17/03/2025: The staff has always been extremely kind. The food is simply excellent and of high quality. I'm giving it a low rating because the portions are truly modest, at least when it comes to the side dishes. My daughters asked for mashed potatoes three times (because we love going back) and they only got a paltry soup... I hope this criticism is constructive.

09/03/2025: Attimo restaurant, I tried almost everything and it was all excellent.

22/11/2025: I returned to Ganzo for the third time, and, as always, I ordered the tasting menu with paired wines. Each course was meticulously crafted and excellent. Irene explained the wines very well, and Giada provided excellent service. Everything was supervised by Lapo, a highly knowledgeable host and teacher for the dining room staff. Now I want to try the newly opened Fedora.

11/10/2025: A learning environment for culinary and hospitality professionals. It was a pleasure to dine here as a former alumni to TuttoToscano program. Prix Fix menu was a delicious way to go!

12/10/2025: We had a Chianina beef with sautéed mushrooms and roast potatoes on the side, all truly delicious. The service was excellent; the young woman serving us was very nice and professional, while the gentleman was much friendlier and more down-to-earth, just the way we like it. The place is very charming and quiet, with the wisteria above us adding a special touch to the classic trattoria atmosphere.

17/10/2025: This has quickly become our favorite restaurant in Firenze! The pasta and pizza are so good, and so reasonably priced, especially with their location right behind Santa Maria del Fiore! Great service, cozy atmosphere, highly recommend!

14/10/2025: I've known this place for years. The atmosphere is family-friendly, magnificent, and the view of the Duomo is breathtaking. Giulio is friendly, professional, and a good person. The staff is friendly, always smiling, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent cocktails. The pizza is always better... what more can I say? Highly recommended.

19/11/2025: The staff were friendly and welcoming. They noticed my hand was bandaged due to injury and they sliced my pizza without me asking. The food was excellent and the place very good

10/11/2025: Our highlight in Florence! We opted for the Chianina tasting and were absolutely thrilled. If you're unsure what to try in Florence, this is the perfect option. The cuisine in Florence is incredibly diverse and delicious, but this restaurant truly won us over. Our highlight was the steak with potatoes—simply divine! We've never eaten a better steak. The quality is top-notch! The service was also outstanding. Even though our 5-month-old daughter was quite fussy that day, the staff made us feel very welcome. They helped us in every way they could and made us feel like we were in exactly the right place. If you're in Florence, you absolutely must stop by. The Chianina tasting is a must! 5 stars from us!

31/10/2025: Wonderful place and friendly to travelers! The staff are great, very attentive and helpful and I can’t thank them enough for the great service I had tonight. The food is amazing. I had a glass (or two) of the Chianti, the fettuccine with mushrooms and the steak slices with lard on top. It was divine, perfectly salted and delicious with every bite. I think this place deserves more credit as this was one of the best meals I’ve had in Firenze. Highly recommend this to everyone

12/11/2025: I went with my husband and friends. We ate very well. The tagliatelle with mushrooms in white sauce were superb, as was the fried food. The other dishes were also delicious. Excellent wine.

04/11/2025: A pleasant surprise along the way: the welcome was excellent in a simple yet refined setting. The service was a bit slow and a bit timid when we asked about the wine, but it was friendly nonetheless. The dishes have strong personality; it's a shame the tagliatelle didn't pair well with the sauce, the only real disappointment. Overall, expectations were met 75%. I think I'll gladly give the place another chance, though, because the atmosphere is truly charming and promising.

12/11/2025: I was here on October 31, 2025, and had a terrible experience. The gelato was very good and of good quality, but everything else was forgettable. The staff was unprofessional, and the prices were exorbitant. I can't remember the last time I saw such high prices at an ice cream shop. Furthermore, the area is very difficult to reach. By public transportation, you can take bus number 25, 307A, or 302A. Another shameful thing was the condition of the area. The parking lot, sidewalk, and porch were destroyed and in need of complete reconstruction. They were very dirty, with rotten leaves, trash, and cigarette butts. A very sad and neglected area. There's a beautiful view, but it's not an area that's been properly developed.

01/12/2025: It's fitting to share our very positive experience here too. We were welcomed by two giants of Neapolitan history, and that alone was an unexpected but wonderful welcome. Finding those authentic flavors, expertly presented, in every dish truly made the difference. The team, though young, knows their stuff perfectly and has put together an excellent culinary offering. Impeccably prepared traditional dishes, the extremely friendly and helpful staff, and the relaxing atmosphere made for a delightful lunch. The pasta with potatoes and provola was impeccable, as was the eggplant parmigiana and other dishes...and the pizza, which the kids tried, was also excellent. All in all, a great discovery, we'll be back soon. Thanks guys, Mario and family

30/11/2025: Unexpectedly excellent restaurant in Lastra a Signa. In a quiet corner of town, this spot offers good food and a warm welcome. We ate several dishes, but the fried appetizers and the pasta with potatoes and provola were so good, even in Naples they struggle to make them like this. Service is attentive, courtesy of young and extremely professional staff. All this, and the quality/price ratio is not only worth the stop, but, in my opinion, the entire trip. A team like this, in my opinion, deserves a different location. If you're passing through the Florence area, make a detour: it's worth it!

It was our first time there, and they made me and my entire family feel right at home. Everything was excellent, both the pizzeria and the food; the prices were more than fair and honest. 27/11/2025: A good place in Florence, we returned for the second time a year later. We booked through The Fork, they had the reservation ready, and we got the agreed-upon discount without any problems. Good service, excellent wine cellar, and craft beers.
