A lovely friendly cafe with great fresh pastries - especially the Bomboloni alla crema! I came here twice and the lady serving behind the counter was friendly and let me practise my Italian. Good coffee too.

Had a really hood schiacciata alla crema, but the staff are really mean once they know you are nor from Florence, even if I tried speaking in Italian. They just smile to their locals.

I've been to Caffè Amerini many times and have always had a positive experience. The staff is friendly and professional, and it's located on one of the most beautiful streets in the center of Florence. The pastries are delicious; I also recommend it for a quick lunch or an aperitif!
