22/11/2025: I returned to Ganzo for the third time, and, as always, I ordered the tasting menu with paired wines. Each course was meticulously crafted and excellent. Irene explained the wines very well, and Giada provided excellent service. Everything was supervised by Lapo, a highly knowledgeable host and teacher for the dining room staff. Now I want to try the newly opened Fedora.

11/10/2025: A learning environment for culinary and hospitality professionals. It was a pleasure to dine here as a former alumni to TuttoToscano program. Prix Fix menu was a delicious way to go!

27/11/2025: We've been here several times recently with friends. The staff are always welcoming, the dishes are well-presented and of high quality, and the portions are generous. Next time, we'll be back for the pizza. The price is good; the usual portions at other places would definitely have been better.

04/12/2025: Today, having just landed from a wonderful trip, I decided to have lunch at this seafood restaurant where I'd eaten before. Unfortunately, this time the experience didn't live up to expectations. The owner seemed rather nervous and inattentive to detail: cutlery was missing, and when I tasted the glass of rosé, which didn't quite satisfy me, I asked if the bottle had been opened for a few days. The rude response was that "these bottles are like that," with no regard for the customer. It's well known that a white or rosé wine, if opened for a few days, changes its flavor: from an owner, I would have expected courtesy and professionalism, not a brusque response. It's a shame, because the food is truly exquisite: compliments to the chef. I highly recommend the tagliolini with Mazara del Vallo shrimp and zucchini; it's an exceptional dish. I even celebrated my birthday here a few years ago, but after this experience, unfortunately, I don't think I'll eat at this restaurant again.

22/11/2025: Good food, tasty and well-served. The owner welcomed us warmly and at the end served us sugarcane juice, a very typical experience. It's worth it.

18/11/2025: Very family-friendly, good food. The pizza diavola (€9) and pici with wild boar ragu (€15) were out of stock. We also tried the homemade cheesecake (€4).

03/11/2025: We had dinner at this trattoria on a Saturday evening. The place is small and welcoming, and the staff is attentive and friendly. We split four Tuscan crostini, which were delicious, and then opted for two first courses: homemade gnocchi with Parmesan and saffron fondue, and pappardelle with wild boar. The wine was good, and the homemade bread, schiacciata, and savory breadsticks deserve a special mention.

13/10/2025: Wonderful small restaurant outside if the tourist areas - an easy walk from the piazza liberta. Despite my Italian being just okay I enjoyed communicating with the staff and having fun and ordering two amazing pastas, and an amazing Florentine steak for dinner, including getting a wine recommendation for a Chianti Classico which i will be trying to track down in the states ! The first course of pastas were both incredible , especially my wife’s gnocchi which were pillow soft! For second course, The Florentine steak was huge and the staff gave us some direction on how to eat it slowly, with some olive oil, and how to enjoy! Highly recommended!

12/11/2025: I was here on October 31, 2025, and had a terrible experience. The gelato was very good and of good quality, but everything else was forgettable. The staff was unprofessional, and the prices were exorbitant. I can't remember the last time I saw such high prices at an ice cream shop. Furthermore, the area is very difficult to reach. By public transportation, you can take bus number 25, 307A, or 302A. Another shameful thing was the condition of the area. The parking lot, sidewalk, and porch were destroyed and in need of complete reconstruction. They were very dirty, with rotten leaves, trash, and cigarette butts. A very sad and neglected area. There's a beautiful view, but it's not an area that's been properly developed.

22/12/2025: Very good food and friendly, helpful staff. We arrived an hour late for our reservation, but we were still greeted with great kindness. A true trattoria worth trying, especially the delicious meat dishes.

15/11/2025: So Nice!! Steak, It was soooo nice! Bistecca alla Fiorentina Master is also excellent and wearing nice uniform wear.

03/11/2025: Very nice food and wine! Drinking our wine and eating after a long day strolling around the museums at this place was such a beautiful experience!
