This is my first time at this restaurant. Everything was truly excellent... The risotto with stracciatella and shrimp tartare... Amazing!

Great place, relaxing music in the background, super friendly and professional staff, excellent food. As I said, I regret not going sooner.

I've never seen such professionalism and passion in this profession, and I say this as a chef. We dined in the restaurant's internal garden, cooled by fans despite the sweltering heat of these days. They provided us with mosquito coils and mosquito spray (something other restaurants wouldn't bother with). We tried the cheesecake with Angus tartare and the house antipasti: all excellent. We then moved on to their risottos (their signature dishes, in my opinion). The risotto with shrimp and pistachio was spectacular. Finally, we tried their meats, Italian Friesian beef and Argentinian steak, both of which were also delicious. (The Friesian beef was a little calloused, but that's normal considering the animal and the cut, which was sirloin.) Despite everything, considering the price, they treated us truly perfectly, taking care of the Friesian beef, which was slightly calloused. Despite everything, the experience was spectacular, and as I said at the beginning, I truly appreciated the kindness, passion, and professionalism of these guys. Well done, keep it up, I'll definitely be back!

This place is a risotto heaven!! They have such an interesting spread of "surf and turf" risotto options. We shared three different ones between two of us and I cannot decide which one was the winner. We will try to pay another visit to Riso & Brace until the end of our visit to Tuscany.

Very attentive, friendly, and helpful staff. The atmosphere was very pleasant. It's a shame the grill was dry, perhaps overcooked.
