16/06/2025: Very nice stay at the La Collina. Highly recommended if you like good food attention to detail and a family feeling. Olive oil that they make themselves shows their love for details.

08/06/2025: Our stay at Agriturismo La Collina degli Olivi was simply fantastic. The location couldn't be better. Nestled in the heart of beautiful Tuscany, we enjoyed the magnificent view of the surrounding rolling hills. Patricia and Toni are incredibly gracious hosts who not only gave us a warm welcome but also provided great tips for excursions that made our vacation perfect. The pool is a real highlight, an oasis of relaxation with a stunning view. Even at breakfast, you could enjoy the beautiful landscape and start the day in a relaxed manner. At La Collina degli Olivi, you can truly unwind and unwind. We will definitely come back and enjoy the beautiful scenery and the fantastic food and drink in the area. Roli & Gaby

14/06/2025: food of a rather good quality (I had a club sandwich, good ingredients but definitely too hard bread, and baked potatoes that were too expensive for the quantity of potatoes) and a very nice atmosphere, the only flaw is the waiters. I am of the opinion that when you work face to face with a public (even more so if the prices are not low) you should always serve with a smile and cordiality, something completely absent throughout the service. But the thing that made me turn up my nose the most was that at the time of payment we turned to the cashier and were not even greeted; the girl simply started typing our receipt, put it in front of our faces and said "this is the bill". Honestly, when I go out to eat I expect that, AT LEAST at the time of payment (I can understand that during the service one can be in a hurry and not pay maximum attention to each customer, doing the same job) we were greeted with a smile, a question about how our lunch was going and a thank you with a cordial greeting, things that were completely absent. We went to them for brunch, but given the wide choice that can now be found in Florence, I definitely won't be returning.

01/07/2025: I have to say that the pizza is really delicious, the service and the kindness of the staff is impeccable, I only have to disagree that the environment is very hot, the air conditioners do not satisfy the customer's need for refreshment

30/04/2025: Wonderful place, super helpful and competent staff. I celebrated my 30th birthday in this spectacular location. I had a lunch with dishes customized according to the different needs of my guests (coeliacs, vegetarians and vegans) of excellent quality. Fabrizio and Federica were able to satisfy all my needs with availability and kindness. Above all, they allowed me to celebrate a birthday by welcoming me and all my guests as if we were at home. Super recommended!!!

08/06/2025: Esperienza culinaria altalenante. L’antipasto buono nel complesso, anche se il polpo e i totani sembravano semplicemente lessati, senza particolari condimenti che ne esaltassero il sapore. Le tagliatelle all’ astice erano troppo cariche di pomodoro, tanto da coprire il sapore del pesce, che risultava quasi assente. Il risotto di mare era insipido e privo di gusto, sembrava che il riso fosse stato cotto separatamente dal condimento. La frittura di mare era croccante, asciutta e ben cucinata. La torta di compleanno ha chiuso la cena con un’altra nota dolente: la crema era troppo molle, quasi papposa e la pasta frolla era dura e poco piacevole. Il servizio è stato cortese e disponibile, anche se le cameriere apparivano un po’ impacciate e inesperte. Un’esperienza che lascia spazio a miglioramenti soprattutto in cucina. Il ristorante è ampio, con un ambiente piacevole e accogliente

07/07/2025: It was truly magical, Ive been to the London one and I am DEFINITELY going to the Rome one, the pesto di basilica was a amazing tasting pesto, perfection. The tagliatelle was perfectly aldente and the olives tasted great, definitely come here if your hungry for pasta 😍

04/07/2025: Nice place to eat a good pasta. For the best pasta you need to be at a local italian restaurant of course but this one is good for a lunch stop. We had great service the woman that helped us explained everything well and was kind. There is even an option to size up, to choose your pasta of your liking and you can go for homemade pasta's. We liked the place and it tasted good 👍

08/06/2025: The place is small and convivial as befits a trattoria. Typical local menu with simple cuisine but rich in authentic flavors. We consumed a terrine of farfalle seasoned with pesto and fresh cheese, pici alla Mercanzia and a baked rabbit. Everything was really good and tasty but I'll say more about the rabbit! I have rarely found it so good. The service of the owner was kind and convivial. As for the bill, it was certainly not excessive. Recommended for those who love simple places with authentic cuisine without too many frills.

26/05/2025: I went yesterday for lunch with my husband, Tuscan dishes cooked in an excellent way, the staff was very friendly, modest prices. Highly recommended. We will return soon to taste other dishes.

01/04/2025: Some tastes were really really good, but some of them were so-so. Anyway almost every tastes with chocolate were definitely thumb-up! Gelato is always the love, so five stars! Unfortunately, there are some differences in quality between flavors. Still, the chocolate flavor is so delicious that I give it a thumbs up! One way or another, gelato is love, so five stars!

09/06/2025: Wonderful restaurant, fast staff and service, essential and well-curated menu, tasty and well-loaded dishes, highly recommended the platter for 4 people containing cold cuts, cheeses and fried foods. Excellent pasta cooking and sauces, purple gnocchi highly recommended. Excellent grilled second courses. Minus point for desserts, Portuguese milk cooked incorrectly and hard and tasteless tiramisu. However, good price also for the Florentine steak, recommended.

09/06/2025: Nice and welcoming atmosphere. Attentive and fast service. Very good and abundant food except for the desserts: tiramisu too dry and not soft on the surface, torn Portuguese milk, immersed in too much liquid and rubbery external crust. For the rest, everything worthy of note, including the dish of the day (blueberry tagliolini on taleggio cream, crispy bacon and mushrooms). Highly recommended!

27/06/2025: 2 salted chicken breasts, almost burnt. On arugula, anything but fresh. €20 Coca-Cola for €7.50 If only the food were good, it would be fine. But it's absurd; this is a scam disguised as a restaurant.

27/06/2025: They're a rip-off!!!! A very bad experience. We ordered two chicken dishes that were advertised as having a one-price price. When we paid, everything was even more exaggerated. Don't even think about getting drinks because they're incredibly expensive, seven 50 each, and Coca-Cola. The drinks are more expensive than the protein dish. A SCAM!!!!
