23/08/2024: Returning from a busy day visiting the city, looking for a quiet place we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance.........what can I say, everything was good, the portions were generous, not to mention the warm welcome, I highly recommend making a visit this restaurant.

22/08/2024: My meal was very good (eggplant and meatballs), but unfortunately, the spaghetti my friend had was a bit too salty. The atmosphere isn’t particularly romantic, but the host is very kind and funny. The restaurant is a bit off the beaten path, so there aren’t many tourists around - which is a plus.

19/10/2024: In a casual setting, the great atmosphere is created by the chef (sorry, I can't remember the lady's name). Everything is superlative. Of course, the price as well.

22/08/2024: A very pleasant refreshing stop in Certaldo: it is worth coming down from Certaldo Alto to taste this delicacy! Courtesy of the owner, wide choice of ice creams even without milk! Advised!!!!

02/08/2024: This restaurant is owned by a husband and wife, and the food is the best I’ve ever had in Florence! Definitely worth recommending! His dishes could definitely become a Michelin restaurant! Perfect, definitely highly recommended to everyone! I ordered a five-course experience meal, and now I only have the appetizer. I can't help but write a review for this restaurant. This is the first time in my life! perfect!! Mama Mia!!

19/07/2024: Nice restaurant with friendly, accommodating staff. Nicely laid out, very well prepared food. We celebrated a satisfied 75-year-old who was nicely noticed.

11/12/2024: This was our first trip to Italy. We stumbled across this place while trying to find a laundromat of all things. Roberto and Monica are the friendliest owners we have met. The food was delicious, the service excellent, and the prices reasonable, although I would have paid more for the experience we had. As our short stay came to an end, Roberto thanked us with something akin to an Irish coffee, except with espresso instead of regular coffee. He told us they don't often get tourists, but if you are reading this, please do your best to change it. We will definitely return to this hidden treasure of Florence Grazie Monica and Roberto!

18/08/2024: The owner of the hotel recommended it and made a reservation, so I went there!! The portions are huge and delicious. The course comes out generously. The truffle pasta is delicious and the T-bone steak is soft and delicious. It's a course customized for Koreans, including dessert pudding and coffee :) And the price is much cheaper than other famous places, so it's good value for money! !!! Highly recommended ><

17/11/2024: Concentrated menu with attention to detail and the seasonality of the products. The proposal is refined and different from the classic Tuscan menu. Very nice and accommodating host, warm environment. honest price. we will be back!

05/11/2024: Impeccable! It was 9.30pm, the kitchen was about to close, but the owner welcomed us anyway. Small and essential environment, very nice owner... it's impossible that it doesn't make you smile at least! Fast and attentive, he goes back and forth alone between the kitchen, the dining room and the cash register... congratulations. Excellent quality and honest prices... one of the best restaurants I've ever tried! Crazy tastes. I'm really happy to have tasted my first Florentine steak here! It's really worth it! We also tried the pumpkin, stracciatella and truffle flan; the gnocchi stuffed with pear with gorgonzola fondue and crunchy raw ham... wow! Too bad we were too full for desserts... we'll have to go back 🥰

21/08/2024: Ate with a group of friends, ate well, very good pici with garlic, duck with orange, which is not a dish I usually like, very good as was the tagliatelle. Pleasant house wine. All under €50 including coffee and digestive.

24/10/2024: Después de un largo paseo por la ciudad paramos a tomar un café. El café era excelente. Nos gustó esta pequeña tienda, acogedor, buena música.

06/08/2024: GOOD POINTS The timing between courses was excellent and we were well looked after. The staff were fun, friendly and talkative. The food was mostly ok, we had chopped tomatoes on toast to start followed by pasta dishes. The portion size was just right and the ambiance was nice. POINTS TO IMPROVE There wasn't a house wine available and the wine list was not inline with the prices of the dishes. The first wine started at 35 euros but a pasta dish was 11. Half a bottle was not possible. We sat inside and there was an air conditioning unit. Unfortunately it was simply too hot in the restaurant to fully relax so we left after our main. The sauce was smeared and dried onto the side of the plate making it look like an unwashed dish. Blobs not smears are my preference here. Please check the toilets for cleanliness adding sufficient supplies of paper. My other half was not happy. We had a side salad but it came with no dressing or even a hint of olive oil. The establishment was clearly overrun with only half a restaurant full. The till area was a complete mess and was quite shocking. Finally please fix or remove the clock on the wall.

07/12/2024: Decided to try as the review rating was high. There was a queue waiting to get a table inside. But if you are willing to sit outside, there's no queue. We took a table outside and ordered a pizza to share. Pizza came within 12mins and it tasted nice. Will be happy to try some of their other pizza.

04/12/2024: Che dire....un vero personaggio!! Simpatia goliardia e tanta attenzione e professionalità! Segue tutto con estrema e rigida accortezza , perché il cliente non deve essere solo soddisfatto ma " coccolato" .. il locale è in pazza santo Spirito, nel cuore di Firenze ...e incastonato in questa preziosa alcova , c'è il nostro Gustapanino... Qui gusti la tradizione con un tocco di genialità... forse follia è più azzeccata, conoscendo il padrone di casa ...Taglieri , polpette, patate arrosto , panini, primi piatti , tagliate .. qui tutto è fatto con attenzione al prodotto è alla qualità... Noi abbiamo scelto il locale per dare un tocco effervescente ad una cena di lavoro...e Pasquale come sempre ,non ci ha deluso ... Tappa più che consigliata se si passa da Firenze... Pasquale è perfetto , anche a Natele o Ferragosto Un grazie a Gustapanino e a tutto lo staff
