16/02/2026: Very nice and clean place. The hot chocolate was delicious, the pastries look very good, and the staff are so friendly!

16/01/2026: I had the pleasure of discovering this historic establishment during a visit to Cortona; the person I was with had lived in the historic center for many years and took me right into the bar (in fact, it was like being at home; he knew everyone 😅) for breakfast. The atmosphere was familiar and sociable, but very understated and elegant; the coffee was excellent, as was the brioche! The setting speaks for itself, as it is located "at the foot" of the imposing, historic Palazzo del Capitano. RECOMMENDED!!! ☕️ 🥐 🏰

10/12/2025: Pub-style location, rustic, poor service, the pizza was very/too thin compared to what I'm used to eating and small.

25/09/2025: I went for lunch; the place was simple and welcoming. The menu also had a good selection of pizzas.

07/03/2026: Sandwiches are mediocre and not of good quality. There are better and more affordable places in the country. The price is not exactly fair either.

02/02/2026: For lunch, 19.50 euros for 2 slices of porchetta, 3 slices of aubergine and a half-litre bottle of water... low quality, I understood because I was alone in the restaurant

10/12/2025: It is not ideal for demanding clients, but the price-performance ratio is unique. The whole family and friends love to come back here. I highly recommend it.

14/10/2025: The structure is squalid after 2 hours waiting for the heating technician who didn't show up I packed my bags and left... dirty room, kitchen and bathroom worse, third world fixtures, staff not up to par... I wouldn't go back even for free... better to sleep on the street

03/01/2026: It's the only bar in the mall and it's very expensive. The staff is slow and disorganized.

17/11/2025: My main complaint is the price. Two Aperol Spritzes at 4:30 PM, for which we didn't want anything to eat, and given the time of day, which isn't exactly an "aperitivo" (aperitif time), the price was €14.00. When we pointed out that we didn't want anything to eat, the price remained the same. It seems truly excessive, especially considering the type of place.

25/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. We ordered schnitzel sandwiches for €7.95: the tag clearly stated schnitzel, lettuce, and tomato. However, there was no lettuce. When we politely asked to add it (not as an extra, but as an ingredient already included), the man at the counter—visibly annoyed—replied that he couldn't do so, even going so far as to deny what was written on the tag. The same story for ketchup and mayonnaise: requested in the sandwich, not included, but left separately in single-serving sachets. A complete joke. Add to this the very poor quality of the ingredients, the cold sandwich, the intentionally missing ingredients, and a total lack of courtesy. Considering the price, the experience was absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise against eating here.

19/01/2026: A terrible and shameful experience in the SarNi section of the gas station (inside with Autogrill). The clerk—a woman with brown hair and easily recognizable overweight—was rude, aggressive, and completely unsuitable for dealing with the public. She spoke while chewing gum, in an annoyed and disrespectful tone. When I didn't immediately hear what she was saying, instead of politely repeating, she SCREAMED at me, "I'M GIVING YOU YOUR CARD BACK," in front of other customers. This was humiliating and unacceptable behavior. This isn't just a bad day: this is the behavior of someone who shouldn't work in public. Anyone who yells at customers and treats them arrogantly damages the reputation of the establishment and doesn't deserve that position. I hope management takes serious action, because service like this is disgraceful.

29/12/2025: How can you run a restaurant business without restrooms? Being asked to use the public restrooms and being told that it's the fine arts that don't allow you to take a bath. Why continue operating if it's not up to standard, when other businesses can't. Not recommended

25/11/2025: The staff is very friendly, but otherwise, we're not there. The portions are tiny (not even that great of quality) and the prices are outrageous considering the location.
