26/03/2025: Abbiamo mangiato veramente bene, io sono celiaco ed ho trovato alternative buonissime e non ho avuto nessun problema! Al tavolo siamo rimasti tutti soddisfatti e sazi! Simone, il nostro cameriere è stato veramente gentile e bravo, consigliandoci il meglio secondo le nostre esigenze! Bravi!

25/03/2025: Ormai una CERTEZZA LI conosco da quando hanno aperto...ed è stato "coup de foudre"...qualità altissima, tutti prodotti di prima scelta e provenienti direttamente dalla Puglia!!! Davvero un angolo di Puglia a Firenze...rapporto qualità/ prezzo giusto, considerando la prima scelta degli ingredienti, sapientemente cucinati, e la provenienza ...rispetto a quello che il mercato propone qui siamo davvero sopra, ma di parecchio, alla media. Che dire dei proprietari, una coppia giovane, belli e con tanto entusiasmo che si sono saputi circondare di uno STAFF alla loro altezza!!!! Bravissimi tutti e forza continuate così!!!!

09/04/2025: Visited La Fattoria with my parents and husband. We couldn’t book anything online so we just showed up and asked for recommendations. We were offered a tasting tour for €40 per person. First member of staff was very friendly, although we only got two glasses of wine and a bit of bread to taste two olive oils. Second staff member practically ran us through the building, talking very fast. I had to translate for my parents, a few times I just had to and interrupt staff to translate. She ignored me and just kept talking over me. Not the best experience and definitely not worth €40. The estate itself is beautiful, stunning views. Would be nice to have a walking path back to Panzano as you can either drive back (after wine tasting) or wait for a bus next to a main road and the last one leaves at 6pm. Considering that their hotel is in Panzano, would make sense to connect the two.

25/03/2025: A really great find for our last night here. Giovanni is always greeting his guests with a smile and even did a little something to make our honeymoon celebration that much better. It’s those little things, on top of the excellent pizza, that make this place a favorite of ours. The ingredients are fresh and the dough is chewy but not heavy. Definitely will be coming back on our next trip to Florence and you should to

30/03/2025: De l’attente pour trouver une table avec un accueil assez peu sympa. Puis attente pour être servi d’une pizza annoncé grandiose et en fait pas très bonne avec des produits assez peu qualitatifs. Personnel peu souriant. Il y a bien mieux à Florence

18/01/2025: Excellent food, generous portions, honest prices.. only 4 stars for the service because it was a little too fast. We were still finishing the starter and they had already brought us the first courses! Overall excellent experience... to be recommended and returned

09/04/2025: For now I have only tried the pizzas and they are truly fantastic. A perfect dough, thickness, flavor and cooking. While eating I saw many good things to try. Salvatore was professional, friendly and courteous.

24/03/2025: For the first time this weekend Firenze Nova opened on Sunday and I immediately took advantage of the opportunity to take some relatives who came to visit me from out of the region out for lunch. I wanted to make a good impression and I don't deny that I had high expectations, which were not disappointed. Menu with attention to detail, we ate really well, and dynamic, friendly and kind service (as always). I always recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a pleasant 360-degree experience!

21/03/2025: Very good cappuccino and dessert, the thing that really bothered me was having to pay 3 euros for the cappuccino after he forgot about it and we waited standing at the counter, without asking if we wanted table service. Once we had done it, we sat down and brought our own coffee, and once we had finished it, again alone, we brought it back to the counter, not to save the coin but because there was no one to serve the table!!!. My girlfriend is German and perhaps she mistook us for foreigners, but I have lived in Florence since 2004.. hearing them say "eh it costs 3 euros because you sat down" in a somewhat cold way, no way.. avoidable, come on.

23/03/2025: Very tasty delicious fresh pizza. Nice choice and reasonably priced. Worth the queue to get a table. Perhaps they could sell drinks or bites to the queue while waiting.

06/01/2025: Siamo stati ieri sera a cena per il mio compleanno insieme alla mia famiglia per la prima volta cena spettacolare antipasto del vico furbo buonissimo pizze veramente buone e per concludere doce fior di di con pinoli e frutti di bosco davvero buono da ritornare al più presto prezzo onesto consigliatissimo

04/01/2025: It's a big tourist trap and definitely not a wine bar as it's called. They only had two white wines, we asked for two glasses of pinot grigio and a glass of vermentino and we received incredible rubbish. The vermentino was really poor, and instead of pinot grigio they gave us two glasses with orange liquid that vaguely resembled a wine, but was undoubtedly not a pinot. On the menu the prices were €6 for the pinot and €7 for the vermentino, but they made us pay one euro more for each glass. These are prices from a real wine bar with good wines, and this place is not and has nothing to justify these figures. The atmosphere was quite seedy and the guy at the bar was unpleasant. Besides us there were only some sad lost tourists.

24/12/2024: We met a particularly enthusiastic boss in Florence, who made us spend a pleasant Christmas Eve. Thanks to the boss for his generous help, Merry Christmas 😊

18/02/2025: Wir waren mit einem befreundeten Paar hier und haben zusammen einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht. Unser Essen war optisch als auch geschmacklich wirklich super, der Service top mit einen Spritzer guter Laune. Und das ganzen mit Blick auf die Altstadt. Traumhaft!

When we talk about excellent cuisine, about chefs, the real ones who choose the products with care and above all who really cook, we are talking about Tiberio alias Maurizio. Excellent quality homemade cuisine, both for lunch (with a smaller menu and excellent prices) and for dinner, with a wide mouth-watering choice! Amazing desserts! Friendly and professional service. Well done!!!
