Beautiful, tranquil rooftop bar with some wonderful views of the surrounding hills of Florence. Expensive but really friendly staff.

Traditional nice high quality hotel

Beautiful hotel and the staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was huge, stately and luxurious! The food is excellent especially the morning cappuccinos! Great location near the terminal and the Cathedral is close by. Amazing views from the rooftop restaurant.

The hotel was a great location it was also few minutes walk to the train station which it helped so much.

I have only been checked into this hotel for 3 hours and I am more impressed with them than I have been in any other hotel I have stayed in. In Italy and the US to be honest. The rooms have so much character and are just beautiful. We booked 2 rooms for 3 days and the room our sons are in is just as my ice with beautiful views over Florence. The staff at the desk was so helpful and there are a line of bellhops just waiting to help people to their rooms. The lobby is beautiful and a comfortable temperature. I assume the rest of my stay is going to be as amazing asy first impression. It's located in the middle of everything. Just a 5 to 10 minute walk from everything you want to see. Also edited to add, the remainder of our stay was just as great as the first impression.

The hotel is fantastic, with a great atmosphere and a superb location.

The location is great just a few minutes walk from the station and to all the attractions. We felt welcomed and we were looked after throughout the stay. The room had a beautiful sitting area at the backyard. I would stay at this hotel again when I come back to Florence for sure.

Historic hotel in an excellent central location, near the train station. Extremely kind, attentive, and professional staff. Comfort is guaranteed. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, both sweet and savory, with a wide selection of fresh fruit. Whole-grain breads could be added. Breakfast is served in the B-Roof, on the fifth floor, with a spectacular view of the city's historic center—an added bonus. Lunch, aperitifs, and dinner are also available in the same restaurant. The staff is extremely courteous. The elegant atmosphere makes you feel immediately at ease, thanks to the attentive staff. Excellent dinner at a reasonable price. The room, equipped with very comfortable beds and quiet, features beautiful original period furnishings. I was slightly perplexed by the chipped marble finish on one wall near the bed and the incomplete cleaning of the bathroom floor. It is certainly a very comfortable and elegant hotel, attentive to the well-being of its guests, perfect for a delightful holiday in Florence.

January 19-21, 2024. At the Baglioni for the sixth time. It never disappoints. A historic hotel with a rich history, built in 1903. Elegant, understated, and extremely comfortable. The room overlooked Piazza Unità d'Italia, with a clear view of Santa Maria Novella. The train station is just steps away. The breakfast terrace has a stunning view of the Medici Chapels, the Duomo, and Palazzo Vecchio. Unmissable! Perfect!

A hotel with an antique feel, the sound of wood, and the harmony of unique views to be enjoyed on the fifth floor. Centrally located, very close to the station, yet so private. The rooms are beautiful, and breakfast offers a truly enchanting view of Florence. I stayed at this hotel for a conference, but I hope to return for a romantic weekend. The staff is very friendly, and the atmosphere is super elegant. Highly recommended.
