08/10/2025: Fantastic! Very nice small, nine table place in a cool local feeling neighborhood. The owner is the waiter and charming while providing a very high quality, quick dining experience. The menu changes often and is a reflection of what ingredients are in season and available. Simple dishes done very well. Best dinner we had in Florence by far!

03/10/2025: Despite its small menu, the restaurant has so much to offer, especially if you're vegetarian. At least half of the dishes are meat-free, or meat-free upon request. Gabrielle creates a particularly lovely atmosphere and recommends wonderful wines, even if you just want a glass. The prices are absolutely fair for the quality and service, as well as the ambiance. There aren't many tables, but you can still chat at a normal volume. We'd love to come back!

23/09/2025: We had the pleasure of dining at Io Osteria Personale, and from start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and offered the freedom to choose any table, setting the tone for a relaxed and personalized dining experience. One of the standout aspects of the evening was the staff's knowledge and assistance in pairing the perfect wines to complement our meal. Their recommendations enhanced each dish, with the octopus being particularly memorable—tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Opting for the five-course tasting menu, we were not disappointed. Every dish was creative and delicious, offering a refreshing departure from the usual pizza and pasta. The diversity of flavors and attention to detail in each course truly showcased the chef’s talents. To top it off, the staff went above and beyond by helping us arrange a taxi back to our hotel, making the entire evening seamless and stress-free. In short, Io Osteria Personale provided a unique and delightful dining experience that we totally recommend to anyone looking for a break from the traditional Italian fare. This restaurant is certainly worth a visit.

10/09/2025: Super inventive menu, very honest, well cooked, fresh ingredients, absolutely impeccable service (waiter was so nice! 😊 ) and a dessert I wont forget (crema di mais). I will come back for sure! Congratulations to the whole team!

05/10/2025: Incredible dining experience with friends. Service commensurate with a Michelin restaurant. We had a paired food and wine experience. Great way to learn about the Antinori family and history. If you have time, go for a tour of the cave.

The ambiance is charming and elegant, and the service is friendly and professional. It's a perfect spot for a truly memorable meal.

12/09/2025: The restaurant is very nice. The restaurant manager's kindness is definitely a strong point. We were overall satisfied with the tasting menu we tried.

03/09/2025: We love trying Michelin-starred restaurants. I personally enjoyed all the courses on the tasting menu experience, except that the portions were small and there were four courses plus a dessert (too few for the €190 per person). The service was average, but since I understand Italian, two waiters were making fun of some tourists who didn't understand, and this didn't seem polite or professional on the part of the staff. The setting was certainly beautiful, but we didn't get to enjoy the view of the Arno because we were on the upper floor of the restaurant where there was a window and very little view. All in all, it was a positive experience; I had a good evening.

18/10/2025: A true gem! As a culinary guide I get to enjoy a lot of good food and wine, but rarely ever is it as creative and delicious as here at Nello. Service is fantastic; super professional but not too formal. Must go if you’re in the area!

13/10/2025: We ate really well! Every dish was carefully crafted, with fresh ingredients and authentic flavors. The value for money is excellent. The owners are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. A place where you feel right at home, but with top-notch restaurant cuisine. Everything was wonderful, highly recommended!

26/09/2025: Here you'll find wonderful people who welcome you with a huge smile, even in the late afternoon, when God only knows how tired they must be. Here I found the best pizzas, torta della nonna, torta primavera, and schiacciata (hot, fresh from the oven) I've ever eaten. I was here for work and now I'm going back to Milan, but I promised I'd return. Treat yourself: as soon as you get off the train, stop by this historic bakery and savor the authentic Florence. ⚜️❤️

30/09/2025: The staff were very unfriendly and gave us obviously lesser quality produce than an Italian speaking customer who entered after us. They also thought I couldn’t understand Italian and were being rude about people in the store. If I got antipasto cuts that thick at Coles in Australia, I would take it back.

06/10/2025: Cozy, little bit old styled smal restaurant. Nice view on the Arno. Delicious simple Italian food: antipasto, primi and salads. Normal prices ( cheap). Good services.
