Riso & Brace In Empoli

Modern venue with friendly and welcoming staff. We took the trio of risottos (mojito, pomegranate and shrimp and stracciatella) with attention to detail and super good. Nothing to say about the trio of meat and fish, which were spectacular. Highly recommended.

The boy and girl in the room were very good and very kind. We arrived around 8pm and about 30 minutes later the room was full and the service was carried out perfectly: always available and quick. The risotto with procini, blackberries and sweet gorgonzola is good and the meat is excellent. The embers are visible at the entrance to the restaurant and create a nice atmosphere. Very competitive price. Congratulations again to the waiters, chefs and grillers.

The food is excellent, generous and tasty portions, friendly and attentive staff even make you smile... I would eat caciocarbonriso or something similar every day!

Excellent service, good, attentive and very helpful with customers and above all always with a smile!!! Food: the risotto was excellent, the fried tuna did not meet my tastes, I expected to taste the tuna but the dish was not balanced. I am aware that since it is the first time I have eaten here I cannot judge the menu in total. We stayed a lot but I would struggle to return because of the cooking smell that sticks to you and that you take home until the following day. Bathrooms absolutely need to be renovated, also to allow for greater hygiene. Cobwebs with tenants in the ceiling and some structural details to be restored, ceiling cornice, kitchen curtain etc... there is a bit of tiredness in this! I wish the owners a return to the splendors of the past!

Super great restaurant, they are very kind. Service was on point. The food was super good a typical Italian restaurant. If you are a meat lover this is the place you search.
