02/04/2025: From the moment I arrived at Villa San Michele, I was struck by its timeless elegance.What makes this villa truly unique is its blend of heritage and modern art. During my time there, the villa was hosting a collaboration with Galleria Continua, showcasing the iconic works of Beijing-based artists Sun Yuan & Peng Yu. Their exhibition, exploring the theme of “Identity In Space,” added an avant-garde touch to the villa’s historical context of the villa. I had the immense privilege of photographing a luxury destination wedding at Villa San Michele, and as a luxury photographer who works with many exquisite venues, I can confidently say it is unlike any other. From the golden-hour glow over Florence to the villa’s historic interiors, the variety of breathtaking locations offered endless opportunities for capturing perfect moments. I should note that the villa’s commitment to excellence is reflected not only in its stunning spaces but also in its exceptional staff, who are attentive, courteous and hospitable to one whether they are a guest or a visitor. To me, the latter is a sign of true hospitality! I absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend villa San Michele and I plan to visit again, this time for an extended stay with my wife next time I am in Florence!

19/10/2025: Maybe I was just unlucky, but if I order a burger, I can't expect a half-centimeter thick, half-burnt slab, and if I order coccoli, I can't expect something as hard as rocks. Low prices, but the quality needs work.

05/02/2025: I ordered pizza two days in a row because the first night it was superb. The ingredients were excellent, the dough was soft but well-cooked and risen. Excellent, I'd say. The second night, unfortunately, when I brought it home in the open boxes, it was completely soggy and soaked. Now I'm hesitating whether to give it another try to see which of the two versions is the real deal... I'll try again and let you know.

16/10/2025: I don't like to criticize businesses, but I gave it 2 stars because I asked for a tray with 9 pieces of pastry, and the lady didn't want to serve it on the smaller tray, but instead opted for the larger one with 12-15 pieces. The 9 pieces were too large, and presenting such a tray would have been a poor impression for a mid-morning coffee with customers. I decided not to serve the tray. I also ordered a sweet treat, a chocolate parcel, which was dry, perhaps from the day before.

09/09/2025: Nice place, friendly, young staff. The guys are finally bringing this beautiful place to life. We've been renting the adjacent room for a year and are super happy.

15/09/2025: I went to the bar on my motorbike after a long ride with my girlfriend. We were thirsty, so we asked for a bottle of water, but they refused because they didn't have change or ATM service. He was also rude.

15/10/2025: The prices are too high. I thought the cover charge was included, considering the price of the sandwiches you pay, not including the fries. The meat doesn't seem high-quality. I don't think I'd recommend it.

13/10/2025: I dream of their ice creams. The options are plenty and the taste... This is something you must change your direction for. Be careful if you have low self-discipline. I got sick from eating 6 scoops a day.

10/10/2025: fantastic coffee and pastries and a nice place to sit for a bit. loved to sit in the morning and watch all of the locals come in and drink their coffee at the bar.

20/07/2025: The owner, Gigi, is a true rocket-powered restaurant. The pizza is delicious, the "Napoli sa sega" pizza, the most photogenic porcellino I've ever eaten in Sardinia, the turbo mushroom risotto "Portami con te" is a resurrection, the fried fish is so delicate it feels like flying, the freshest beer served with a chilled glass that seems to have come from Mount Everest (27°59'17"n 86°55'31"e). Want to know about the dessert? Come and try it!

20/05/2025: Excellent cuisine and kindness of the owner and his wife, we had a problem and they did their best to help us in every way.....it's true: the Sardinians are a great hospitable people! Highly recommended
