03/11/2025: We went for a Japanese family dinner. Everything was delicious, the only small complaint being that it was a bit pricey. I highly recommend it; it was a wonderful experience.

12/10/2025: We had a Chianina beef with sautéed mushrooms and roast potatoes on the side, all truly delicious. The service was excellent; the young woman serving us was very nice and professional, while the gentleman was much friendlier and more down-to-earth, just the way we like it. The place is very charming and quiet, with the wisteria above us adding a special touch to the classic trattoria atmosphere.

12/11/2025: I went with my husband and friends. We ate very well. The tagliatelle with mushrooms in white sauce were superb, as was the fried food. The other dishes were also delicious. Excellent wine.

04/11/2025: A pleasant surprise along the way: the welcome was excellent in a simple yet refined setting. The service was a bit slow and a bit timid when we asked about the wine, but it was friendly nonetheless. The dishes have strong personality; it's a shame the tagliatelle didn't pair well with the sauce, the only real disappointment. Overall, expectations were met 75%. I think I'll gladly give the place another chance, though, because the atmosphere is truly charming and promising.

26/07/2025: Very nice place, very unique decor. It's a seafood-only restaurant, very good. You can tell the fish is fresh and it's served with care. The staff is young and friendly.

26/10/2025: Excellent pizza with a dough that's not at all heavy! Excellent Neapolitan-style dessert! Nice place! We had a great time.

26/10/2025: We were in the area and while searching, we found this restaurant that had a good review. At first glance, I wasn't entirely convinced by the time (1 p.m.). The restaurant was deserted, but by then we were there and confidently sat down. The waiter greeted us very kindly and showed us a seat. Looking at the menu, we ordered a charcuterie and cheese platter. The charcuterie wasn't bad, but the cheeses could have been better given the price. Afterwards, we ordered a first and second course, and I must say the presentation of the dishes was good, the quality of the dishes was excellent and very tasty. Good service. I recommend it.

21/06/2025: Chapeau Bar was our go to place for coffee and breakfast every morning while we were in Florence. It is a popular neighborhood café and bar located just north of Piazza della Liberta. The space is cozy with beautifully restored brick arch ceilings and wooden counters. We had fresh Italian-style croissants and pastries and excellent coffee - including delicious espresso and beautifully presented cappuccinos each morning. The prices were VERY reasonable. Andrei and his team have created an incredibly welcoming, authentic place with a wonderful community feel. We SO enjoyed our chat with the locals that would come in each morning. 03/11/2025: We spent the afternoon with friends on the terrace; there were 12 of us, and we had quite a few drinks. We asked them to buy us a free shot, and they got very offended. They spoke to us rudely.

02/11/2025: The food was very good, and the girl who served us provided excellent service.

25/10/2025: Difficult to find, poorly signposted. Portions too large... I would have preferred smaller portions with lower prices. The raw fish in the appetizer didn't taste right... cut too thickly, it had an unpleasant flavor. Nicely presented dishes and good service. Excellent atmosphere... but a little disappointed with the food.

10/09/2025: We were nine people and one person didn’t get her Food when the others did 10 minutes ago and when she told the waiter he missunderstood that she didn’t want it but she tried to say that she didn’t get it. And a salad didn’t arrive on time and the other didn’t even arrive. Altough the Food was great.
