12/06/2025: Elegant and incredible service!! Our meal was wonderful and perfectly prepared. Our servers wine recommendation was spot on. Live entertainment. We truly enjoyed our meal!! They made a beautiful salad especially for me that wasn’t on the menu. Very personalized service!!

17/05/2025: The free salmon tartare was great. My wife’s pasta w 🦞 also very good as was the scallops appetizer. But my main which was seafood risotto came out cold with raw mostly cuttlefish on top. Incredibly disappointing! The room & atmosphere is astounding. Yet, the description of this dish and what was served was terrible. They comped the dish. We stayed here before in 2019 and again for 5 nights in a massive suite. We will always stay at St Regis while in Firenze. We will not return here for dinner. BTW we are pescatarians and live on raw fish sashimi @ sushi bars in Hawaii. This plate was not described properly on the menu.

30/08/2025: The totem for ordering is a good idea, but the service is slow and there are few staff, especially during busy times like Saturdays. The products are good quality, but the service needs improving. A single person on Saturdays can't cook and run the cash register at the same time. The piadinas, however, are good and of good quality.

27/08/2025: We were passing through Florence and Lucca and came across a place that was perfect for a quick meal. The food was excellent, too.

21/07/2024: I met this restaurant and its fabulous staff a couple of years ago, a very welcoming environment, an environment that becomes familiar over time. I would say an environment of times gone by, you become part of everyday life with them, you get to know each other and thus fabulous friendships are born. Working nearby, every now and then I treat myself to a quick greeting or lunch from Gianluca. Both he and his wife or the legendary Francesca pamper every customer, they are always cheerful, fun. 13/07/2024: Ambiente buio,sporco,vetrina con cose indefinite al suo interno,titolare che cerca di fare il simpaticone....piatti a dire poco indecenti...sono rimasti al 1970....pasta precotta e raffreddata sotto l acqua fredda dato che ha perso il suo colore e scotta la salsa messa sopra e tanta acqua sotto alla pasta stessa un roast beef indecente l unica cosa buona erano le rape rosse comprate gia cotte....l acqua ti arriva in bottiglie di vetro con il rigo del calcaree l olierà in tavola con olio che sembra di semi di infima qualità....un caffè che sembra d orzo....va bene che a pranzo il costo è di 10€ ma piuttosto un panino . Ci siamo capitati una volta ma sarà anche l ultima. Il posto avrebbe anche chance dato che è vicino ad un Grande ospedale (Careggi)ma così No.

06/09/2025: A historic ice cream shop in District 2, but also in Florence in general! The atmosphere is spacious and, above all, clean. The payment system is automatic, and the staff never touches money. There are many flavors to choose from, both classic and innovative. I asked for a small cone, but the cashier, in a commanding tone, offered me 1 flavor = 3 euros, 2 flavors = 4 euros. Since I was craving chocolate and cream, I chose to spend more and struggled to finish it because it was so large. I recommend it.

28/05/2025: Right in front of the San Giuseppe hospital, a simple and comfortable "corner" where you can enjoy a good sandwich🍔🌭 prepared to measure 😁 They have various tasty 🍟 first and second courses (which I have not tried, but the other customers were very satisfied). The coffee is very good,☕️ for me the best in the area. Courtesy and cleanliness at 🔝 🔝 🔝

27/07/2025: They hid behind their backs the possibility of a 20% discount on phone orders so as not to let anyone see them when they entered and paid. For fairness and transparency, this should be highlighted or at least made visible. Lack of transparency, which is a shame because I was a regular customer but I expected better treatment. Once I pointed this out, they said, "Oh well."

18/05/2025: The restaurant’s setting is undeniably elegant. However, if you’re dining as a couple and your partner doesn’t eat meat, I strongly advise against choosing this place. All the premium cuts of meat are only available for two people. As soon as you mention that only one person wants meat, the staff’s attitude shifts — you’re no longer given the same level of attention. It’s unfortunate. A meat lover, even dining solo, should still have access to a fine cut without being sidelined. This lack of flexibility seriously detracts from the overall experience.

18/05/2025: Elegant spot with great Tusan menu and wine list. Impeccable service offered to reseat us due to noise from a large group at their initiative. Really enjoyable and memorable experience in this excellent and old world atmosphere

25/07/2025: Deze zaak is volledig veranderd en serveert geen pizza's meer. Het is nu een enoteca en niet geschikt voor kinderen. Dit hadden ze wel even mogen aanpassen op Google en hier op Tripadvisor.

17/07/2025: I was recommended this restaurant by the owner of my guest house. It was close by and easy to find. I walked in around 7:30pm on a Wednesday and was seated right away without a reservation. The atmosphere inside was welcoming and cozy. The staff was very kind and made an effort to help me order since I don’t speak Italian well. It was a comfortable and safe place to have a meal as a solo traveler. All of the food was really good and priced well. I had a pizza, water and a glass of wine, and a dessert for 28euros. Their menu was vast and I liked that they had choices for all courses.

13/07/2025: This is the place to go when you want to savor the authentic taste of Calabria. As true Calabrians, we felt right at home, both with the food and the hospitality of the owner and waiters. Superb pizza, light dough, and toppings in just the right quantities, yet explosive in flavor, all made with excellent ingredients. We can't wait to return!!!

19/08/2025: The villa is beautiful! You're staying in a historic villa, so the style is perfectly suited to it. The view is stunning! The only downside is that the pool is poorly maintained and doesn't have clean water... such a shame. Otherwise, we had a truly wonderful time.

24/06/2025: Yesterday I was invited by a dear friend of mine for an aperitif in this place located in an urban area of ​​the city that, for its modern and contemporary architecture, I like to call the new city of Scandicci, and for the experience I have to say that hers was a good choice and also an excellent alternative to Florence as we had a really great time. The unusual borderline position, the warm and soft light of the sunset, the architecture of the buildings, the view of the large square and the presence of the many young people who frequent it, project you into a particular dimension with a cosmopolitan flavor that personally reminded me of the Macba square in Barcelona. It was a great feeling. Sitting at a table outside we chatted calmly drawing lots for a good gin and tonic, a classic Aperol spritz and that unusual drink of mine that I love to call Sbitter spritz because I have them put San bitter instead of Aperol. Honestly, it is contrary to what I read in the reviews, even if they do not offer table service or whatever they say, I found the staff who served me at the counter very welcoming, friendly and efficient and the cost of the aperitifs average, therefore I will definitely return because I had a really good time. I recommend it! Thanks
