread is stringy and impossible to chew.

02/04/2025: From the moment I arrived at Villa San Michele, I was struck by its timeless elegance.What makes this villa truly unique is its blend of heritage and modern art. During my time there, the villa was hosting a collaboration with Galleria Continua, showcasing the iconic works of Beijing-based artists Sun Yuan & Peng Yu. Their exhibition, exploring the theme of “Identity In Space,” added an avant-garde touch to the villa’s historical context of the villa. I had the immense privilege of photographing a luxury destination wedding at Villa San Michele, and as a luxury photographer who works with many exquisite venues, I can confidently say it is unlike any other. From the golden-hour glow over Florence to the villa’s historic interiors, the variety of breathtaking locations offered endless opportunities for capturing perfect moments. I should note that the villa’s commitment to excellence is reflected not only in its stunning spaces but also in its exceptional staff, who are attentive, courteous and hospitable to one whether they are a guest or a visitor. To me, the latter is a sign of true hospitality! I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend villa San Michele and I plan to visit again, this time for an extended stay with my wife next time I am in Florence!

31/05/2025: Avrei messo 5 punti all'ottimo filetto, al sangue, che si scioglieva in bocca. 23 € spesi molto volentieri ma non posso dire lo stesso del contorno: un piattino di insalata verde a 7,00€ 😳😳😳. Valutando che ogni 3 insalatine potevo prendere quasi un altro filetto. Anche gli altri contorni avevano prezzi oltre la media. Consiglio vivamente, se non di integrarlo nel prezzo del filetto, almeno di non superare i 3,00€ per quel piattino di verde.

09/06/2025: Our first night in Siracusa, we stopped by Citylife Ristorante being around the corner from our hotel. Eugenio and the team were friendly & professional and also humored me with my attempts to speak in Italian with me (un po ma sto imparando lol). We had a lovely evening, thanks again!

11/05/2025: The church is currently undergoing conservative restoration and the little that has been seen of the interior allows us to imagine the great beauty for those lucky enough to be able to visit it when the works are finished.

22/03/2025: This lesser-known Renaissance church is home to Perugino’s frescoes and the Pazzi family tombs. The adjoining convent housed the mystic nun St. Maria Maddalena dei Pazzi. Its elegant cloister and refined decoration reflect Florence’s monastic traditions.

23/06/2025: They charge you for cutlery and tap water. The food isn't anything special for what they charge either. Two pizzas, a salad, and two beers cost 70 euros. I don't recommend it.

06/06/2025: Disappointing Restaurant Experience – Service and Quality Disappointing During our stay in Tuscany, my family and I visited the Diadema restaurant, run by Diadema Wine & EVO. Unfortunately, our excitement was quickly dashed – both in terms of service and cuisine. The reception was unfriendly and disinterested. The server was busy on his cell phone when we arrived and only addressed us briefly with a cold, "Can I help you?" – no greeting, no welcome. When I explained that we would like to eat, he simply asked if we had a reservation. Without further explanation, we were seated in an adjoining room, even though there were still tables available in the main room – after which we were again left waiting for a long time. The meal itself was unfortunately very disappointing: • The chicken schnitzel for our children was undercooked, and the French fries were barely edible. • My risotto was greasy, flavorless, and lacked Parmesan cheese – I couldn't eat it. • The meat dish was tough and difficult to chew. • The vegetarian dish – stuffed zucchini blossoms – was tasteless and poorly prepared. After I complained, we only received a limoncello – but we still had to pay the full bill, even though several dishes were returned virtually untouched. I myself have worked in the restaurant industry for over 25 years and travel extensively, both for work and pleasure. I don't often write reviews – but this experience was so disrespectful and of such poor quality that I would at least like to warn other guests. First-time guests quickly sense that there is little interest in genuine hospitality here. Perhaps regulars or acquaintances are treated differently – but for us, the experience was unfortunately disappointing and inappropriate for a restaurant with these standards.

The tourist trap par excellence, you take a look at the menu, it's already late for lunch, the staff notices that you speak French, they send you the waiter who can get by in French and off you go for the junk food...we are not too picky but when your homemade risotto or lasagna easily surpasses those of the home cook, that says it all, risotto swimming in oil, lasagna (homemade really? 🤣)...and then, at first everyone is smiling, once you have paid, they don't even pay attention to you anymore...a disgrace of a restaurant

24/06/2025: We had vegetable soup, it was delicious, then we ordered meat on a terracotta plate, I say terracotta, but it comes on a marble-like plate, you cook the meat by turning it to the consistency you want, the taste is really good. The meat comes with potatoes, it was delicious too, it was one of the best meals I had in Italy, I highly recommend it.

31/05/2025: Great place and friendly and helpful staff. We ordered the chicken salad, which I think was sufficient. The negative note is the excess of sauce, which covered the other flavors, disgusting at times. The daily promotions are excellent.
